IMHO...If management wants us to vote for a reverse split, they need to communicate through a Conference call or other means and give all shareholders a reason why we should vote (Yes). And also relay to us what is their plan immediately afterwards for CCTC, if the vote passes. All they have offered up to date is just scare tactics implying CCTC will go bust without a split and a pie in the sky up-listing.

If they wait to relay any information about their plans until the day of the special shareholders meeting, you can bet this is going to be a very tough vote to pass.

Otherwise, I believe, they are just spitting in the wind and will give me absolutly no incentive to vote Yes or even vote at all.

What a freaking mess.
