What's going on lately? Why down so much? We already know about toxic financing. Anything else going on to cause this crash?
Per filing: "Effecting a one-for-ten (1:10) reverse stock split of the Company’s issued and outstanding Common Stock and Preferred Stock, at any time between the Effective Date of this Information Statement (as defined below) and December 31, 2015, as determined by our Board of Directors (the “Board”), without further approval from the stockholders."
LOL, foxstar1. I am NOT a shareholder. Just here for the soap opera.
Janus has been gone for a long time (since its employees were not getting paid). Yes, all CNCG now has is a shell with some sales/service agreements. Without a sales force, this means NOTHING.
Want to buy some shares of a shell? Step right up (they're going fast).
Look at their posted Form 4 filings. Stated.
Sorry, I do not own any shares right now. Just here for the drama. LOL
Then again, I have funds looking for a trade.
That's all you can do now. It's their ballgame now. Sit back and leave when you don't like the way they're playing.
Sorry, you don't have the key to your future anymore. :(
Doesn't matter who owns what now (with top 2 holders owning 96%). They will let you sell until $0.0001. After which, they will push it back up.
Old data. Now 2 owners hold 96%.
Top 2 owns 93.1% according to 13D.
Gotta pop some pills. Getting too old for this stuff. LOL
Thanks for the advice on trading, most of which I have followed for many years. Sometimes you get it and other times you wish you hadn't. YIKES.
These bid/ask soft or firmness are meaningless. Try to sell or buy a big block and you will only see a partial fill with bid/ask price change radically.
BTW, market makers these days will not subject their firm to capital risk. In other words, they will only fill out of inventory or waiting match limit orders.
Why would it be in their best interest to have CNCG go up first before the R/S?
I would save the money for afterwards. As you know, stocks trade downward before a R/S. If you pump it up before an R/S, then you will have to do it again after the R/S to getting it moving again. In moving it up before R/S, you used up half the ammo for seller who dumping their stock into the strength. What for? They won't even be around to thank you. LOL
It really depends on their intentions with CNCG. Yes, they paid $3 million for the shares AND yet afterwards control the corporate money. Technically, it's the company's money now (NOT REALLY in practicality). The only real cost to them were the filing fees and Dave's consulting contract.
Where will it go from here? If I was the CEO with all these shares under my control (giving me majority voting power), I would take the following steps IN ORDER:
1. Authorize a new class of preferred with super voting power tied to a dollar amount rather than number of common share conversion. This way the common share prices can go to near zero without affecting the value of the preferred.
2. With super majority voting, reverse the common to increase stock price and reduce the common shareholders.
3. Now, implement the new business plan (whatever that may be).
4. Get the share price up for two reasons, obtain cheaper capital and using it to expand.
LOL, just saying because you asked.
WOW. It will be an interesting next 100 days.
Which way will the new company go? Change business completely (with his own $3 mil)? Wonderful way for him to have his cake and eat it too. Everyone else will either enjoy or hate the new ride.
BTW, he paid $3 million to the company for 400,000.000 shares. Now he controls the company and thereby controlling its bank account. Took it from left pocket to put it into the right. Still his money. LOL
Correct. If insider, we'll see filing soon.
Block trades. Maybe there will be filings soon on who bought/sold them. Once we know, then it's time to decide to play or wait.
Nice PUMP today. Go go go. Make some money.
Yup, games between players on the same team.
If you're an outsider, you sell into the low BID only. Wonder if they were crossed-trades with the same MM? LOL
Really? SELL SELL SELL? LOL
Nah, games between players. If you had tried to buy or sell, your trade(s) may have just got in the way.
Crushed. Still too expensive for a shell.
Wonder how much stock is for sale? The ASK keeps dropping closer to the BID.
Once the (single) seller is done for the day, the ASK pops. A company-friendly buyer quickly paints the tape with a small buy order at the ASK to show not much movement. Sadly, paint jobs do not last due to seller coming back for more crushing blows.
Only 20 cents today. Is it time to buy yet?
History speaks for itself.
Strangely as it may sound, some times when you know too much about a PENNY, it will COST YOU to lose money.
No, I only know just enough not to risk hard earned money here. Maybe later when I know LESS, I will gamble what I can't afford to lose.
The roof is falling, the roof is falling.
WOW, and no safety net.
Yup, that's what you get for asking too much.
Be careful what you wish for, you might get it.
When CNCG had a chance, they didn't take it. Now what to do?
Janus boys don't want anything to do with CNCG, but too late to get out. Even if the boys want to sell, it's way too low now.
Stuck.
Will big sales help? Ya, some time in the distant future (2015-16).
Until then, any selling drives it down down down.
Can't CNCG do something about the crushing? NO. They don't have the money for a PUMP.
And why should they waste scarce cash to pump anyway? So you can get out? Nah. Thankless job.
Some people don't know how good they had it, until it's gone. Picky picky picky, gone.
Down down down CYCA goes.
(Who is Big Boss now?)
Better yet, how high can it go from these low levels? LOL
Who knows and who cares? You never hit the bottom nor hit the peak. Most money is made in between.
Who cares? As long as they can PUMP the stock up enough for me to SELL. couldn't care less.
Why? Are you married to the stock?
Me, just a stock trader. I try to buy low and sell high. Nothing more, nothing less. Don't care if they're crooks or sell weed. LOL
Sorry, it's just a stock symbol and a chart. Read anymore into it and YOU WILL LOOSE in Pennyland.
How does that help or harm the stock now? I'm sure EraStar people knew before their proposed merger.
Without EraStar, what does CYCA have going for itself? Not much.
Ya, the stock price sure reflects the hope and nightmare.
Excuse me, while I open another Mango chew. That's about as real as it gets.
Crushed? You mean Apple Crush? hahaa
Games people play in Pennyland. What does it have to do with real life, right?
Stock crushed or not, LVVV is a real company and I'm going try some Icy Mint chews. Wonder if they taste as good as Citrus Mango chews?
Cave in? No no no, I just bought 4 packs of Sour Apple chews. Better run back to the store for TEN cases of chews before LVVV caves in (as you say). Hahahaaaaa
Can't afford the lawyer. His lunch would cost more than what I paid for my cheap shares. LOL
