Wonder how much stock is for sale? The ASK keeps dropping closer to the BID.

Once the (single) seller is done for the day, the ASK pops. A company-friendly buyer quickly paints the tape with a small buy order at the ASK to show not much movement. Sadly, paint jobs do not last due to seller coming back for more crushing blows.
