Another year of promises and zero commercial revenue generating agreements signed. No position.
Pretty weak response to the short selling report.
I think Lightwave has issued a variation of this PR every other year going back a dozen years. Its long time past announcing a commercial partner and the start of sales.
Bottom should be somewhere around $2 bucks. Insiders cashing out was a huge red flag and sell signal.
Nice of insiders to dump a ton of shares over $15 then reload themselves with more stock awards filed last night.
I think the bottom is under $2 bucks unless they can finalize a real contract that generates millions of dollars in revenue.
I hope you guys hit the sell button on some shares when it gassed over $15. It is a bloodbath out there for high flyer stocks.
Management and directors selling stock is also a huge red flag.
This financing arrangement is not good. They should have printed 10M shares at $10 per share with a B or C tier bank when they were super hot. This is a major red flag that will cool institutional interest.
I am all out here at $9.85+ after 11 long years. Hope you guys kill it. I will probably be back if/when they finally announce some kind of commercialization, even at much higher prices.
Also if anyone has a line to management tell them to raise $50m ASAP.
Best of Luck & Congrats everyone!
Well done!
Sold a few more shares here over $8.90. Massive massive win for me after 11 years of mostly being buried.
Lets see commercialization before the stock hits a Billion dollar valuation.
FWIW I sold a few token shares this morning. 11 years and finally nicely green. Hope they can finally announce real commercialization contracts.
Very awesome! Been a long time coming.
Should be about 8 to 14 months to the appeals hearing. Going to be a big hill to climb to get the ruling reversed IMO.
Game over. Will trade to cash and maybe some action when its time for the appeal hearing.
There are a few of them. Here is one:

I follow all of them. Lebby and company have done a fantastic job expanding the IP of LWLG since he took over and I hope it pays off big down the line when its needed.
They also do a ton of their own R&D which they spin out into companies. Lightwave Logic is not exactly a name brand company and I was curious what else they might know about the company that they are citing them in their patent filings.
Here is one:

Do a search of Lightwave Logic on the page and you will see a reference to their work.
"[0065] A number of companies have commercialized the synthesis of electro-optical materials and their integration into Mach-Zender modulators, such as Lightwave Logic and Soluxra. As a result, many challenges associated with electro-optical polymers have been addressed, such as thermal stability, long-term operation, and the efficient poling (orientation) of the nonlinear molecules along the electric field direction. As a result, electro-optical materials can be used as the electrically-adjustable dielectric in some applications. In some approaches, electro-optical polymers may be suitable for applications where MHz and GHz rate switching may be desired, such as LiDAR single-beam scanning and structured illumination, or free-space optical communications with holograms that simultaneously perform beamforming and data encoding (thus allowing multi-user MIMO schemes)."
Quick question: Has anyone heard of Elwha LLC? I believe its a subsidiary of Intellectual Ventures. They have a number of patents and patent applications that cite and reference the Lightwave Logic work.
TIA
FWIW Patent Application #16788189 received a Notice of Allowance at the USPTO on February 18, 2021. "DIRECT DRIVE REGION-LESS POLYMER MODULATOR METHODS OF FABRICATING AND MATERIALS THEREFOR"
Lebby and team have done a really good job building the IP portfolio.
FWIW I think Lebby has done an excellent job building the patent portfolio. I haven't seen any new applications published since September 2020. Hope a few new ones pop through along with child applications of current granted patents to keep building the portfolio.
Hope all is well and best of luck.
Shameless plug that I started a newsletter covering patents and investments for anyone interested. Next Monday's issue will cover the LWLG new patent.

New Patent Allowance - "HERMETIC CAPSULE AND METHOD" on September 3, 2020. The patent should be formally issued within the next 60 days or so.
Lebby has done a really solid job building the patent portfolio.
Hope all is well and everyone is staying healthy/safe.
Bummer for investors but shouldn't be a surprise. I called this exact scenario when the stock was over a buck.
Time to pivot to an EV company? Should be sub penny sooner than later. What a mess.
52 week lows printing this morning. Not good.
Looks to be on the way to zero and bk. The quarterly report was ugly.
Another sell block went through 25,000 at $.091. Nickle on deck? Not looking good.
Very low volume = no interest. Probably sub penny before the end of the year. Very sad.
Close under a dime? Yikes.
Ten cents. Not looking good.
Agree. Appreciate you digging the information on the Notes out. Hope to see updated disclosures on it. In my experience, convertible debt for small otc stocks is a disaster for the common holders who are typically wiped out in a slowly spiral.
The note holder information was in the 8K. Would rather avoid putting the name on a message board. It traces back to an apartment in Brooklyn and a newly created Delaware entity in October 2019. Might just be a LLC hiding the real convertible debt backer. Who knows.
Best of luck.
Wondering if you have a take on the convertible financing with the guy in a Brooklyn apartment.
I believe the bump comes from timing of the January 2019 convertible debt being converted in to one of the Series Preferred shares, which are redeemable into common shares. Its a little hard to track though when looking on a mobile device.
He is listed as CFO in the SEC filings and on the Management Team portion of the Exactus Inc website, not President and Chief Executive Officer

Interesting! So the CFO is now CEO/President and they need to file another 8K disclosing that he left or they bungled up the filing signings.
New board member added in the 8k filed. Wonder if that is HS. I would be happy if it is him.
They need to finally validate the last 15+ years with some kind of agreement that generates revenue and profits. They also need to ditch the current toxic financing arrangement. Its a joke they still have to use this method and a huge red flag for new investors.
They received a notice of allowance on the application already and just paid the patent issuance fee. Should see the notice of publication with the patent number and grant date within the next 2 months.
New patent to be issued within the next 2 months or so. They just paid the issuance fee yesterday. "HERMETIC CAPSULE AND METHOD FOR A MONOLITHIC PHOTONIC INTEGRATED CIRCUIT".
I see they also filed a continuation application within the last week on this patent along with continuation applications on a handful of other recently granted patents. They need to keep expanding the IP portfolio.
If anyone speaks with the company can you please find out why they are not filing European counterparts at the EPO. Thank you and Happy New Year.
