Someone knows something?
Everyone makes their own decisions. This is a lottery play and it may payoff.
My point is that no one knows how much revenue, because they don’t file earnings reports. Where do they get their product from? After all they only have one employee. Do they have a factory? If so where is it located? How much product do they sell? Maybe David’s company is making the product, distributing it and marketing it. Maybe David gets the lion share of any revenues for doing this, and Sciemca gets a monthly check to support his lifestyle. The point is that you or anyone else doesn’t know any different because the company doesn’t tell shareholders anything, and Sciemca or David don’t reply to inquiries.
How do you know that they are generating revenues? They don’t file any earnings reports and they aren’t current. It’s all speculation. NUUU doesn’t communicate with shareholders.
There hasn’t been news here in two years.
That’s a waste of time. Nothing to see here.
I agree, however that could be months from now and there isn’t any guarantee.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but the pr doesn’t say that they have been granted the patent.
Do they have the patent or have they just applied for it? There is a big difference from applying for and actually having it.
People are getting a little carried away here. They haven’t even conducted any human trials yet. Let’s keep it real.
Do you want to be out when it breaks the trend and skyrockets...
I can’t believe that people sold because there wasn’t a settlement during the first round of talks. Why should TMXN accept the first offer...
How do you know that this is dilution?
That could be several years.
It seems more likely that they couldn’t come to any kind of an agreement, so David resigned.
Why would anyone think that this will get back to the .0008 range? They lost the best thing that they had going for them when David P. Left. This company doesn’t communicate with shareholders and hasn’t been current for years. Back to .0001
Very interesting. Thank you Sir!
You maybe right, but I think that if they were so good we would have heard by now.
I got out this week with a couple hundred dollar profit. A far cry from the twenty three thousand that I was up before the suspension. If the last quarter’s numbers were great they would be saying so. I suspect that the investigation of this company is far from over. That’s my opinion.
Define fraud. It seems that the sec has a broad definition of fraud. It appears that the sec considers a miss worded pr as fraud. The pr could have been worded differently but it doesn’t seem to have been an attempt to mislead. IMO
Admitting that they worded their pr’s incorrectly doesn’t change the fact that they have a product and a booming business.
So investors shouldn’t even try to fight for themselves?
Is it possible for all investors to sign a letter asking to drop suppression. Since we are the ones being punished by this action?
Something has never happened until the first time that it does.
What is the best Brokerage for trading stocks that are on the grey market?
I posted this to Facebook. Everyone one should do the same. Word of mouth is good advertising.
Not with the up coming catalyst. Try again...
You knew it would bleed out after Monday and yet you didn’t sell yesterday above .01. You don’t have a clue...
I agree. Patience will be rewarded.
Yes but those sales aren’t a part of the first quarter results
Did you think that the virus wouldn’t have an effect on earnings?
Still no details about the costs of acquiring these companies. Why not give share holders the details?
The fact is that the company hasn’t given much in the way of any details, about the companies they have acquired. Did they get them for free? I think not. So what’s the costs? I think investors are beginning to realize that we don’t have much information here.
He has said previously that they were working to get current. So where are they in that process? Maybe he’s just a lying pos...
The ceo doesn’t seem to care about informing shareholders about anything that may be happening.
Really? When? He won’t even communicate with us share holders. He seems like a total jerk to me.
