Wow!!! I can't believe you kept them all, good for you, this is a life changer for you! I see it went from 0.0002 in Nov. to over 14c, I don't think I've ever seen a move that big ever in any stock. I'm shocked he didn't r/s after all these years. Wish I had my shares now, LOL, though who could have predicted. I've had some dead stocks come alive years later so you never know. I'm still hoping that George Foreman one comes back, LOL. I'm glad to hear you at least can get all your money back and then some!
RyGuy, you still have all your shares? This is cautionupahead. I hope you have all your shares, you're a multimillionaire if you do! I sold mine and took a big loss. I guess we were 8-9 years too early, LOL.
Pretty weird that someone has been buying since it went to expert market, maybe the paperwork is in the process and this comes back to life. Why would anyone buy at this point otherwise???
"It can never return to quoted trading" is false, it says right there in the link you posted.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/TVCE/news/Suspension-of-Trading?id=47441&b=y
The Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission” or “SEC” ) today announced the
temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the
"Exchange Act"), of trading in the securities of the following issuers, commencing at 9:30 a.m.
EDT on May 14, 2012, and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EDT on May 25, 2012:
Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Rule 15c2-11 under the
Exchange Act, at the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may be entered unless
and until they have strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule.
Well if we are to believe the answer janice shell has posted, that makes no sense to me,
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=153343185
then someone or group went to a market maker and convinced them to start trading TVCE again. They must have convinced them that it would be worth it. Then we got a known stock promoter show up and claim to be buying. IMO, it's worth a lotto ticket based on that. Now to take the other side of it, all that could be BS and a real company could be coming into this shell in the near future. LOL, aren't penny stocks fun!
IMO
Yeah, I have one other old shell and it did that, but it has a drop down arrow next to it and if I press that it shows the name, that one has absolutely no price next to it unlike TVCE which always has.
I have ameritrade too. My guess finra has nothing to do with it because it was already quoted.
Well I guess you know better than me, it's only sat in my account for over 10 years with a share price right next to it. LOL.
I don't know how many times I have to post this. Go to the drop down that says "symbol changes" and go to "Tier changes" and go to the 20th of Dec. it's right there, along with another 30+ stocks that have gone grey to pink. You guys are acting like you found gold when it's a pretty common occurrence in the OTC. TVCE always had a bid ask, how do I know, because it's sat in my account for years pegged at 0.00001. I have another shell from years ago that went dark that has no price at all, but TVCE has always had a price attached to it.

Years of experience monitoring pennystocks tells me this one is no different.
Exactly!!! The best thing to do with penny stocks is trade them, that's it, there's nothing to fall in love with or get upset about, trade them, trade them, and trade them, make money. I used to get upset, LOL, but then I realized I like to be happy. If you know 99.99999% of penny stocks are scams or poorly run then you just trade them, they aren't investments. Someone that wants a real investment buys apple stock, others that want to buy lotto stocks buys penny stocks, there's something for everyone and there's nothing wrong with that. GRNF up 14% today!
Look at the tier change, further down the list, that's where they show up, you're looking in the wrong place. TVCE is there and another 30+ grey to pinks since then.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/market-activity/corporate-actions
Here's the otcmarkets website, go over to the pulldowns on the left and go to tier changes, look at 1/10, yesterday, and look at the ones that say grey to pink, then go to the finra daily list for yesterday, and compare, none of the greys to pinks are on there. I can't comment on all the other stocks, I can only say TVCE actually has always had a quote, though I think it was like 0.00001, so maybe that's why it and other stocks don't show up on the list. I have a few old shells collecting dust in my account, TVCE was one of them, but it always has had a quote price, I have another one that doesn't have any quote price, so maybe that's the difference.IMO

LOL, it never went above 2c, how did you do that when it never went there, LMFAO!
Since the "Billionaire" showed up it's been down down down, I don't really call that "Awesome", LOL. What's going to be awesome is being able to buy at 0.001.
I'm doing DD to see if I want in and find they put out a PR Feb 19/2019, this isn't some new company coming in, this was already announced early last year. Also check the chart from back then and compare the volume then and the volume now, obviously shares have hit the market.

Someone has been trading the bid and ask the past few days. Notice after that 385,000 share gets bought at 0.0069 a bid for around that much shows up at 0.0061. I've noticed this happening the past 3 days now. Sure it could be a MM but I think it's retail, as the other day when we were talking about it on this board it changed, LOL. Nice 15-20% profit a day.
No, the float is unknown.
No reason to pay for that, you could have gotten that info for free from the Del.SOS main page and Nev SOS.
It went from Nevada to Delaware, check Nev. for prior to 2007. They were supposed to do a merger then. There has been nothing in this shell since then. Most of what you bring up most likely has been written off and cancelled by now.
MMs making him walk his order down, I knew that would happen, they do the same thing to me, LOL.
Usually if it's retail it will show the real size, at least when I put an order in it does, but if it's a MM doing their own buying/selling they will show 10,000.IMO
I agree, looks like sellers pretty much dried up, gonna have to move the bid up or hit the ask to get shares.
I can buy on the bid and sell on the ask, it's not only MMs that can do that. In this particular case it was retail because of the odd amount and how it kept moving around on the ask yesterday. Yes, ideally MMs make a market, that happens much better on big board stocks, in penny land they need momo in either direction to really do that, otherwise there is not much for them to do, like today.
I agree with you that it keeps switching MMs and prices, though it could be the same client of etrade, they just route his orders differently each time. In the past I've been that guy, you see action and you raise your price, no action and you lower it, LOL. The evenness of it could be because he has more and just wants to sell an even 500,000, I only sell the odd amount when I'm selling what I have left over, but my first sells will be even amounts. Funny now that we have posted about it it changed to an odd amount, LOL, it's someone on the board.IMO
I think it's a trader. Yesterday I saw a 415,000+ odd amount order get bought on the bid and hit the ask within minutes, the exact same amount of shares, that one jumped around too for a while until it got taken out about 0.0015 higher.
It's the same 500k, someone keeps moving it around on the ask today, it has yet to be bought. It looks to me the majority of the selling is over.
Actually no, check my 21,182 posts, you will never find anything else like that LOL.
If Warren Buffett shows up and says he's buying, who heads to other plays, LMAO???
Since the billionaire showed up the stock has done nothing but tank, things that make you go hmmmmm.
Do you know what's going into this shell?
I am just as impressed with the buying today as I am blown away by the selling, LOL
What brokerage do you use?
I just Googled market maker CDEL and it's a known shorter, FWIW. I kept seeing them show up with shares on the ask and it looked weird so I googled them.
LOL, I'm way off yet this is YOUR post!!!
And yes you are correct here, you have to use ALL the shares when figuring the math out, not just the ones that you like. Find out if the preferred are getting cancelled and that will be a different story. My guess the rich guy selling the shell wants to make as much money as he can, but maybe I'm wrong and that's not what rich guys do.

Hi HokieHead, usually when these transactions take place, all the stock of the merging co., in this case Loop, will cancel their shares and acquire shares in the company they are merging in to (ITRK) in an equal or greater amount
ITRK as of the last Q has 69,753,397 shares o/s. The CEO currently owns 60 million common shares and 100% of or, 1.7 million series A preferred which, convert into 170m commons
That would be approx. 240m shares on a fully diluted basis outstanding. ITRK management and shareholders will keep 17% of that which is 40.8 million shares fully diluted.
If they plan on converting the preferred, we do not know yet.
But with ITRK owning 17%, Loop management will be the controlling officers and Loop Media Inc will become a sub of ITRK
It looks like when they close, Loop management and employees will own 199.2 million shares and ITRK management and current shareholders will own 40.8 million shares, all on a fully diluted basis...
That's afterward, I didn't include that because it shouldn't change value as it's going to effect everyone equally. You're missing the part where they say current shareholders only get 17% of the company, which equals 1/6, which was in the post that I posted. When 240 turns into 40 that is a reduction to 1/6.
Under the terms of the LOI, all of the issued and outstanding common stock in the capital of Loop Media (the "Loop Shares") will be exchanged for common shares in the capital of the Company. Upon completion of the Transaction, the holders of the Company's outstanding capital stock prior to the Transaction will retain approximately 17% of the issued and outstanding capital stock of the Company post-Transaction, on a fully diluted basis.
Do your own DD as always! And if I'm missing something let me know, just going off of what I've found on the board here. Please only intelligent replies as I am trying to create a real valuation here.
Loop has $22M in sales.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=152835051
At the end of the day, after your shares get divided into 1/6 of what you own now(the current 240M turns into 40M)and the Loop people get 200M shares, making it 240M again.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=152880854
At 50c that gives the company a $120M market cap, seems about right, but let's be generous and give it a $240M market cap and make the share price $1. The only problem I see is that you lost 1/6 of your shares in the process. Now if you originally bought in under 17c you're fine(1/6 of $1), otherwise you just lost money when the deal goes through, and my numbers are based on the company having a market cap of $240M which seems generous for $22M in sales.
IMO
Oh yea, billionaires are spending their time buying pink sheet penny stocks, that sounds like something they would do. Hold on, I think I see a unicorn outside my window, oh never mind, it was just Santa Claus, LMAO!
New base at 1c plus, those that wanted to sell did! TVCE
Yeah, I could have sold and got 70% more shares too, though you never know, you sell and it goes up another 100% and you end up getting back in with less shares, LOL
