Well if we are to believe the answer janice shell has posted, that makes no sense to me,

then someone or group went to a market maker and convinced them to start trading TVCE again. They must have convinced them that it would be worth it. Then we got a known stock promoter show up and claim to be buying. IMO, it's worth a lotto ticket based on that. Now to take the other side of it, all that could be BS and a real company could be coming into this shell in the near future. LOL, aren't penny stocks fun!
