The investors of Ameca agrees to pay certain amount $ to Mark for Schatzi in essence a buyout agreeing to do a reverse split in order to uplist to NYSE. That way, Mark gets his payout for all the work he has done upfront but still own the company. All very legal.
I thought about this scenario months ago when the Schatzi website popped up.
R/s is not going to happen overnight and everything has been approved with all the relevant insiders upfront. Seen this playbook happen many times before.

My thoughts exactly. I sat down with a friend yesterday who showed me with about 10 keystrokes how to get a "Legit looking" fake company email. I was shocked. No way those email that he posted are legit. People are so jumpy here that they will believe anything.
