One answer is the last line of your post. The reality comes from individuals I have personally spoken to, and from snowbirds who frequent the southern states, and media inquiries concerning the knowledge that Americans have about Canada. The Northern border states are very familiar with Canadian culture, physical size of the country, government, health care ( for which I am very appreciative of...considering my advanced years ), and other aspects of such a vast land. Furthermore if such research were to be done....it would be found that the residents of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, and the immediate states that border them, even know very little about their own Northern border states like Montana, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Vermont, North Dakota, Maine, Idaho, etc. Regardless...have a great day. I have asked the "Gods" that run this site to remove me from it. I trust they will respect my request.
Actually I was with I hub considerably longer than the timeframe indicated......but under a different moniker. I had been posting on the DPDW board since before the company became Deep Down after taking over a company by the name of "True Health" somewhere back in 2008. I had bought into True health back in 2004. Regardless..."Plaintree" is a useless board and this " Indy" has never to my knowledge posted anything concerning PTEEF. It is immaterial to be if I hub chooses not to remove the board....I will remove it from my list.....and follow quotes from Stockwatch, which appears to carry more relevant info as it relates to Canadian stocks, such as real time buy and sells plus real time quotes. Thanks for the conversation and have a "Happy Halloween". It appears that this celebration is rapidly catching up to Christmas in terms of popularity. By the way I live in the middle of Canada, thirty miles from the U.S Border, and I do not live in the Artic Circle as that famous "The Hunt" guy John Walsh thinks. Most Americans from the south do not know that there actually is a country to the North that is geographically larger than the U.S....and I fly the "Stars and Stripes" on my house along with the flags of my country.
I certainly don't remember creating U.S.Farms......this company was created from a shell of something else and existed before I started posting on the site....suffice it to say that the President was a crook.... not sure if he was ever investigated by the securities regulators for improper use of investor money, but he certainly should have been. U.S.Farms is a defunct company. Plaintree systems ( PTEEF ) is the board I started...no one on I.hub knew this company existed because it is Canadian, and while it still trades on the OTC...it does not report to that entity. Most of the trading in the company is done on the Canadian Securities Exchange ( CSE ). 99% of the posts are mine because there is no American interest in the company, which is too bad because it is a company that ACTUALLY produces stuff...from high quality entrance doors, fire fighting apparatus, structures for agriculture, aerospace in the U.S., and Free space optics (FSO).Regardless I want it terminated. Muchos Gratias.
Ok...because the last time I accessed it from my favourites it showed up. Just wondering. It is Plaintree Systems ( PTEEF ) we are discussing here, is it not?
What does that mean? A little more specificity would be appreciated.
How do I delete a board that I started....as it is no longer relevant.
Don't know...but volume is anemic...albeit to the upside.
Crackheads should not be permitted to trade stocks......and there appears to be some sort of interaction between trades on the OTC and the CSX. It is strange that on both exchanges and at pretty much the same time....a trade goes through that is not worth the value of the sale...yet pulls the stock down 50% or more.
Increase in volume......pullback on OTC.....but not on CSX. This will move up as more investors realize the O/S is merely 12 Mil with 6 Mil in company hands.
Nice quantum leap yesterday......more rises like that will get this stock to the level it should be at. This company makes stuff.....not dreams....actual physical stuff.
Good call......the .20c might be a different matter though.
Well, that was cathartic....although not a complete unknown.
On the slow creep upwards. A tenth of a penny a week is all I ask. Thirty weeks would bring it up close to four cents. Slow and steady keeps this from disappearing in the electric mist.
This equity is such a major pile of c*ap. The company exists for management and directors to fill their pockets.
What fool does that....sells 380 shares for .036c and reaps the huge sum of $13.68 less commission? That's nonsensical.
The current problem, as I see it, is that there is always someone willing to sell for less....and the amounts are miniscule, in dollars and cents. If all the buying was at the ask....this would move up....maybe back to a full penny.
Can't quite get a handle on OTC trades......a "trade" in Plaintree today worth $ 7.20 before commission....assuming there was one. Where is the logic in that?
Hopefully, preferably sooner than later, they will release updates on the company's situation other that the required 8K and 10K. If progress looks promising, this could rise somewhat...after all, the market ( investors ) looks to the future.
Two to Three Years.......most traders have a time span of two to three days. I don't know.....China could be Bankrupt by then....the entire world could be engaged in war....Trump could be president ( Oh-No....China calls in it's debt....Trump says....come and get it....WAR )....Canada could be the fifty first state. The market works in nanoseconds. Wu is probably in Vegas at the Roulette table...drinking Sake ( yes I know, it's "Japanese" rice wine ) but we never knew his tastes in anything other than B/S. Oh well...I guess I will put my TransAKT portfolio folder away to collect dust, and hope I live long enough to see a flat ROI.
So what happened to the 1/2 mil of shares that he was given by Wu for services rendered....a bonus I guess. Maybe I read something wrong a year back but I was sure his name was mentioned for a pile of shares.
Everything is bigger in Texas......even fraud. This company is "Texas Toast".
Does anyone know if Christian Neilson is still located in Calgary, and that he remains an employee of Transakt?
I hope so.......I really wish the company would change it's name. That could free up the stranglehold the Canadian regulators have on Transakt, as it is named now. Unbelievable how Canadian shareholders are being held hostage for six years....who gives a cr*p about documents not filed completely six years ago. The CTO has cost Canadians the ability to take tax losses while the rest of the WORLD trades in and out. Ronald Raegan had it correct when he said....." The last thing you want to hear is.....I am from the government and I am here to HELP you." In this case it's "Government Regulators"......they are smarter than anyone on the planet...investors are stupid in their opinion.
I wish you good luck with your purchase........I hope this company is not headed toward bankruptcy.....there is nothing left but a shell.
18,400 @ .021c......???? Sept 15 portion of trades in at open.
Looks like a new pumper in TransAKT territory.
.03c and .05c a couple of DAYS ago.....where was that.....in Fantasyland!
Oops....left out a "0".
Pretty amazing when on a day that the Dow almost touched 1000 points down and ended up more than half that....someone needed $ 72.00 from the sale of 300 odd shares.
And, of course, the recent super typhoon has probably washed the entire operation into the South China Sea. Maybe they can start growing weed....the Chinese need to lighten up a bit.
Could be.....but apparently not someone with a load of shares. Now that Wu is out....where is Christian Nielsen and his boatload of shares?
These "trades" are of such miniscule volume and value ( 15K @ .015 = $225 ) it makes one wonder who is executing them, and the trade always pulls the price down.
Where in the world is Wu, with our dough?
2015 loss is down to one quarter of last years (2014)....opens possibility for a profitable 2016.
51 shares at .51c.....it's a bad omen! Actually, everything is a bad omen for this failure.
Announcement of acquisition of prestige door manufacturer.....more diversification. This is great.
$40 trade......someone ran out of beer!
And a rapid return to reality on the ask!
Quite the spread between bid and ask.
Rising market....falling stock.
