I think it's someone who just needs the cash or maybe they are just frustrated at this point. Understandable. However, their personal opinions/emotions aside, the same price they are wanting out at used to be close to the best possible price to pick some up at. Once someone takes their shares from them and holds, it will make .07 a solid base.
If they were to gain some brilliance and remove their sell, you would immediately see .10. I think thats why someone would be motivated to pick those up. Instant 40% gain. It actually showed .1150 at one point. There just isn't anyone willing to sell for so cheap. Almost everyone owns for much higher prices, I would say .20-.25 on average. Anything under .05 is a deal, even the .07 will be an easy double without news. With news... those .07's will be a 6x or 7x bagger.
On a side note, the whole reason we ever even reached these low prices and probably why this guy has his up for sale is because people believe there is dilution taking place... THERE IS NONE. Before the R/S we couldn't even drop below .10. Easily cruising up to .20 too. We should and eventually will be at those prices again. It's starting to happen now. .10 hit a couple weeks ago with .1150 showing on the ASK.
Also, there will be news again and with TLFX it will be epic as usual. Verizon. Watch, .50 coming again :)

They used to answer emails 3 years ago and very briefly when the Verizon news came out. They couldn't say anything anyway so it was basically pointless to email them about it.

Who is we?
Don't include me in that "we". I've traded over 600 OTC's in the past 5 years and I can't tell you without a doubt there is absolutely no dilution going on right now. That is why there was peanut volume at the all time low. It's also why we were able to see an .10 hit briefly a couple weeks back. It's why 07 is on the ASK right now.
It's not rocket science, you compare the daily volume since the R/S with the historical volume from the last 2 years and it's totally obvious.

Re-read. No dilution since the R/S. Which is the only thing that matters. Why you ask? Because everything you described about TLFX was also true before the stock skyrocketed 10x last year. They've never answered emails or phone calls. Verizon relationship still exists btw. If you really did your homework you would know that.
Keep track of the next 10 stocks on the OTC that go up more then 5x. See how many answer phone calls or emails. Maybe 2 or 3 out of the 10.
For 2 years before that run up from 000's to 0055 last year, TLFX bounced off of 0006/7 area almost 10 times, giving gains anywhere from 2x-4x every time. All while never answering any phone calls or emails.
OTC stocks have to be traded, not invested in. I sold out and forgot about it.
I noticed it again after the R/S. I knew from experience they were not diluting and started buying in the 02's, 03's, and 04's. I have an average around .04 and I will bank like crazy again. We will see .15-.17 without news and if we do get news it will be huge, you will see another run up to .50.
