can anyone tell me why the stock is locked down on zecco did the stock split ?
1k will on give ya 10 mil unless u were planning on dumping 10 k in this and with this stock it is very risky
OMHI share information
Last known: 7.6 million float, 12.9 million outstanding.
Authorized: 50 million.
As I said it moves very quickly - I need to correct myself it is at .0068 right now up 77% on friday on one trade. GLTA
Check out OMHI - very low float play can move very quickly with less than 100K of shares - when 500K + of shares have been traded this will move 200 - 300%. OMHI - Omni Holdings Group - trading around the .003 level - if you get enough people trading it it will move. Let me know what you think.

Here is something to ponder - when the rite aid deal was released who was the IR firm that released that info???? Who was the IR firm that was fired???? HUMMMMM! Not speculating just something to keep in back of your mind. Lenny has been in this industry for the past 20+ years.... Hasn't this been his first public company? The point that I am trying to make is that if they LKEN were dumping billions of shares we would be in the trips by now. It was confirmed that some of the restricted shares from an accountant came unrestricted. But everyone wants to point fingers. If in fact that I am wrong and it becomes proven that infact Lenny and LKEN has lied to us then I will admit that I am wrong, but until then this company has only one place to go and that is higher places in PPS. GOOD LUCK TO ALL and go LKEN!
He has to leave a little bit of a carrot dangling! LOL
Hotrod I thought that I would share this with everyone. I emailed the Greene Concepts and this is what they had to say. I am looking forward to financials that should be out by March 15. GLTA and GO LKEN!

Dear Scott,
We are working the financial statement and we are anticipated a release no later than the March 15th deadline for the Alternative Reporting Standard, the company is continuing to aggressively market the products in several ways and it is the intention of the the company to be in several major retail outlets and coupled with the Advertising spots running in various test markets we are fine tuning the direct marketing with great success.
For your friends interested in purchasing the kit, they also have the options of Mail-Order or Phone Order, however at this specific point in time it is unlikely that there is a retailer in your area carrying the product which we believe will change in the near future.
2011 is expected to be the biggest year of growth yet for Greene Concepts, so stay tuned.
Thank you for your continued support,

I am an investor in LKEN, I was wanting to know when financials are planning to be released? Can we expect them by March 15, 2011?
Also can you give me information on the number of shares in the float?
How were sales in Feb.? What is the projected sales growth for the the 2011 year?
I want to thank you in advance and also say you have an excellent product. I have some friends that want to buy some kits, is there any other place that they can buy them besides online? Stores?
Thank you,
Scott
sliderulex and hotrod and a few other longs - I believe in this company with you guys - fact they have a real product that they are selling, fact they are working with fingerhut, heartland as far as distributors - fact they have a operation in CA these things have not changed! Why is the PPS dropping because of us - go look into the mirror it is you and many other people on this board that create a warm fuzzy feeling or a panic mode. I have worked for Fortune 500 companies and Privately held companies and all of the companies that I have ever worked with were tight lipped about potential deals, future deals in the works unless they trusted the people in the room. The point that I am trying to get across is that bashing, calling people names, etc... is Bull S#$t... Alot of people on this board are in college, never have worked for a company out there. So stop trying to do Lenny's job - Financials are going to be out soon - sure they could lie on it but what is it going to gain them - Not a Fu#$ing Thing - Lenny holds a bunch of shares so what is that going to do for him if he cant sell them - nothing - Call me names, say I don't know crap, go ahead I have thick skin and I have heard it all. If you believe in this company invest in it at these low levels if you don't sell and move along - I am done with my soap box good luck to the rest of the longs on this board. We will soon see higher grounds.
ROFLMAO
I appreciate the advice I believe u r a dealer in Vegas so u know what the risks r I know what the risks r here too so far in every pink I have ever been involved in it seems that it is scam this is different my gut still feels good about the dd I have done if it doesn't work out life will go on but financials will be out soon this month hopefully and we can really see how the company is doing creating having on this board will induce sellin people r like sheep they will follow the crowd and if u do we will wind up back in trips if not we will hover in or around this level until fin as far as rite aid numerous things may have happened ie like they are going bankrupt etc..... Goty
Sorry for typos typing from a I phone
Rite Aid is about to file bankruptcy let's look at this as a good thing why sell a bunch of kits to someone that within the next two to thee months won't be able to pay for that's great logic as I said before when you run out of ink what do u think of first it sure in the he'll isn't rite aid please sell all ur shares I will gladly take them off of your hands can u wait until Wednesday my funds will be transferee by then TIA
Then sell your shares and move along as far as shit brains that justs shows ur maturity level was there an official pr by the company not that I have seen so as far as me selling my shares I take that risk good luck to you sir
People relax
Rite Aid Deal said the roll out would start March 1, 2010. OK that means that is a roll out - what is a roll out well that means that product would start to ship, POS displays would start to be made, plan-o-grams are starting to get set in the computer, pricing etc.... This does not mean that they are going to start selling this product today or tomorrow. There is a lot going on is deal finalized I don't know as no one else on this board knows. Have they started to ship to Rite Aid - nothing has been confirmed - So once again relax. Has anyone else on this board been involved in a roll out of a product? Most of the time it is test marketed in a few locations etc... Tested etc.... If you have been involved in a roll out please share information with the board because this is what this board needs to talk about instead of I just called Rite Aid and got a minimum wage person and he says he has never heard of this product creating havoic! As everyone else has said Patience and again I will say it Patience. GLTA and GO LKEN
ok i just stood up so now I can think clearly. It's late, we are about to get hit with bad storms, tornado's all of that good stuff....So my brain has not been working on full throtle.... So for example if Office max is paying 5 dollars a square foot for lease space they might be charging 3.50 per square foot of the area that Free Ink for Life is going. I think that is what you are saying. Correct me if I am wrong
So if you are saying 65-70% are you talking about the selling price so to make numbers easier if I was selling a product for 100.00 you would charge me 65 -70 dollars to put this on your self and you only pay me 30 -35 dollars when you sell it? Kind of like a JIT system but pay as WE "the consumer" purchases the product?
Learned something new tonight. Now I can understand paying for space in a true office store - I was actually thinking in terms of Rite Aid about the Beer LOL - OK if I had to pay a lease in a Drug Store, Office Store, or a multi National Chain Store what would you do? Just Sayin
Hotrod
Is that for everyproduct in the store? I thought that they only shelves that were leased were Beer, Soda, and maybe some of the perisable items that you find ie milk etc... Everything else the company would buy and stock accordingly? Maybe drugs would be a leased option but I don't think ink would fall into that category? I could be wrong Just askin.
I agree with alot of your points. Now I know Lenny and a few other investors put up some of their own cash to get this company going and to buyout some of these other entities. How much no one may ever know. But as with my company I have had to put my intial investment into it and I have added to that intial investment due to some circumstances that I needed too. Lines of credit only go so far. Remember that Lenny holds a lot of shares, they are still restricted for how long I could not tell you, maybe you can answer that. But it is in his best interest for himself to deliver, and what I mean by deliver is to get this product out of the starting gate and move it towards the finish line as fast as he can. IMO the faster he sets up distribution and creates a buzz the faster he can make a dent into this market. A market worth 30 billion dollars just a mere 1% market share of this market would yield 300 million. Manufacturing costs for this product can not be much more than 10-15 dollars per kit and if they are able to sell it for 49 -59 dollars a kit they are making killer margins. JMO once again don't know but I am assuming, if they are giving the ink away for life then they are able to pay the shipping and handling and are able to recoup the cost of the ink. Just makes since since they really are selling the bottle of ink for 4.95 (shipping per bottle). So for Heartland they just shipped them 5000 units and I believe that they are selling them for 49.99 Lets say Heartland's cut is 20% commission so Heartland is making 10 bucks or 20% Lenny is making 39.99 per unit and lets say for giggles their cost in the product is 14.99 they are making 25 dollars a kit or 62.5% gross margin on this product not bad. So for that one order it just made LKEN 199,500 dollars in sales at a 62.5% gross margin equates to 124,687.5 in gross profit dollars lets say that their overhead and salaries total 40% of that (which is high) that is still leaving 74,812.5 profit on the table for one sale. This is all specualtion and JMO, but It is very atainable. Please post anything good or bad, it can only help us all. GLTY sir and GO LKEN!
I agree with you 100%
I think everyone is doing great DD - once again I will say it "WHO CARES IF RITE AID DOES NOT HAPPEN! The product is good, they (Greene Concepts) are working on marketing the product, Looking for Distribution partners ie internet, infomercials, etc...... Possible retail outlets - where do you think they will get their most value from a drugstore or from a major office supply store? If you were in Lenny's shoes what would you do? How much profit is in it for the company? Walmart dictates what they are going to buy the products for and how much you need to ship to meet their needs, you don't accept their terms don't let the door bump you in your ass when you leave is there attitude! Is that they way it is with all major retailers, no but I know that is the way it is with Walmart. When you think of getting ink cartridges what pops into your mind? I guess I think of a Staples, Office Max, Office Depot before I would think of Rite Aid, Walgreens, CVS or Walmart - JMHO. As far as the past two - three years - yes I believe that Lenny was struggling money has been very tight - loans are hard to come by with out very good credit and banks are not going to give out loans to a company that has not made a profit (Just an assumption) so it left him no other choice to go public - When you are a private company you only have to please the original investors two - three people - when you go public whether you are on Nasdaq, NYSE, or a Pink sheet you have to please every Tom, Dick, and Harry. Get my drift... So once again I ask all of you on this board - if the Rite Aid deal goes to the wayside - is this a bad thing -
1) LKEN - still has the same product
2) LKEN - still has distribution set up and seems to be growing sales
3) LKEN - are they profitable - we will soon find out expectations comming in and around March 15th so we will know soon enough.
4) LKEN - share structure sucks 5 billion or very close to it but still very attainable and manageable - need some more help on this as far as DD - when does all shares become free trading shares?
5) LKEN - I believe in my gut this is going places
If you don't like negative posts on this board then my suggestion is to stop reading this board. This is a public forum an people will post what they believe, some of it is fact the remainder is bullshit so believe what you want to believe. GLTA and GO LKEN!
Because they are clauses in contracts that allow the other parties to cancel. So that is how! Have you ever bought a car? If so you know that you have up to 3-5 days to decide that you don't want it and can get a full refund back. etc....... Yes lawyers are smart very smart and they put in clauses for just this very reason. I am not saying that the deal is dead, but when they were finalizing the deal, rite aid or maybe LKEN decided that this was not the best thing for them so they pulled the plug. If either party pulled the plug then I am sure they is some type of compensation package attached to the deal. So yes all contracts have a way out, and yes I have signed a deal where they backed out within a month of agreeing to the terms of distribution. Now let's take this one step further maybe when they Rite Aid signed the deal they did not realize that if one of their similar products had a no compete clause in their agreement this would make their current distribution partner null and void and thus would result in a current contract to be broken, into ligiation etc...... So that is another possible thing that might have happened. Just speculating so I really don't know just like everyone else on this board. The deal has not been PR'd so we don't know. GLTY and GO LKEN
No that just means that Deal may have fallen through! I have worked 2+ years on deals only to get down to signing on the dotted line and they pull the plug. So if it doesn't happen their are other fish in the sea and alot of them are better distributors than a Drug store for this particular product.
Very true - remember the old saying "Loose Lips sink Ships" maybe this is why they have decided to be quite on the Rite Aid Deal - and other deals in the works. That is why they hired the IR company good or bad they hired them for a reason and that is to field calls and answer questions for them - so they can conduct day to day business and grow their profits - once they do that then they can uplist and get on higher boards etc.......
Good Luck to All and GO LKEN
OK Folks REALLY GET A GRIP!
First off do you think a manager in a store knows what corporate is doing? NO - When does a manager know, when he gets a package from corporate stating that here is a new product, selling points, how to reorder, sku #, and where it goes into the plan-o-gram at the store. People by calling this guy all you are going to do is piss him off - he has other crap to do besides answer to a penny stock board. If this stock was on Nasdaq or NYSE would you bother - the answer is more than likely NO - ONCE AGAIN I WILL SAY IT "PATIENCE" If the Rite Aid deals falls through who cares - their are better avenues of distributors out there IE - Office Max, Office Depot, Staples, etc..... They "LKEN" are doing this right get the online arena going, get some direct sales people going, create a buzz in the publics eye through infomercials - By bugging the shit out of Lenny by asking him questions about why this or why that all you are doing is wasting his F*!!ing Time when he could be selling this to a national chain store or working on another avenue of distribution let him run the company, this is a Pink Company - it is trading below a penny we all took a risk - my gut is telling me that it is going to be a good payout - PATIENCE GLTA GO LKEN
We all need to be patient here - It takes time to build distribution and if LKEN needed money then we would see a flood of PR's to boost PPS so they could dilute it to get money and we don't see that here. They have a real product that will generate real revenue given some time. Rome was not built in a day and LKEN can not be built in a day either. They are doing the right things here and developing it with all possible means of distribution.
IMO I am glad that they are not posting a PR everytime they do something. Lenny needs to concentrate on sealing up the big deals with retailers if it is feasible. Not answering to impatient investors when the PPS drops 10 - 20% in a day. If Lenny spent all the time that people on this board wants him to by keeping us informed when would he have time to conduct his day to day operations? Their online exposure is getting better and they are seem to be exhausting every type of avenue to get there. I am also long don't post much, but read the board. It will happen I believe in my gut so give LKEN some time I feel that we will see a different PPS in March and hope to see mutiple pennies by the end of the year. Not pumping just what I believe that will happen. GLTA and GO LKEN
Did anyone else notice this on their last finincial report?
On page 9 it had the cost of goods sold vs sales. It was a pretty impressive margin 85% gross margin to be exact. On a average price of 39.99 per unit this only equates to 563 units sold for the last quarter. They just shipped out 5000 units per a previous post yesterday. Folks we have something here especially if they are getting a 85% gross margin - as far as the 5% dividend goes it is a great savings bank plan - free shares that will be worth a lot more in a year JMO.

Good Luck to All and GO LKEN!
As with any business you do not want to grow to fast - he is taking a proactive approach
Beefing up manufacturing Key in my opinion if he can make 1 million units per month that is 12 million in the pipeline great what is 12 million * 49.99 roughly a little under 600 million in sales - so he has the manufacturing up and able to handle a massive order - overflow distribution in place ie china and facilities in US - he is taking this slow -
Infomercials Key - free advertising getting it out to the marketplace plus an added bonus sales - projected 46 million or 920,000 units - very attainable - how many products do you see that are on a infomercial and soon it winds up in stores like Rite Aid, Costco, Walgreens - Shamwow, chia pets, etc....... = additional sales Walmart as I said before is just the icing on the cake IMO - like I said before I believe that the mark up is well into the 60-80% Gross margin range and why not - nobody else has anything like this - when the competition comes out with a like product they have room to move in price
Market potential 21-30 Billion market segment in US alone
1% market share = 300 million in sales based on 30 billion
2% market share = 600 million in sales based on 30 billion
This is very attainable in my opinion within 1 to 2 years Green has a great plan and he is implementing it right now, all of the pieces of the puzzles are falling into place GLTA and GO LKEN!
Walmart also dictates what they are going to pay for the product -they all ready have in their mind what Gross Profit they need to make with your product, they place demands on you the supplier, you will sell it to me at XYZ, deliver it BY XYZ Date, if you do not accept these terms then I will find someone else. Walmart just because they are big doesn't mean that they might be the best retailer to go after, in my opinion they need to target higher end retailers, Staples, Office Max's, Office Depots. JMO though. GO LKEN!
Cash - thanks for all of the postive posts on this board. What are your thoughts on a projected gross profit of their ink kit?
What would you think the Rite Aid projections will Be?
The ink market is 21 - 30 Billion dollars in the United States alone, I would think that LKEN could atleast tap into 1% of that market what are your thoughts?
GO LKEN!
So I Guess I should "C" my way out of the conversation..... I get your point - and my point is that this entire board for the last two weeks have been in a pissin match - pointing fingers, trying to come up reasons as to why the pps is down, pointing fingers - it is like dealing with my kids - the point is that I believe in this company - there are others on this board that believe in this company and you can sit here and over analyze this to death twist words and twist things that are said on this board.
If you believe in this company - post positive thoughts, if you believe in this company post some DD so it can help others decide if they would like to invest, help bring in more money so then you and I will see the PPS raise
Its not rocket science here - more eyes on this stock = higher PPS, More sales of ink, More Distribution = higher PPS in stock lets support it and help get the word out and turn this board back into a postive board that it used to be. My hats off to Cash Devil and Garyst and some others here on this board. GLTA and GO LKEN!
Everyone is so focused on the walmart deal if it happens great it's a bonus but LKEN has so much in the works right now - first and foremost the rite aid deal 4700 or so stores a new ir company infomercials starting soon and it seems that everyone is focused on walmart and where their bldgs are located as I said before we have a real company with a CEO with a great track record great product with the proper roll out strategy will= a great return on your investment here. GLTA and go LKEN
jhauns
Let's think about this - I own two companies right now - both are run out of my house If you want I can take a picture of a desk and show you. I really don't care if their main office is out of a card board box, the fact is that a majority of companies start out in a home or a garage with a a couple of nickles and a pipe dream - many of them fail with in the first 6 months, many within the first year and alot more within the first three years. The fact is that Mr. Greene has a good track record, a good business background and somebody that is not going to spend 10 grand a month to impress investors so that they can say that wow they have an awesome office bldg. As long as they answer the phone and get your order out what more do you want? People believe what you want to believe - if you have ordered the kit and got it then you know the company is legit, if you like their product then you know that we are sitting on a gem. If you don't then please quit trying to save us all and move on to another stock. Thank you and good luck to all
Go LKEN
I could see us trading well into the pennies or higher. We need to first get this over a penny and to maintain it at a penny level before we can move any further. It will take care of itself after that. Sales = Profits = uplisting to higher exchange and higher PPS
JMHO - GO LKEN

Here is a great read for the market for ink
http://news.printcountry.com/2010/04/us-printer-and-printer-cartridge-sales-market-share-and-statistics.html
HP was prediciting first quarter earnings revenue of 6.2 billion for 2010 for printers and ink cartridges. The ink market is big - in the US alone it is over 21 billion dollars. So if Lenny can just tap into 1% of that market share that is 210 million dollars worth of sales and we can all do the rest of the math from here.
If Greene Concepts can sell 4,285,714 units they will reach this sales goal of 210 million at an average selling price of $49.00. Lets figure in an overall Gross Profit of a conservative 30% that is a revenue of 63,000,000 million EBITA. Not bad for a stock trading under a penny right now. In my opinion the GP will be in the area of 40+%.
I personally believe that they can tap into more than 1% of the United States market share. Infomercials are just the beginning, that gets their name out into the market place plus gains them sales, Once retail outlets have it in their stores it will have a greater sales quota. This is all in my opinion but I see a great potential here.
GLTA and GO LKEN
It is a very low floater as far as news goes I do not know of any If u go through my old posts it has everything u would want to know it moves very quick if it trades in excess of 500k shares it could move well over 300 percent IMO glty
Ruffle
Lets do a little quick math and be on the conservative side
4700 stores each store places an intial order of 10 units since the info on line says you can order these for 40 dollars lets take a conservative approach and say their selling price to Distributors is 30 dollars for round numbers this would give the stores a 25 percent gross margin which is acceptable in most chain stores so here is my math please help me or correct me if someone else sees something different:
4700 stores x 10 units (intial order) x $30 dollars (Greene Selling Price) = 1,410,000 dollars on their first intial order, now being conservative lets say these do not fly off the shelfs but each store averages 30 units a month
4700 x 30 units x $30 = 4,230,000 per month
Annually = $50,760,000 in total sales dollars for Greene Concepts
Note this is just Rite Aids projections + TV sales of 46, million
These numbers are only going to go up
If they can produce l million units a month and sell 1 million units per month
30 million in sales each month or 360 million per year not too shaby they might need to expand really quick if this takes off
360 million is less than 2% of the total market share
Now that the gap is filled lets move this back up - remember the last 10 minutes on Friday - it rocketed - it can do it again GO LKEN
