Good advice, Garyst. This is how I play these plays and not advice on how anyone should trade. Just my opinion:
What almost always works is get in fast, make a quick 20% or so (do not get greedy) and get out. Forget all the pump messages. Forget all the B.S. emails. Set your sell as soon as you buy and leave it there.
It is better to take a smaller profit and be happy reading all the B.S. while waiting for the next promo than sitting on what was a profitable trade and watch it turn red. Greed does that.
Too little and WAY too late. This company was exposed around 2.5 years ago and the SEC is jut now getting around to this???
Why do we need the SEC in the first place if this is how they do business?
I learned last year to stay away from the MoneyRunners group in the ISML pump. FCGD sounds almost exactly the same as huge investors were supposed to be in line to push ISML up. After the dump on the first day of the pump HSA kept promising it would rebound.
These pumpers only want your money.
Learn to avoid getting burned by their history!
Eventually most everyone playing pennies ends up holding a red bag full of loser stocks. This has happened to me enough to where my education is pretty much paid for here lol
This is how I turn my losers into winners:
I hold my red bag stocks until I find one that has a very good chance of going up. Then I sell the loser and buy into a more active stock.
This is what I did to buy into BMSN and it has paid off quite well. It is better to put the money into an active stock and recover the losses than to keep holding those losers and hoping, hoping, hoping.
How is the air quality on the planet you arrived from?
All mod positions are taken for this board. And guess who they work for...lol
TDA chart is showing the 200 MA at 0.003785 so .0038 is close enough for this game of BMSN hand grenades
This is one sweet bounce off the 200 MA
Not so fast...a 20 million buy just went thru!
U.S. exchanges are closed on March 29 for Good Friday.
For those who do not understand why companies are on the OTC listing...
Young companies need money to move forward. When you buy OTC stock you are helping the company to acquire necessary funds to move their company (business plan) forward.
Share buy-back claims by these pennies are a hype. Companies do not come to this exchange to buy back their shares. They are here to SELL their shares.
IF this is dilution then what do you expect? An apology?
WoW! 45 minutes into the trade day and volume is already over 50 million!
I still watch ISML and stop by here from time to time as I am a leftover from the HSA disaster pump last year. I am at the belief that Mario is set in his ways and from what he did this past year nothing about his business methods have changed.
It is easier when you give up on a stock like this. If it ever runs it is like a visit from a golden tooth fairy.
Amazing what can crawl out of the dirt on down days lol
Here for the distance riding free shares.
Unfortunately, you have to be really, really broke before the IRS will consider reducing your tax debt. Indigent is more like it lol
I was very fortunate as the IRS agent working my case told me she never accepted such a small offer (10% of the debt). Then you are guaranteed to be audited for the next five years. One little mistake and the offer goes away, the original debt returns with accumulated penalty and interest. I hired a CPA to do my taxes for the next fifteen or so years as I never, ever wanted to go thru that again. Oh, the Dept of Treasury for the state I live in are bigger A-holes than the IRS
Just a suggestion...Pay your taxes. On time.
Kickn' Butt n' takn' names!
Thanks for the chuckle! The timing is perfect! lol
BMSN-Keep on rockin' me baby!!!
Why am I still holding? Why not. There is almost nothing left to lose. CCME could pull off a miracle.
With Starr getting 77 million that can't leave much for us. I am still holding all my worthless shares.
This is HUGE!!!
BMSN is now listed on OTCQB

If you believe anything from this thieving liar you deserve to lose your money.
SsmithO, per your PM as I can not reply using PM's, my reply is; 'I do not know and it does not matter. It is going to come to at least Phase II. Just my guess.'
If you read the FDA requirements for new drug trials you will understand the entire path to final approval is a process of small steps. BMSN tossed their hat into the FDA trial arena and is moving forward. If you are looking for fast returns try the casinos.
ANY MODS LEFT HERE NOT ON THE TAKE???
solidgold's post is worthy of being a sticky!
STICKY ME!
Stacks, thanks for the info! :0)
This is a great starting point. With the IND number 15376 we now have something solid to do research for DD on.
Keep an eye on the FDA sites for progress updates as these are open clinical trials. This means the progress is documented and made public.
My understanding of the FDA Investigational New Drug (IND) Application is if the FDA has more questions they will make a request for more information. This is not a denial. And the FDA approval rate is 70% to begin clinical trials. The other 30% are on hold, waiting for more information.
This request for more information would be a material event as the request would most likely be in writing. Thus, requiring an 8k or PR release by the requesting company. I am no expert in this field and this is an observation of what my DD taught me to date on how this part of the IND human clinical trials begins.
BMSN is listed on the pinkies. Both parties involved know the meaning of how risky that is. So to protect the client's best interest their attorney most likely considered both the up and down side of the stock and negotiated on the down side (lowest PPS). My best guess is Koos saw this as a way to get out from under this lawsuit and agreed as to him the stock is just printed paper, not his bank account regardless of how the clinical trials progress.
If you put yourself in Koos' position you would most likely agree to a similar offer.
Has anyone been able to speak to David Koos on the phone?
Cash accounts are immune to loaning shares for shorting. Only margin accounts can have their shares available for loaning to be shorted. If you have a margin account you can have your account flagged to prevent your shares from being loaned for shorting. Simply call your broker and request it.
BMSN does not fit APS's profile for picks.
If by chance they do I believe it would be a disaster for BMSN. This stock does not need a promo to move. It is doing just fine on its own merits. GLTA
Not sure if this will help answer your question. It is a list of NASDAQ MMs
