Indeed,
Hey all, been ultra busy but looking to buy some more shares tomorrow. When I entered this position I predicted I would have to wait at least until 3rd qtr before anything substantial that would propel the price up would take place. I haven't heard the latest conference so as soon as I see file uploaded I will listen in. Good luck to all and hang on tight this baby should get interesting soon.
CLWR
You guys are funny. Firstly, the financials aren't out, those are first quarter financials that were either reported now on Yahoo or re-posted for some reason. Secondly, TSNP is a public company as of 2009 so that crap on Yahoo about $10m-$14m revenue is a mistake and probably combined financials of another company, since it's a free service.

Hey all been very busy with another child, working on closing a deal with a home and a change of career. Moreover, when I returned from the hospital after my wife gave birth all three computers at home were dead. Apparently, there was some power surge that fried them all. I've been so busy that I haven't been able to backup all the data and figured I'd wait on getting new computers when I move. At the moment I'm using my wife's work laptop while she's in maternity leave. I haven't accumulated more shares on TSNP because my CLWR position is currently down, so just waiting for the market to turn around. I hope everyone is having a good time, of course aside from your position here but things should not always be as bearish with TSNP. Lastly, I'm not sure how good this next quarter will be due to the retraction of spending across the market. I would prepare myself for a short miss quarter over last year's quarter.

Hey all, just dropped by to say my little girl was born today, weighing at 9lbs. Chat later and good luck with TSNP this week.

Yeah I put him on ignore too can't stand the constant babble, "IMO, DD, Research and my Calculations" notice the redundancy? lol.

You have issues brotha, you may want to take a break if life is so rough on you. I'm actually, about a newborn in 3 hours. I can't stick around beating a dead horse all the time because I have other important matters to attend. You know nothing of valuation apparently, nor market cycles. Obviously, right now the shorts have taken advantage of short-term prospects. In a few more months this will be trading significantly higher. Listen to the last conference call again and you will get some insight. All the major holders or major traders decided to play with other stocks while they wait for us to near closer to Q3 since most of the major developments will begin to shape themselves around that time. The market has been trading with a very short-term horizon since our recent 2008 recession. Three-months before Q3, everyone will begin to pile on their position in CLWR and the price will then be in a confirmed uptrend. Right now if anyone is serious about this stock you would be buying.
CLWR
Your welcome, its my pleasure.

Hey all, been around just busy. Looking for confirmation that these CD's have fully converted or are fully out of the stock to see a good run. Shareholders have had to endure enough dilution on this one and are on the sidelines for when it is clear the dilution is history. The company can increase its revenue forever but if there is any possibility of dilution it will never become a value investment. We are here at the very bottom of the price, RS simply won't happen because it would devalue both the private shareholders that own a very large portion of this stock and the CEO who has solely compensated himself with stock. All parties both insiders and market participants here have the same goal and that is to see an eventual increase in PPS. Folk should buy what they can afford to lose as with all investments and just hold until no dilution and increased revenues brings newer investors. That is after all how all investments work. First people in where well compensated for waiting between 1-3 years(the finance guys). The second wave will be us buying where no one else cared to buy at these basement prices. Except regular shareholders are friendly shareholders since technically we cannot dilute and therefore we tend to reap even better rewards when stocks run because the lack of dilution and good news in coming quarters after a company becomes profitable can propel the price up significantly. Convertible Debenture folk didn't care at what price the stock was on as long as their was buying volume or bid support for them to sell. They ensured a 150% gain on avg but we value investors will reap x10 bagger or better. Obviously not through a single rally but through multiple rallies in the quarters and years to come.

People have to keep in mind that these forums are to discuss and provide DD on companies, not sit around all day long chatting crying over why a stock is not performing in line with your trade. Most of us have other responsibilities that do not afford us the opportunity to sit here and chat all day long.
CLWR
I've given some examples in the past as to where the PPS should shoot to and why. I have an avg of $2.05 per share and not worried at all. I bought, went on hold and moved on but I'm going long-term on this one. I won't be selling any shares under $3.00 per share and my planned holding period is through Q4. On another note, be careful what information you get on these boards especially from people that claim to follow technicals without understanding what they represent and how they are analyzed. I bought on fundamentals here not on technicals as I am a value investors and value investors usually buy when technicals are bad not good, given of course the fundamentals haven't changed.
However, to make the story short on CLWR, the main reason to buy and hold is because they have a comparative advantage in the telecomm sector and that is the amount and quality of their spectrum which is currently unmatched even by large corps such as Verizon and AT&T. Yes it is true they have not yet been profitable since their late 2007 IPO but they have yet to fully realize their business plan. Come mid 2013 that plan will be realized and they will be an net positive earnings co. Keep in mind that the market invest in advance between 3mo for institutional traders to 1 yr for value investors during the recent business cycles. I'm super busy but if you ask specific short questions throughout the week I can provide better details. Good luck.

I think he may not be as naive as he sounds when he posts. It seems that language challenge for him is hindering his ability to express himself. Now if he's American I can't think of an excuse to support his position.
You do know you are replying to dragon no? Lol.
CLWR
Come on now what do you think I believe? I don't run around spewing garbage in my post, I post facts when it comes to market fundamentals.
CLWR
Welcome and congrats on mod :) This is a nice community here. Of course with the exception of a bad apple here and there.
TSNP
Thank you :)
Lol, he will respond after he does a Google search for the info asked :)
I figured it was a ton of shorting going on here because net positions for CLWR by institutions have been up for a few quarters now.
CLWR
Great response. Mr. Boucher is an excellent CEO and soon market love will pour into TSNP.

Just for clarification, below is the latest share structure.
NOTE 8 SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
As of May 15, 2012 the outstanding common stock of the company was 4,548,379,108 and the free
trading shares were 3,285,754,513. And the outstanding Series A Preferred Stock of the company was
2,700,000 shares and the free trading shares were -0-.
I keep seeing 9B shares and I don't know where people are coming from with those numbers. AS is 5B shares.
CLWR
I'm a little annoyed that with NASDAQ up 2.32% which is massive for an index, we are only up barely 2 ticks on a super lowly valued stock.
CLWR
Dragon I bet to wager than the only real long here is me and maybe you, not sure how comfortable you are with the timeframe. Usually, no one on Ihub is really long on stocks, nor do they possess the capital hold long. This one caught me off guard with the drop but that drop was manipulation for something that I believe is done and now the uptrend should begin. This dip as annoying as it was to me did not worry me in the slightest as there is no way I would sell under $3 PPS and I am extremely confident this stock will trade at that or significantly higher in the near future.
CLWR
Keep in mind that Verizon recently announced that they will stop all unlimited data plans that were grandfathered for 3g/Wimax clients and moving forward with 4G/LTE, they will have finite data usage. Sprint is the only major player that provides unlimited data because they have the spectrum to do so, given their CLWR ties, which allows them unlimited spectrum instead of a fix price per Ghz.
CLWR
No not that those companies are manipulating it but rather that if those companies would make a bid, Sprint would be forced to buyout CLWR or if the bid was too high for Sprint they would be done. Currently, Sprint has been CLWR's life line but CLWR has taken the appropriate actions in assuring that moving forward it isn't the case. Hence, contracts with other big vendors, Qualcom being their biggest so far. Qualcom is a $100B+ market cap. Also, the Qualcom relationship poises CLWR strongly for potential contracts with Verizon and AT&T. The issue is they are direct competitors of Sprint so that puts the pressure on Sprint to take whatever actions appropriate to ensure CLWR has a healthy future.
CLWR
I swear Ihub has the most interesting characters. I don't see the harm and taking a course or actually learning something factual about the markets before posting crap.
CLWR
This isn't a margin-able security.
CLWR
Value investors find a target price buy and hold. So why are you bashing Pollux? Besides how do you know he has bought yet? You haven't predicted anything because you just spew out information that is both bullish and bearish and eventually one occurs lol.
I was here posting significant information before you tagged along with CLWR is going to explode, CLWR is going to nose dive! IMO DD Research, Technical analysis, etc. lol.
CLWR
Just to note, Apple's production rate on the new Ipad's is slower than the demand. Between all of the products, mainly Apple's that will support 4G/LTE, there will not be enough spectrum in the market if you discount ClearWire. Meaning, CLWR's spectrum valuation will skyrocket to beyond the current $4.6B and this is not including rollout happening this year until mid-2013. You are talking about eventually having a market cap of $5B-$20B in the years to come. All contingent on what deals they sign. If AT&T and/or Verizon wanted to utterly destroy Sprint, they would make a bid for CLWR beyond what Sprint could afford.
CLWR
You do know that when you buy this stock funds do not become available immediately, so you technically can't day trade this but only swing trade it? Besides if you are down you don't sell because there is no assurance you will be able to jump back in when it takes off. As I said like half a year ago if this dipped from the $2 range is through manipulation. They shorted the stock down and whoever sells at a lost because they aren't sticking around long-term will take a permanent loss. When this stock is really ready to climb they aren't going to allow people to trade it but rather it will gap up hard to force people to chase it. They already did this a few months back. Basically, they are manipulating the stock until the uncertainties within the stock are wiped out in the coming quarters, then this will trade hard and fast on the upside.
CLWR
Closed $1.08 after hours which is an improvement. This baby may turn around from here.
CLWR
Hindsight is 20/20 my friend. I went pretty much all in in the $2 range. If we do hit my target mark I will make a profit anyway. No one can call bottoms or top with any adequate precision, we are only human.

It's amazing how this stock is this oversold. Every technical indicator shows it as bearish, I mean it's 100% a sell, that's just pretty unusual for a company that is not in bankruptcy, lol.
CLWR
Keep in mind that is their worst quarter, since it's a seasonal business. They usually generate twice or more per quarter on the other 3 quarters.
TSNP
Hard for CLWR to recover this massive drop in PPS when the market continues to melt daily. I'm pretty certain those that control the overall financial market have been making their case by pushing down the indexes so that Ben Bernanke will provide a Q3. High frequency firms which are the biggest ones can easily moves the indexes up and down while we still have $6T sitting on the sidelines. That's why you have to be patient and let the big boys play their games until they get their way. The overall market will start popping 2% daily once that happens.
CLWR
Strongly agree, dying to buy more shares but some of my major exchange investments right now are severely under water.
