Exactly. Low float reverse merger will take time and trade "thinly". That means it won't take much volume to move it up OR down, and without news, we'll, slow drip down.

Of the mergers going on, few have filed an 8k saying exactly how the transaction occurred. Few have audited financials. Some we don't even know the candidate much less if the transaction is likely to occur. HRAA is ahead in a lot of respects, just not in market cap. Once the market cap catches up to the others, .30 will seem cheap.

The market cap is already so small, if the price hit .05, a small whale could move it single handedly.
