I'm not finding anything in their filings saying these Sumcoins are gone....$16,357,460 / 288,000,000 outstanding shares = .056 .... im getting some more at this price just incase you are wrong.

Anyone have info showing these Sumcoins are gone? if not... then 52766 x 310 = $16,357,460 looks like a pretty good asset.
No. Why would they ever spend one nickel to buy shares when they can create shares out of thin air for nothing and issue to themselves for free? This may no longer be a company that soley relies on issuing shares to pay it's bills. Golden Dragon was. CA Grapes might not be. And shares issued for free can be sold for any price for infinite profits and repeated. And shares issued to a third party or officers for free can be sold and those are instant profits that are kept off the books and the money does not go to building the business. Third parties and officers don't build businesses without compensation. Now ask youself why would any business interested in growing and seeking working capital issue shares for free and gain nothing. I think the issued shares become the working capital and growth (warehouse space, forklifts, delivery trucks, licenses, etc.) is the gain. Without taking on some liability as a start up, growth is almost impossible especially in the distribution business.
I think it would be shady if insiders were quietly accumulating right now. Apparently you do too. Maybe you could share with us "why" you think it would be shady. Your reply almost had me convinved that it made no financial sense for an insider to accumulate right now until you mentioned the same act by insiders would be shady? I always thought that insiders only do shady things if there was some profit involved..
Looking for opinions here....could it be possible that these guys at CA Grapes and their friends are quiety accumulating common shares by shaking out weary investors with their silence? after all, they do know things that we don't (like the value of CA Grapes). Maybe this company is worth alot...If it is, this silence and lack of information presents an opportune time for them to get cheap shares before releasing the hounds.
I'm sure you will correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the 5th character "X" means mutual fund and "Z" means misc. situation????
I looked up "ticker symbol" on Wikipedia and it had a section on interpreting the symbol...
I recieved GDHI shares in exchange for DPWS shares on 6/30/2008
I guess I should have said that alot of people lost money shortly after the merger because they held for the long haul. The ones who sold and bought back during May 2009 thru the beginning of 2010 did well with the Jan 2010 spike (if they sold). Thanks for reminding me to review my past records with this company...Makes me think a little more
DPWS was Diamond Powersports. They made motorcycle parts. I had shares of DPWS at the time they became GDHI. Is it correct to call that a reverse merger? Just like we have right now with cal grapes? Alot of people made good money after DPWS reverse merged with GDHI. Please correct me if I'm misusing the term "reverse merge".
Interesting read...2nd paragraph especially..

I would think any Wine institute "Discover California Wines" marketing push in China would benifit CGI... Even if CGI's competition pays for the campagn.
Notice that "Constellation (who participates in the Wine Institute's activities) CEO Rob Sands is expected to name a top executive to lead the Asian business in the coming weeks.
With that in mind, I would say CGI's timing and positioning for a bright future couldn't be much better. Very interested to see China sales figures of CGI over the next year.
Kamaaina. Great point as it "costs money to make money". Seems quite obvious by now this company is growing.
