They are worth nothing. OTC is a lawless frontier where scammers can get rich, and the ignorant get duped and fleeced
Hi all. Best board you like to gain intel on smarter pot stock plays? THX!
Yep, it's been positioned to fall. The pump stops working and you get what we have here...dead money and promises of future dazzling. Get out...put money into something on the ascent. These cats are trickery
Nothing is always. People who have stood by and watched other MJ stocks pop have been hurt by the "stay the course" rhetoric. There is no there THERE. The releases are forward looking and none too inspiring. Best I warn others on the fence off this one, as I have no dog in the hunt now
If it was the real deal, smart money would be in it, not message board losers, being primed by a pump squad.
Agreed. No need to spend $50,000 on promotion when you got real stuff cooking. Live, learn. Shame on the hype men, it's buyer beware in here
"Almost"
If the ingredients with hemp don't have THC, don't give you an extra buzz, then the hemp is seen as a gimmick, no? Because it surely doesn't help the taste of the brew...so why have it in there? Can anyone help? THX
None of u guys have an SEC connection? it's so obvious now that this is pure robbery. Only two options--Smith is either wickedly inept or a thief...
To contact SEC and alert them to the shenanigans and track record for Petron. http://www.sec.gov/complaint.shtml
Even money managers who advise hedge funds sometimes miss the bullseye, my friend. Chin up.
Ur good at scalps!
Smartest option is to stop throwing good money after bad. This RS has to be last straw, even for optimists. The share price has been telling us what the smarts know...there is no THERE there. Bait and switch, carrot on a stick, promise and underdeliver, cons like Omn* touting on boards, etc. Just see this as lesson learned, and never believe another story stock again
No. The market has been telling us for a long time the prospects for this Smith charade. reverse split never good. If the forthcoming news was good, would be no need to flood market with billions of shares. Nobody should even so much as hold out hope that PEII will suddenly start performing. Until proven otherwise, now, this is a Smith scam. IMO
Licensed theft. God bless American capitalism
Assume there will be no production. Assume Mr Smith is a liar and scammer and anyone pumping on here is in cahoots. Don't throw good money after bad. We all got burned by a slick storyteller, all hat, no cattle. I have been keeping track of all developments and will file my report to SEC soon. Reverse splits are licensed theft, and Mr Smith will not get away with it.
I hear ya, boss. Hoping the pig will still fly. But this is my last time, I SWEAR lol, falling for a story. You can't. You just cannot down here in OTC. But it happens every day, millions and millions of dollars are parted from hopeful souls, into the bank account of cons. Sad stuff.
Seriously? It would have made you feel better if the woman wasn't CERTAIN the guy was a scammer? Eh...it's pretty much immaterial. We shall see how it plays out. I predict another year of rinse and repeat, sadly. Bagholders tend to be optimists until the whole thing goes nuclear, and gets shut down, or reverse splits into pennies on the dollar.
Couple months ago, after getting stung in the Bakken bait and switch, I called PEII office, talked to the secretary. I told her I thought Floyd was scamming us. her answer. "Noooo, I don't think he's doing that." She didn't say, "Nooo, he's not, he's an honorable guy, working hard." That stuck with me, in such a bad way, and I fear that her reply hinted and what the result will be here....Scamola. We shall see, but the recent track record is so horrid. The OTC is such a disgrace...people getting scamme dout of their hard earned money, because they are desperate to believe a story. I find it so sad, and such an indictment of our nation and system of capitalism.
So, where do you see the SP going? You were vocal in advising to load up. Still the same mode?
Anyone want to apologize to Naz? Reverse splits are legalized theft
Floyd better get ready from visits from angry investors if there is a reverse split.
That "free" advice has destroyed all but an insider with an edge. Dangerous person, all due respect
Stop it
Nobody finds a stock, a different stock, that doubles each month. And plays ONLY that and those stocks. Nobody.
Took the money and ran
Er, do we know what price per share the company paid? If they paid half price or less then we shouldn't expect them to expect the current PPS to surge, should we?
Hope so. I'm in more than I should be. We're down hard since last year, with some nasty surprises, including a BF deal which got scratched after it was PR'd.
Yep. As predicted. If financials were going to be good, news would have leaked, PPS would be upward bound, no payment for promotion would have been needed...Same story from ole Floyd
Educated guess. If 10K was going to be good, this thing's PPS would be much higher, on news leak. Floyd decided he needed to pay to promote...would be no need if 10K was good. Would be surprised if it was good. You don't agree?
Yes, yes, blame the MMS. Cmon. Hey, if news in the financials was good, word would have leaked and the PPS would reflect it, no?
Bert says "it's so exciting to me" how PEII does recovery work on old wells. Like he has a fetish for it. Bizarre.
Floyd wants to grow "this little company" to one that is on NASDAQ. One day could be on NYSE. The $10 mill is "just the beginning," he says. "I love it, I love it," the idiot host says.
Bert says profitability could attract stellar partners. Exactly, says Floyd. I will finish later
Bert asks Floyd if and when PEII will be profitable. Second quarter, as Floyd aimed last year? "We still think 2014 is the year (to become profitable)," Floyd says. Break even is 110 barrels a day, he says, at about 12-15 per day...Texas was doing 10-12 a day, is not online now..three leases of 20 have good number of wells...50-75 a day could come from each of these three leases, he said. Two of three anticipate online by end of summer. Snyder Simons next months maybe, Edwards should be online end of summer. Analysis shows that fracking, after ninety days, will push max production...that will maybe exceed break even number. Can kicked to end of summer, I guess, for that. That news would help PEII blow up. Then "it's a different ballgame" Floyd says. On pace to achieve that by "end of the third quarter," he said. "Pretty confident" and "realistic" Floyd says.
Bert trying to tell potential investors that PEII has unloved assets, that gas and pipeline is "only game in town." Let's see from financials what kind of reality is in that statement...We shall see.
Bert "I Love It, I Love It" Martinez, lord help me.
Floyd says PEII is only nat gas company in the region they work in. Nat gas prices been going up, and he wants to add processing plant, he says. Future plans, future plans.
If funding comes, Floyd says they can expand, search for pockets of oil, create value for shareholders. "I love it, I love it," the moron host responds.
Petron has two sub companies, Floyd says. They can work for other companies, and those revenues can be fed to PEII. They want to do wire line service, means to help in fracking, and ultimately he wants drilling arm. That's "long term goal," picking up a small drilling company
"We're baking the cake, and it's almost done," Floyd says. S1 status report: They are updating the financials March 31, they will then use those numbers to update the S1, he said. "I love it," says the moron host. "Effective status is fairly imminent," Floyd says, looking at early next month.
The $10 million funding would be "very significant," Floyd says.
Floyd coming on Money for Lunch. Bert says Floyd one of his favorite guests, because he loves what PEII is doing! "It's nothing but pure excitement here on Money for Lunch," Bert says. Here's Floyd!
