Nicosia pump and dump.
He needs $500 to pay his maid.
In all seriousness, these corporations generally have reverse merger value as a shell.
It's much easier to merge with an established entity than start anew.
At .05 a share, I believe the market cap was 13k?
However, partnering with a guy like Nicosia and his track record would be like buying a pair of soiled briefs.
By the way, has anyone ordered any of these products and tried them?
I have heard that Regenerect (the natural kind, not the one they were selling in Mexico that had an artificial enhancement agent in it) does not work. At all.
Hilarious.
Cannot believe these guys aren't in jail.
I'd give it about 6 months before Nicosia is on to his next scam.
Wish I knew someone who could get me a bunch of free money for one of my companies, so I could just do nothing, sell shares, and earn a big salary.
How nice would that be?
My order was set for .15, but now I am out of the way.
Hard to give a $%$# about VIVK
Pretty funny
My .15 cent VIVK bid was just wiped away by a .02 bid today.
How is it possible for for a .02 cent bid to take my .15 cent bid out?
Does not the higher bid price get posted?
Crooks man.
Even with all of these stupid regulations, it's still the wild west
Notice in the latest PR they hardly talk about selling products, they talk about 'recruitment.' They have a network of people who don't sell anything. Great. That really helps shareholders when you don't sell products.
"Our momentum coming out of our Las Vegas Launch event has been fantastic. We look at recruitment and rank advancement as key performance indicators to our growth, and, this month, we doubled in recruitment over previous months and had ten distributors advance to Diamond Executive with John and Pam Florig reaching the rank of Blue Diamond and Milo and Michelle Siedle achieving the rank of Black Diamond. These are significant rank advancements within Regeneca and are earned by generating large sales volumes and personal income."
Yet, on 10-Qs that are released, there are/will be NO sales whatsoever--just shares sold and doled out.
It's like VIVK when the PR came out that they had shipped 10,000 bottles of VivaBlend, or enterted into a $5 million distribution agreement for cryovials.
Then, no product income--AT ALL.
Just shares sold and expenses--and RED
When you are selling 500M shares a year, and fleecing investors, you can afford to have employees on hand, brother.
Nicosia will only go down to a skeleton crew when people stop buying RGNA shares.
Then, he'll move on to his latest and greatest enterprise.
What some of these companies do is legal stealing.
It's not illegal to start a company that does not really sell anything if you can prove you have actual products to sell.
It's insane to me that people are not aware of what a lying sack of garbage this guy is.
This clown's companies never sell ANYTHING. ever.
All they do is borrow money, give the creditor shares at .001, and let them sell the shares on the market, recoup, and send bagholders to the poorhouse.
I hate very few people, but I absolutely hate Nicosia.
Have fun in hell.
Hilarious.
In one year, shares outstanding went from 312M to 881M.
Once again, Scamcosia raiding the stockholder ATM and paying his bills with paper, making everyone's investment WORTHLESS. In about six months when this is worth .001, he'll do a R/S, just like Vivakor.
Just hilarious that this wormy ^%$# can keep doing this to people and stealing their money.
Caveat emptor.
Of course, I didn't buy my shares of RGNA. I was given them, but can't sell them. They're just window dressing for my Schwab acct.
This guy is one slimy sonofabitch
Nicosia is a total %$#@%^$ fraud. Cannot believe someone hasn't run him over with their car yet.
He has stolen MILLIONS from investors like us with ZERO intention of ever turning a profit on any of these companies.
Some people just cannot make an honest living.
Cannot even sell these craptastic RGNA shares he gave me. They're a nice reminder of what a dumb ass I was to buy Vivakor shares.
Jim Short can rot in hell right along with Scamsosia.
Traded more like a pump and dump to me.
Same in my Schwab account. Restricted. I suppose I could call and have it lifted, but I don't really give a s^it
How is averaging down any different that dollar cost averaging--one of the most successful and time tested equity investment strategies?
It is trading vs. long.
If you're a trader, ave. down is weak and likely not prudent, but if you are long, and planning to hold, it is an excellent strategy.
Warren Buffet would disagree with you
I love how people think that just because a stock has a 6M share float that it cannot be manipulated.
Give me a break.
MMs generally can do whatever the hell they want.
They rarely get their pants pulled down by retailers like us
I am thinking for a measly few hundred bucks I can average down, and when this thing pops to $1 on some fabricated news, I can get out and recover some of my previous loss in the process.
When you are down thousands, a few hundred to average down is a strategy that has worked for me to get out of trouble with stocks. I just bought a butt load of YRCW the other day. I went from .90 a share down to .03. That's manageable. Plus, I think YRCW has tremndous value after the 100 for 1 reverse split (which would take 2 billion diluted shares down to 20 million)
VIVK has held pretty steady at .15 to .20
I don't want to own it, long term--I want to get out and minimize my loss.
I need to get to the .60(+) level to b/e on current shares held
Yes, this company has value as a shell from a reverse merger standpoint. I am very surprised no one has bought Vivakor just to save the few mil it takes to go public.
My uneducated guess is that they are not willing to sell.
I am pissed off as everyone else, but you have to be willing to continue to take some risks sometimes.
I actually did a little inadvertent averaging down yesterday when the ask hit .20. An order kicked in for me and filled. I was shocked.
If this thing ever pops a bit, I'll at least break even on the position I retained.
I lost a fair amount previously when I dumped a few hundred thousand shares.
Deader than a doornail.
This company makes no money. Zero. Zip. Nada.
All they do is burn cash with a flamethrower.
When the hell do my shares becoming tradable so I can dump this POS and get some cash for a new putter, or something?
Guys, I have been trading penny stocks for years. I never put too much into one stock. Ever.
Someone once gave me the advice: "Never confuse a company's stock with the company."
Lesson being, stocks are speculative and are often overvalued or undervalued. They are very rarely valued just right.
In pennies, a lot of craptastic companies have stocks that get way overvalued. This is one. It's worth .0001 a share right now, I assure you.
Look at the numbers. Regeneca has lost almost $50 million dollars and has made (net) maybe $3 mil? That's criminal. What would Bank of America be worth right now if they lost 5 billion and made $300 mil in the last 5 years?
This pill works, I am sure, but they will never be able to sell it in the US w/o FDA approval and disclosure of the ingredients.
RGNA is toast.
Short it, if you are able, and make some money off this clown. That's what people did to VIVK.
They lost $24 million in 2007.
Soooo, basically, they dilute to raise money, then blow it all, and don't sell any product.
"This is a development stage company..."
When you hear guys say that--run. They are usually looking for a free ATM
This company has never made money, and their financials look ridiculously anemic--if not catastrophic.
According to these #s they lost almost $12 million in 2009, with gross revenues just over $1 million--and spent over $13 million on SG&A. $13 million!
Are you kidding me with that?
I can't wait to see the #s for 2010. Should be a hoot.

Who audited these clowns?
This idiot does this to every company he runs. I want to get a face to face meeting with this a-hole. I'll fly out to CA for it.
I think 5 or 10 of us should demand a meeting.
I am currently writing a letter to the Pepperdine MBA program, asking them to reconsider their position of touting his accomplishments, and consider distancing themselves form him.
I'm getting my Executive MBA at Auburn right now, and wonder if I have any potential Nicosias in my class.
Another one bites the dust...
Told you Nicosia would run this one into the ground as well.
Thanks for the worthless shares, d-bag!
dude, the FDA is way ahead of you.
Regenerect: Recall - Undeclared Drug Ingredient
[Posted 05/02/2011]
AUDIENCE: Consumer
ISSUE: FDA lab analysis confirmed the presence of Sulfoaildenafil, an analogue of the active ingredient of an FDA-approved drug used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), making Regenerect an unapproved drug. The product poses a threat to consumers because they may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs (such as nitroglycerin) and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. Consumers with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease often take nitrates. ED is a common problem in men with these conditions, and they may seek products to enhance sexual performance.
BACKGROUND: Ethos Environmental, Inc. distributed Regenerect via sales made over the internet to consumers in the United States of America and Puerto Rico. See the Press Release for specific lot numbers affected by this recall.
RECOMMENDATION: Customers in possession of the Regenerect product matching the affected lot numbers should return any unused product for an exchange, or a full refund, to the company directly.
Healthcare professionals and patients are encouraged to report adverse events, side effects, or product quality problems related to the use of these products to the FDA's MedWatch Safety Information and Adverse Event Reporting Program:
Complete and submit the report Online: www.fda.gov/MedWatch/report.htm
Download form or call 1-800-332-1088 to request a reporting form, then complete and return to the address on the pre-addressed form, or submit by fax to 1-800-FDA-0178
one would think they would at least have some value from a reverse merger standpoint
Just found this today. Sorry if already posted.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - April 28, 2011 – Ethos Environmental, Inc. announced today that it is conducting a voluntary nationwide recall of the company’s dietary supplement sold under the brand name Regenerect with the following Lot Numbers:
100521
112850
Ethos Environmental, Inc. is conducting a voluntary recall because FDA lab analysis has confirmed the presence of Sulfoaildenafil, an analogue of Sildenafil, making these products unapproved new drugs. Sildenafil is an FDA-approved drug used as treatment for male Erectile Dysfunction (ED). The active drug ingredient is not listed on the label for these products.
According to the FDA, use of these products may pose a threat to consumers because the analogue may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs (such as nitroglycerin) and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. FDA has advised that consumers with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease often take nitrates. FDA has advised that ED is a common problem in men with these conditions, and consumers may seek these types of products to enhance sexual performance.
Ethos Environmental, Inc. has distributed Regenerect via sales made over the internet to consumers in the United States of America and Puerto Rico.
Ethos Environmental, Inc. advises any customers in possession of the Regenerect product matching the lot numbers above to return any unused product for an exchange, or a full refund, to the company directly. Customers can call (866) 925-9553 (Monday through Friday from 6am to 6pm Pacific Time) for instructions on the return and exchange/refund process.
These guys have cried wolf too many times. I wouldn't be surprised if they were trying to dump shares into their own PRs.
Interesting. Less than $50k in assets. $1-$10 mil in debts.
You really have to try to be this inept.
As far as I know, Vivakor never demonstrated sales of any products in its quarterly/annual reports. Nothing. Zilcho. I don't think they sold one bottle of Vivablend. This is why I dumped most of it. I mean, who the hell would buy a $300 bottle of grape juice? Meanwhile, Regeneca was selling the same stuff for a third of the price.
In fact, I'm not sure Regeneca has ever really sold anything, either.
Dermacia?
What these companies are, really, are legal ponzi schemes. The execs, when cornered, can always cry caveat emptor.
We're a development stage company! You knew the risks, man! We have a PR coming out next week, dude! Hang in there!
Well a PR about the FDA issuing a warning to Regeneca doesn't help.

share price dropping like a rock today. Thanks Nicosia with your sweet PRs of late.
Let me know how to get the restriction lifted so I can dump my Regeneca shares. They are sure to tank. Once they hit .001, and everyone has sold off, they'll let us trade them.
Have you guys seen this?
www.superpowermarketing.com
Leonard Brokenbrough?
And, this:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Regeneca-Inc-Announces-pz-4228815530.html?x=0&.v=1
I would say paying the $25 to be able to dump these RGNA shares is a serious bargain.
I'm considering writing a letter to Pepperdine Business School to see if this clown even went there, and if he did, let them know he's a crook.
Can't wait to watch my ETEV/RGNA shares nose dive from dilution and sell off just like VIVK. This should be a hoot.
Sidebar: I might be in California in the next two weeks. Am I able to make a citizen's arrest? I should at least get to repossess this d*ickhead's Mercedes.
Unfortunately, a R/S is just inviting shorts--and this is a stock that has had its share of problems with shorts.
However, you could make some money off the bounce from the R/S.
I am waiting to add to my position until after the R/S apocalypse.
I still own 100,000 shares.
Would not be surprised to find out that VIVK has been selling into this run up. They have done it before. Nicosia would eat his own arms and legs if he could. He needs his salary, you know for his Hawaii shabangs. Might as well sell 10 or 20 millions shares at .005 to get it.
The good news is, I think (on the surface) this thing might have a chance. But, it will be a slog.
This Resolution CEO Rob Webber seems to be somewhat like Nicosia--a journeyman CEO who's been at a lot of companies (although, unlike Matty N., I do not think he created any of them):
Resolution
Maui Land and Pineapple
DynTek DYNE.PK
MindArrow Systems
Silicon Valley Film Technologies
also...COO at Intelogis
Webber has a BA from BYU, a JD from Columbia, and an MBA from Harvard. Maybe he's just an in demand, smart guy, who knows. But, Nicosia is a snake in the grass, s-head.
There is some value to the company from a technology and reverse merger standpoint.
Someone with some resources would have to buy VIVK out at this point for it to have any effect whatsoever.
This company could be had for a mere $500,000 and no one is interested.
How the hell is this company supposed to market? They have zero revenue, and have increased shares by almost 200 million in the last 90-180 days.
Sushi, I respect you, brother, but anyone who thinks this company has an ice cube's chance in hell of doing anything is more optimistic than I am.
This is the last sign of the death spiral. Essentially, Nocosia and Fuja are diluting to pay themselves a salary, I'd presume.
This stock is done, and I'm just waiting to sell so I can write off the maximum loss for 2010.
245 million shares outstanding is nothing. This will have 2 billion soon.
