Real company that is in production not some pipe dream. Their environmental licenses and Realestate alone is worth way more than the company on paper, if you watched the recent shareholder zoom meeting you would realize that this is significantly undervalued! Do some homework, don't just stop in to Troll...

I've gotta think that tax loss selling is winding down. With only 7 calendar trading days left in the year most people who would of taken the write off for 2023 would probably be out by now. I have to think the stock should start moving back up soon as a result! Looking forward to 2024 for $SNRG it should be a strong year...

Large offer at .184 getting chipped away at, once we break that and .19 should be smooth sailing back over .20's

We saw a nice close on Friday with lots of offers being smacked into the bell. I think if we have another similar volume day today 300-500k of buying at the ask we should see the stock back over .22-.23. I don't have a crystal ball but I do have a good read on how $SNRG behaves considering I've been following it for years and understand how it trades having watched it for so long!

Negative... Double prints usually means that there is a non retail seller... Lets see if it persists! I wasn't watching the level 2 all day yesterday so I don't know what the activity looked like...

Really a dumb question because the management of $SNRG doesnt control the shares trading in the public float. Its not them selling! If you have seen all of the form 4's over the last year management has done nothing but add shares to their positions... They don't have control over the existing shareholders who have been selling their stock driving the price down! Its a FREE market people are going to do as they please. This upcoming shareholder meeting should provide clarity on how the business is evolving and could potentially convince the shareholders who have been selling that its worth holding on to!

$SNRG Needs to break above .18-.20 to confirm a break of the downtrend then a break of the resistance from September(.26) then we could certainly see a breakout!

If the price got to $1.50 pre-split $SNRG would only require a 3/1 RS to maintain the Nasdaq min. bid requirement of $4.00. Obviously the higher the share price can get the less the R/S would be. I know in the past Marc rejected a 10/1 RS and there has already been up to a 5/1 RS approved. I believe he wants to keep it as minimal as possible to reduce dilution and benefit the shareholders. Obviously its contingent upon the price of the stock which has been on a steady decline the last few months. He has to deliver on the financing which would be a catalyst to recover the share price! If enough funding was committed at a non dilutive way it would eliminate the debt which would further reduce any potential dilution and also solidify the buildout of the facilities to scale up production and ramp up revs!

Such a miniscule gap I think its irrelevant. I understand your thought process as gaps often like to get filled but in this case I would tend to disagree...

Agreed I wanna see us atleast back above .23 because thats the 200 DMA and in order for the chart to start shaping back up technically we need to hold above that.

Yup looks like the tax loss selling pressure is starting to dry up. May have just been one or two larger holders who wanted out and through in the towel. Gave others an excellent opportunity to get cheap shares!

Diamond hands bruh! Its an OTC Stock what did you expect? With a high degree of risk there is an opportunity of great rewards... Larger deals always take longer time to come to fruition...

We are also in a period of Tax loss season selling. I can tell in the last week that it feels like some are throwing in the towel and selling for a loss to write off for 2023. Its unfortunate to us longs who continue to sit through the bleeding. I'm not dumping for a loss I have too much at stake. 200k share bid that was sitting at .12 for a few weeks got smashed out today really sucks but is what it is. Have to hunker down and weather the storm. Week hands are being shaken out.

Yes if and when the equity financing comes to fruition that will be a complete game changer!

Atleast it hasnt fallen back below .20 PPS needs to break out of this channel .265 and .28 are major resistance. If it can get through those areas then it should see a continuation of upward momentum...

Blackout period usually lasts until the material announcement is public! Guess we just have to sit tight and be patient which I have insisted all along... Contracts with large bonified companies take time to consummate. I'm sure their legal teams are working diligently to expedite things... $SNRG
