The Level 2 tool has been updated. OTC share count is now the actual number. No more adding two zeros.

Make sure you're only logged into 1 computer or device at a time. Also, remember to stick with 1 name brand browser, so if you're using Firefox, then stick with Firefox to open other tabs. It sounds to me as if it is a cookie problem, but it should be easy to solve.
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options.
Click the Delete or Delete Cookies button to delete your Cookies and also your Temporary Internet Files.
Go to the Security tab. Ensure the slider is set to Medium (not Medium-High or Custom).
Go to the Privacy tab. Ensure the slider is also set to Medium (not Medium-High or Custom).
Under the slider in Privacy is a button marked "Sites". Click on this and add www.advfn.com to the allowed list.
Click OK and OK and close ALL of the internet browsers you have open.
In Firefox select the Privacy tab and hit Clear Now (cache, cookies, and history).
Close and re-open your internet browser and then try Level 2 on iHub again. If you still have problems please let me know.

Sorry, but I don't have an answer for you on this question. I checked our Stock Market 101 trades section on this, but I don't see anything in there about "Average." I tried to do a search on Google but didn't find any results on this. You can try to contact your broker and see if they have an answer for you.

We're exploring new options to pursue, to make sure our data feed is reliable. We feel your pain with all the data feed issues, which are created by our data provider. This is high priority for us. We want to provide a reliable cost-effective service to our members, and in order to do that, we have to change providers. So, we're exploring those options now. Yes, this is due to another Java update which is causing a lot of issues. Try converting over to the HTML5 version. You won't have anymore issues with Java. You can change the Java format to HTML5 here:
