Hello all iHubbers

The two main problems encountered by Apple users after upgrading to new iOS 7 are:

* No streaming data
* Can't Log in.

How to fix no streaming data

** Log out then log back in.

1. Tap "More" button in bottom right twice to see main More menu list.
2. Select "About" in the menu list.
3. Tap "Logout" grey button.
4. Log back into the mobile app.

How to fix can't log in

** First you'll need to force close the app.

1. Tap home button twice. You should see a list of apps that are active.
2. Find the iHub app in the list and swipe up. This will force close the app.

** Next, turn on notifications.

3. Open mobile device settings. The new icon looks like this:


4. Select "Notification Center".


5. Find the iHub app
6. Make sure at least one notification is enabled.
7. Try again to log into the mobile app.


Last resort fix

Delete the iHub app and download again from app store.

1. Find the iHub app icon on your desktop home screen.
2. Press and hold till all the icons are wiggling and dancing.
3. Tap the X in top left of ihub app icon.
4. Delete the app and all of it's data.
5. Reboot the phone by turning it off and back on again. (Hold the sleep button on top for 5 seconds, then swipe the red bar to power off)
6. Download ihub app from app store.
