Hey guys.
Just checking in on a whim.
Hope everyone is well and getting along in these strange times.
I’m doing good here. Many, many years into my project now and looking good.
All the best to you all!
Dr Azomite
Hi fellas. Just drive by “Howdy.”
All is well here.
Lotsa progress and knowledge.
Shedding the light of truth on a very dark world. Great fun to watch the cockroaches scatter. 🤣
True that!!!!
Wow! Eddie, that is amazing! Good for you!
Yes, I’ve been gone for such awhile. I even forgot what the website was called (investorshub)
Don’t make it here much.
I’ve always got an extremely full plate of going’s on...
Kinda overwhelmed in fact, but so it is. Getting older kicks your ass.
But, my final dream is being realized year by year.
I will leave it in trust starting with my Grandchildren for 500 years, if it can be done.
I’ve got one I think will do a good job of being in charge of things. I raised her to take on the task should she choose to accept the responsibility.
Life has been good to me.
Sounds ominous, but no. All is well.
No pharmaceuticals, no illnesses, not even glasses.
Lotsa fruits and vegetables though.
I do have quite a shock of white hair and beard now though!
I’d post a picture, but I’ve forgot how.
Hope we ALL realize our greatest aspirations!
Good continued luck to us all!

LOL Indeed!
More than true...
Things are taking a turn... Mounting issues.
American state National vs US citizen. Turns out civil status is EVERYTHING.
U.S citizens, U.S. persons, both natural and artificial, and individuals are deemed subject to legislative acts of Congress as defined “individual” (26 CFR §1.1441-1(c )(3)); a “person” (26 USC §7701(c)); or a statutory “U.S. citizen” as described in 8 USC §1401
American state National are those born ON THE LAND of the state Republic STILL protected by the state, NOT FEDERAL constitution. A 14th Amendment US citizen is;
1873: U.S. v. Anthony 24 Fed. 829 (1873) "The term resident and citizen of the United States ('United States' meaning 'territories and District of Columbia') is distinguished from a Citizen of one of the several states, in that the former is a special class of citizen created by Congress." (That is a “citizen of the United States” is a “statutory citizen”—or "creature of State", created by legislative action.)
1875- This definition of "United States" as a Corporation has its own citizens (see United States v. Cruikshank, 92 U.S. 542) who are generally referred to as "United States citizens".
1953- Kitchens v. Steele, 112 F.Supp 383 "A citizen of the United States is a citizen of the federal government…”
1967 - Also Congressional Record , June 13, 1967, pp. 15641-15646): A "citizen of the United States" is a civilly dead entity operating as a co-trustee and co-beneficiary of the PCT, the private constructive, cestui que trust of US Inc. under the 14th Amendment, which upholds the debt of the USA and US Inc. in Section 4.
[This neatly explains once and for all what a “citizen of the United States” is in federal parlance, as opposed to popular speech, and underlines the need for Americans to forthrightly expatriate from any such “citizenship” and instead declare their allegiance to the land of their nativity, for example, California or Nevada or Ohio.]
"Therefore, the U.S. citizens residing in one of the states of the union, are classified as property and franchises of the federal government as an "individual entity."
Wheeling Steel Corp. v. Fox, 298 U.S. 193, 80 L. Ed. 1143, 56 S. Ct. 773

Yes, it's the $file turning up as html code breaking the link. Do search for "IPNI Langbenite .pdf"
Wow! Look at you! Good going, Eddie!
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL... Good many of you are on the Azomite train. Now look into Langbenite.

Wonderful...
I loved that guy... Here's one to you my old friend. Tipple, tipple...
Cippolini onions, (pronounced chip o lee ni) are delicious braised in chicken stock and butter and served with balsamic vinegar syrup. Ohhhh yum...
Ashes, no. You want carbon. Not ash. Here's one way how to make carbon from wood.
Yes, all canes two years or less.
Four Keys to Onion Growing Success
Location
Full sun and good soil drainage are essential, so choose a location that gets plenty of direct sun. Orient the onion beds in the direction of the prevailing winds, so natural air circulation will keep the onion leaves dry. This helps protect the plants from fungal disease.
Soil Preparation
The best soil pH range for onions is between 6.2 and 6.8. Your agricultural extension service can test your soil for you, or you can buy a home test kit at your local garden center. If your soil is too acidic (pH below 6.2), mix in ground limestone, available at your garden center. If it's too alkaline (pH above 6.8), add peat moss.
Onions grow best on raised beds or raised rows at least 4 inches high and 20 inches wide. The soil should be loose and crumbly. If it's compacted, work in some compost to improve aeration and drainage.
Water
Onions need to be watered in when they get planted. They require about 20 to 22 inches of water per season to produce large bulbs. If they don't get as much water, they will still produce bulbs but won't get as big. Stop watering when the tops begin to fall over.
Water is key to completion of two growing cycles - when the plant takes up nutrients, and when the nutrients are converted to carbohydrates.
I like to use the "knuckle rule" to check the soil's moisture level. Stick your finger in the ground up to your middle knuckle, and if you don't find any moisture, water the plants thoroughly. This method of measuring soil moisture can be used throughout the growing process.
Always water your onion plants from below, rather than overhead. Overhead watering dampens the leaves and makes them vulnerable to fungus. It can also muddy the soil. Drip irrigation at the roots is an effective watering method, because it slowly provides water directly to the roots, keeping the leaves dry. Simple, reasonably priced drip irrigation kits are available at home supply stores.
Protection from the Start
Give your onions essential micronutrients to help them establish strong root systems at planting time with a 10-20-10 fertilizer. Do not over water.
Very good. That's $6 for ten pounds, $30 for 50lbs. But make sure it's the real deal. Azomite, not rock dust, or otherwise.
That is a perfect application, sumisu. You are incorporating all the right elements. It will pay off years to come and only improve, even on its own.
**D*A**- I'm so sorry I've not been monitoring IHub. I've been REALLY busy as of late.
Minerals can be added anytime. Either subsoil or as additive top dressing. The rain will bring it to the roots where needed. Doing both gets it there faster. But the sooner you get it in, the better. That's your only true criteria.
It's all there, once you find it. The United States is the parent corporation (See 28 U.S.C. § 3002 15 (a)) of all other legal entities, including US citizens, persons, both natural and artificial, and individuals deemed subject (under the commerce clause) to its legislative acts as defined “individual” (26 CFR §1.1441-1(c )(3)); a “person” (26 USC §7701(c)); or a statutory “U.S. citizen” as described in 8 USC §1401. However, the Uniform Commercial Code at § 9-307 States; LOCATION OF DEBTOR; (h) “The United States is located in the District of Columbia." As mirrored in the auxiliary corporate department or agency, the State of________ revised codes. For example, Oregon, at ORS § 79.0307¹ (8) Location of debtor).
The District of Columbia and the territorial districts of the United States, are not states within the meaning of the constitution and of the judiciary act. 2 Cranch, 445; 1 Wheat. 91. A “non-citizen national” described in 8 USC §1101(a)(21) and 8 USC §1452 domiciled outside the statutory but not constitutional “United States” (26 USC § 7701(a)(9) and (a)(10)); 3. A constitutional (Fourteenth Amendment, Sect. 1) “National” domiciled outside the statutory “United States” (i) one of the People such as I am is described in (26 USC § 7701(a)(9) and (a)(10)) (i), being within the constitutional “united states of America” (several states of the Union), (a state Citizen) as stiled in the 2008 U.S. Government Printing Office style manual via GPO Access)[[chapter 5 spelling (93) page 108] Nationalities, etc. 5.22. The table on Demonyms in Chapter 17 “Useful Tables” shows forms to be used for nouns and adjectives denoting nationality.
5.23. In designating the natives of the states, the following forms will be used.
Nevadan, New Hampshirite, New Jerseyan, New Mexican, New Yorker, North Carolinian, North Dakotan, Ohioan, Oklahoman, Oregonian, Pennsylvanian, Rhode Islander, South Carolinian, South Dakotan, Tennessean, Texan, Utahn, Vermonter, Virginian, Washingtonian, West Virginian, Wisconsinite, Wyomingite, Alabamian, Alaskan, Arizonan, Arkansan, Californian, Coloradan, Connecticuter, Delawarean, Floridian, Georgian, Hawaiian, Idahoan, Illinoisan, Indianian, Iowan, Kansan, Kentuckian, Louisianian, Mainer, Marylander, Massachusettsan, Michiganian, Minnesotan, Mississippian, Missourian, Montanan, or Nebraskan.
I am none of the following;
1. An “individual” (26 CFR § 1.1441-1(c )(3));
2. The “nonresident alien individual” described in 26 CFR §1.1441-1(c)(3)(ii); 26 USC § 871, or 26 CFR § 1.6012 -1(b); or, “nonresident alien” in (26 USC § 7701(b)(1)(B));
3. A “person” (26 USC § 7701(c));
4. “taxpayer” (26 USC §§ 7701(a)(14) and 1313);
5. A statutory “U.S. citizen” as described in 8 USC § 1401;
6. A “resident alien” as described in 26 USC § 7701 (b)(1)(A).
Nor am I a United States person
The term “United States person” means—
(A)a citizen or resident of the United States,
(B)a domestic partnership,
(C)a domestic corporation,
(D)any estate (other than a foreign estate, within the meaning of paragraph (31)), and
(E)any trust if—
(i)a court within the United States is able to exercise primary supervision over the administration of the trust, and
(ii)one or more United States persons have the authority to control all substantial decisions of the trust. United States -
The term “United States” when used in a geographical sense includes only the States and the District of Columbia.
I am, in fact Stateless, (but not stateless) pursuant to 28 USC §1332 because I am not domiciled in "this State” or a federated State described in 26 USC §1332(d). “Stateless” in relation to the national government because not domiciled on federal territory. See Newman-Green v. Alfonso Larrain, 490 U.S. 826 (1989)
That there is a citizenship of the United States and a citizenship
of a state, and the privileges and immunities of one are not the
same as the other is well established by the decisions of the
courts of this country.
[Tashiro v. Jordan, 201 Cal. 236 (1927)]
citizens of the District of Columbia were not granted the
privilege of litigating in the federal courts on the ground of
diversity of citizenship. Possibly no better reason for this
fact exists than such citizens were not thought of when the
judiciary article [III] of the federal Constitution was drafted.
... citizens of the United States** ... were also not thought of;
but in any event a citizen of the United States**, who is not a
citizen of any state, is not within the language of the [federal]
Constitution.
[Pannill v. Roanoke, 252 F. 910, 914]

I am always happy to share. One more garden, one more corner of the world with healed soil. Don't forget the low tech of Farmers For Forty Centuries is what we are about. Don't mind a little mechanical or procedural hi-tech thrown in for good measure.
You damn well got that right. What good are vitamins (acids) without minerals (alkalis)? You fellers seem to have a good grip on it. All the necessary elements, char, myco, humid acids, and of course, Azomite. Heavy doses of magnesium on solanum and other plants. Sulfate of potash, ground up banana and citrus peels composted straight in garlic beds, or wood ashes mix in soil will grow bigger garlic. Cheers! http://www.naturallivingideas.com/10-incredible-uses-for-epsom-salt-in-the-garden/
FYI: Achey joints? Turmeric in it's many forms is excellent for inflamed joints. That, and frozen fresh lemon juice first thing in the morning. Mix it with fresh squeezed orange juice. We grow turmeric, so we get to use its long swordlike leaves to wrap things up to bake. Delicious!
You are spot on, my friend. Soil is the key. Returning its capacity to hold and retain moisture and nutritive elements.
Very nicely done, Eddy! Those will increase in production many years to come.
Indeed.... Every system has its own web of life. Restoring WHOLE systems is our best choice and hope.
Looking better than ever! Lovely and undoubtedly productive!
Looking terrific.
Hey old Pal! Nearly anything will benefit from a full mineral complement. So, Azomite is a good bet for both. A good mycorrhizal would be good for anything forestal, like Ginseng.
