That was almost 6 months ago, March 6 2013. The company needed money for the settlement for Universal. No worry, that's done mean while short after that. The Universal settlement is fully paid. That's 100% of the table indeed.

Not this month any more. We are working on a proper solution for all shareholders. Just wait and see. I know it took a lot of patience. Maybe it suits you to know that I personally was one of the biggest shareholders who converted SDVI to GRAF. Even doubt if someone did a bigger one, but that's a game I'm not willing to win here.

O well, I already have my agenda, but can't force others :)

In fact the real damage for the company was and is much bigger than the initial sum of 667k. Think the extra delay op the GRAF IPO in Frankfurt, for which the company already had enabled the possibility to convert SDVI to GRAF shares. Not saying that only was their fault as a big investor turned down earlier that year. That's why I wrote EXTRA delay.

Think not being able to deliver games orders, e.g. only 2 real Amazon orders we had to cancel, in total of 30k units end of last year! That alone was over 460k usd missing revenues!
Think not being able to expand with our (Nintendo) games to Europe due to the lack of business capital. We had to stop with developing and publishing new games etc.

You just need some money to successfully make these kind of business steps. So we better let the judge talk, if Navarre don't want to settle a suitable solution as settlement is cheaper for all involved parties.

I can't and won't reveal more information about this case. Thanks for your understanding.

We expect a very nice sum (please see Financials). A 7 figures story including claimed damage. We better leave that to the judge.

So if this will be granted, that only might be 3 times the total market cap as today.
You see, not such a real reason for considering a R/S now. Time will tell.

Hello SDVI board,

We will see some news (software, games etc.) the coming days and week(-s).
But still not the PR's we all are waiting for. Sorry for the delays regarding the big ones, well at least the news which our (potential) shareholders are waiting for.
I really might be very surprised if we won't have a current status on pinksheets/otcmarkets at the end of this month, begin July or earlier if possible of course, and also have opened our books regarding the financials 2011 and Q1 2012 within that time frame.

My sincere apologies for this delay, be sure we are working hard to get this done and also be sure that this delay frustrates me too. But when things are in other hands, we all have to wait till their jobs are done. And we are nearing that moment.

Patience might be the key here, it's all up to you of course if you wanna, and can, wait a few weeks longer than suspected by me the last quarter.

Well John, I think that 0.002 is just the beginning. Being a CEO of another company I personally had experienced that sometimes things just take far more time as we all wish. But there is a big different between a month and a year and I think we are talking about month(-s) here, as with our other well known company...
