Not bashing and not a bitter investor, just a heads up folks, be careful. I really stopped following this stock but I believe there is a meeting on June 17 (2 days from now). They are considering doing a reverse split.
May 28, 2015
Dear Shareholders:
As you are aware, we filed our Form 10-Q for the first quarter of 2015 last week. In that document, we not only disclosed our first quarter financial results, but in our MD&A, we set forth the key elements of our prospective strategy for the next couple of years.
We have recently reviewed and refined the broad strategic plan that was announced and initiated by our late CEO, Dave DiGiacinto. The product of this work has been summarized in a comprehensive business strategy document that consolidates and communicates our history, technology, resources and business strategy. We plan to utilize this document as we meet with potential strategic partners, potential customers and potential investor groups. The ultimate goal is to follow this strategy outline as we move on from Axion’s legacy businesses and unsuccessful product launch efforts to date and to finally transform Axion into a commercially viable concern with a real presence in the energy storage marketplace and other targeted market sectors. This document will be posted on the Company website at http://www.axionpower.com/Investor_Relations, and is an excellent reference and summary of information presented by us.
We would also like to provide you with an update on our ongoing Series B warrant conversions as has been referenced in various filings with the SEC, the most recent being on May 20, 2015. Upon Company request, and in a show of support, several large investors in our October 2014 public offering agreed to eliminate the open ended Series B warrant conversion potential and effectively fix the calculation of “market price” per common share for further cashless exercises at $.10. They also agreed to a delay period for further exercises until shareholder approval to effect a reverse split of our issued common stock. The reverse split will provide the Company with available shares to honor conversions of the Series B warrants as well as allow achievement of a trading price to allow the Company to remain on NASDAQ. We believe that this outcome is important to all shareholders and hope for positive support.
The executive management team of Chairman, CFO and COO, with guidance and support of the Board, continues to work hard to create shareholder value through the achievement of a variety of initiatives and will continue to do so throughout the summer and into the fourth quarter of 2015. As we attain success and clearly quantifiable milestones, we will make appropriate announcements on a timely basis. The tasks are not easy, but we are confident in our approach and supported by a downsized, but nonetheless, effective and loyal group of employees.
Thank you for your understanding and continuing support.
Very truly yours,
/s/ Donald F. Farley

I have also made contact with sales reps. that are on both sides of the border so yes, they in fact are a working company with a product. Anyone else doing any research this way? I would welcome what you have found.
Regarding yesterdays PR about Axiom now selling paper nuts in Staples and since Staples had already been selling paper nuts, I am pretty confident in assuming that in fact Axiom has taken over majority, if not all customers previously belonging to Delta Paper. I have not confirmed this yet, just connecting the dots.
I am still trying to make the connection between papernuts / Delta Paper (who has been around for quite some time) and the Canada papernuts (Axiom) company. I e-mailed the one in the states and got referred by the CEO to contact the Canada facility. He also copied in Scott MacRae, who is with the Canada company.

Then, I got this e-mail from a customer service rep.......
We are not affiliated with Paper Nuts Canada. We are referring all of our paper nuts orders to them. We will no longer be producing/selling paper nuts through our website.
http://www.axiompaper.com/contact-us/ is the correct website to place your
order. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Thank you and
have a great day.

Delta Paper has been around for at least 40 years and they are now referring all orders to the Canada facility. Maybe this was part of the reverse merger and Axiom Papernuts will be taking over all business previously done by Delta paper?
Not saying I am pro or con on this company, just that it seems something else is going on and just trying to make the connections.
Someone is still soaking up shares. Don't forget, company still has millions to retire.
1.30ish range seems to be a suck up the shares buy price.
Seekingalpha is an idiot, just trying to shake more shares loose before EOD run.
A higher exchange would definitely explain tightening up the share structure......for sure has a fire under it.
Looks like they are hiding bids too, probably going up again.
People are buying above the ask!
Looks like they are absorbing everything below 1.30
This thing is a beast, no matter what happens the shares keep getting sucked up, it's a nice thing to watch!
Was an ugly dump even though it's leveled off. Still a lot of buys going through unless it was orchestrated by the company or someone else to be able to shake shares loose to continue a buy back in order to retire 30 million. Just a theory and thinking out loud. This one still puzzles me.
Papernuts were already being sold at Staples, this is not milestone news.
Told ya pink and Canada don't mix!
Thanks Slyck, what you say makes sense. I too am just trying to make the connections and doing research. I know there is a big issue with being environmentally friendly and the Styrofoam stuff is a pain but it's hard to compete with bubble wrap for shipping fragile items. Bubble wrap and paper nuts would be good.
I get skeptical when I see pink sheet stock and Canada in the same phrase. Just trying to make the connection between the US site and the Canada site and why they have the same video on both sites. Either there is a connection or someone copied the other and since it appears, from what I can find, that the US site was there first, it makes me again skeptical but will keep digging.
Thanks for your input, hope we dig up some good stuff.
I just noticed that the guy on the video of the website in the US is the same guy on the video on the website from Canada.
Strange?
There is also a papernuts company right here in the good ole USA.
http://papernuts.com/index.php?osCsid=dp2t0mvjgmjkutgmuicvt5l1f5
First of all, anyone that sells and makes money is not an idiot.
Second, it's still a pink sheet stock.
Third, your alias was just born, do you know this stock and the company?
Fourth, do you have evidence / proof of the hedge funds buying?
Just asking some legit questions, everyone has their own trading strategy. What was your buy in price?
As of the PR on the 19th, they didn't retire them yet but anticipate within a few days so we'll see I guess. Would probably explain all the volume if they are buying back but they didn't specifically say buying back, just that they were retiring. I hate when companies are vague.
Axiom Corp. to Retire 30,000,000 Common Shares and Issue New Class of Preferred Share
6:00 am ET March 19, 2015 (Market Wire) Print
Axiom Corp. (OTC PINK: AXMM) ("Axiom" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved an Agreement with Company President, Scott MacRae, that will result in the cancellation of 30,000,000 common shares of the Company in exchange for 3,000,000 newly issued multiple-voting preferred shares.
"By reducing the number of common shares outstanding and strengthening our share structure with a multiple-voting preferred class, we have improved our balance sheet and are now better positioned to take advantage of any potential opportunities or acquisitions that may present themselves," stated Tyler Pearson, CEO of Axiom Corp.
The Agreement is not subject to any terms or conditions and has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company. The Company anticipates that the share cancellation and exchange will be finalized within a few days.
Not to my knowledge, only big board stocks like NYSE and NASDAQ can trade pre-market. Something strange with this one why it's allowed to trade pre-market as a pink sheet stock. They did reverse merge with a Canadian stock though, which is the papernuts corp., don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. Not saying you're wrong, just trying to figure it out.
My own opinion, and only my opinion, when I saw pink and saw reduction of shares, my gut was to think reverse split but that's just a hunch.....seen it happen too many times with pink sheet stocks.
Either way, good luck, hope you make some money.
Can you tell me how this trades pre-market as a pink?
Looks like a nice little shake out by the company, sucking up those shares to retire them is going to tighten up the float real nice!

About Axiom Corp.
Axiom Corp., operating through its majority owned subsidiary, PaperNuts Corporation, is a global focused developer and marketer of innovative and environmentally friendly packaging solutions. PaperNuts Corporation owns proprietary technology and intellectual property originally developed in Finland that provides an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional protective packaging options that are often very harmful to the environment. PaperNuts are a cost-effective green alternative to competitive fillers, made from 100% recycled paper that was destined for landfill, and are both biodegradable and fully recyclable after use. PaperNuts also provide superior product protection, are clean and easy to handle, non-polluting, and low in particulates. The "PaperNuts Converter" machine used to create PaperNuts requires only 10 sq. ft. of floor space to operate and gives small, medium, and large scale businesses the capability to produce on-demand on-site packaging that reduces the shipping and storage costs associated with competitive products.

Consumer Optimism Toward the Economy Reaches New All-Time Survey High
9:00a ET March 9, 2015 (PR NewsWire) Print
Amid continued strengthening in employment, consumer optimism toward the economy is growing and appears to be contributing to further improvement in overall housing sentiment, according to results from Fannie Mae's February 2015 National Housing Survey(TM). The share of respondents who believe the economy is headed in the right direction increased 3 percentage points last month to an all-time survey high of 47 percent, while the share who believe it is headed in the wrong direction decreased to 45 percent, a new survey low. Additionally, the share who believe it would be easy to get a home mortgage today increased to a record-high 54 percent while a survey low 43 percent think it would be difficult to get a mortgage.
"Continuing improvements in consumer attitudes in this month's National Housing Survey lend support to our expectation that 2015 will be a year of the economy dragging housing upward," said Doug Duncan, senior vice president and chief economist at Fannie Mae. "The share of consumers who think the economy is on the right track rose to a record high since the inception of the survey nearly five years ago and for the first time exceeded the share who believe it's on the wrong track. Consumer confidence seems to be getting a boost from employment growth. This is reflected in their views on the ease of getting a mortgage today, which also reached a survey high in February. We continue to see strength in attitudes about the current home buying and selling environment and consistently high shares of consumers saying they expect to buy a home on their next move. At the same time, we still need to see further growth in consumer optimism toward personal finances and income for more robust improvement in housing market attitudes."
The manipulation just never ceases to amaze me!
