Good luck to you with ABVG LB!!
Here is a start for anyone looking for the timeline that shows Jeff Canouse took over ABVG. It is listed on an official state government run website. There has been NO FACTUAL dispute of this information.
https://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/CorporationSearch/ConvertTiffToPDF?storagePath=COR%5C2021%5C0113%5C90231979.tif&documentNumber=P21000002333
There is much information shared in the posts over time here and it has been presented honestly on my part. It is easy to see what is fact and what is just opinion if you follow the links and information. Although at the present time ABVG does not look good, opinion does not override or overrule the facts in any way.
If you look back in the posts there are links to sunbiz.org and others that may help you see what has been verified. If I can help I will do what I can as I only see certain posts now.
I seek truth NOT opinion. The offer has been made so many times for proof to be shown, and yet this is all we get when we ask - the same opinion and false information based on those opinions. If you have nothing factual to add, why don't let the sleeping dogs lie. Why is there such a lack of compassion for those only wish to discuss the stock?
Part of my goal here is honesty. On that level, unfortunately I have to say that I have not found any. At this point, I guess we take it for what it is. There is still hope though and I see no reason to allow anyone to take that. It is a hell of a longshot but what few pieces have been uncovered all collaborate. To sell at this point would be utterly foolish since it will not amount to much (even though I own WAY too much of this). I'm hanging in here, after all what will be will be. Others perspectives play no role in whether this amounts to anything or not. I sure as hell am not pumping this and on that same level cannot entertain foolish naysaying without proof.
Now that is just shit talk. Your view of ABVG is quite clear but has little to do with the stock in its current state. One minute Jeff doesn't even exist and now predictions are being made about his actions based solely on that view even though the opportunity has been open for some time to provide some kind of legitimate proof of such. Again, if anything NEW comes up (say within the scope of FACT), feel free to let us know.
Or it could be that Jeff has had his fill of misinformation and is seeking legal avenues - since we're in conjecture land...
Well, I appreciate you sharing your opinion of ABVG! If you find anything NEW, let us know!
We could use some good luck here with ABVG. I don't believe the fat lady has sung yet, seems she can't hold on to her mic...
The expert market that didn't exist??? The new CEO that also didn't exist??? Or is now impersonating a new identity??? This is ludicrous. Now, I'm the one LMAO! The ticker will do what it will do, regardless of shenanigans. At this point, I would "drop the Mic", but I believe this is far from over.
I see nothing of the sort relating to ABVG as it stands now. Agreed, it does have a shall we say sordid past but with a new CEO taking the shell over, as you stated in your previous post, We shall see.
Just trying to keep it real here. Fingers crossed for ABVG, looks like we're going to need it. Come on Jeff...
Now that I have shared proof of the "expert market" existence, would you please share your "proof" that ABVG will soon disappear from investors accounts as you stated? Again, everyone is entitled to opinion, but let's post information that can be backed up and verified.
My last post was directly from OTCmarkets. Again, I'm choosing to believe what they have posted as fact. Second paragraph under overview tab.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ABVG/overview
I seriously doubt they are spreading misinformation!
Here is an excerpt from OTCMarkets.com:
Warning! This security is traded on the Expert Market
The Expert Market serves broker-dealer pricing and investor best execution needs. Quotations in Expert Market securities are restricted from public viewing. OTC Markets Group may designate securities for quoting on the Expert Market when it is not able to confirm that the company is making current information publicly available under SEC Rule 15c2-11, or when the security is otherwise restricted from public quoting.
---
As can be told by the header "Warning!" this is by no means a positive sign for any stock but it is in fact the actual market designation where ABVG is currently trading since its suspension ended last year.
It's actually on the expert market right now. Good job!
Thanks but seriously this conjecture has no basis in fact in regards to ABVG. The OTC has had many dormant tickers regain traction - at times even years later. If there is any concrete proof that ABVG is on the chopping block, I would like to hear it.
Take the misinformation here about ABVG with a grain of salt. Much of it has a basis in conjecture without fact. If there were information out there pointing to this going "dark and defunct" why is it not being shared?
Let's post some actual facts here. The stock was suspended but that suspension ended almost a year ago.
From the SEC:
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, of trading of the securities of Affinity Beverage Group, Inc. ("ABVG" or "the Company") (CIK0000007059) of Washington, D.C. at 9:30 a.m. EST on February 19, 2021, and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EST on March 4, 2021.
---
One can go on to read that it was not suspended for any action of ABVG but for reasons related to social media hype. There is no factual indication of many of the claims being made here. There is no indication of the SEC terminating ABVG, that is simply false conjecture. I do invite factual information that can be proven if such exists. Simply saying that somewhere on the OTC hides some "proof" of these claims does not make it a fact. Repeatedly, the same BS is posted without any type of proof.
Help me here. A link that shows that they are the same person? I must be missing it.
The names are not the same. Balls not in my court to prove OTC Markets wrong.
This is a prime example of why I say facts are needed in regards to ABVG. Just repeating something over and again is neither proof nor fact.
Nice. You have a link at OTC showing that they are the same person? The history of ABVG is not pretty, I will give you that, but I believe there is a new person at the helm. New day, new story but if you can give me some kind of real proof they are the same individual. I'm not seeing that. Honestly I would not and do not recommend anyone who is not already in ABVG buy the stock at this point. I'm in this and am searching for hard core facts. People invested money here - for good or bad they deserve the truth.
That's just too funny. Not buying it unless you have some serious proof.
Ok. I will only point out the error that keeps being repeated. OTC Markets clearly lists Jeff Canouse as CEO of ABVG. It is a shell that he is taking over and currently working with the SEC to get reinstated. Beyond that no answers are required since I have never posted any misleading information as has been done often here. Wait and see or continue with "alternate facts". The stock's future or lack thereof does depend on opinion.
I believe the story is far from over. ABVG! Nothing I have seen appears to have any basis in fact about the current state. Again, I am not pushing a narrative to promote FOMO. I never have, its not my intention. I just don't agree with the opinions being presented as fact.
I have yet to see these facts or proof of the claims made. I am open to facts, but not opinions or "I just don't like" statements about ABVG.
That type of activity would be highly illegal. It is unlikely that is what is happening but everyone is entitled to their view. I don't believe assuming that adds anything to the discussion of the stock.
Somehow can't see the forest for the trees seems an appropriate reply to your post about ABVG's PAST. Time will tell. It still doesn't explain how a stock that cannot be purchased at this time is somehow considered a Pump and Dump today. Maybe yesterday under a different CEO it was. This is today.
How is ABVG a pump and dump scam when it is on a restricted list and cannot be purchased at the current time in the United States? Why is there so much misinformation being put out?
Well, the account has almost 600 followers. Accuracy of information is helpful. As has been said before, it's solely up to Jeff. Trust or don't, it makes no difference with the stock.
Nice. Thanks for posting pertinent information
The EXPIRED suspension of ABVG was listed by the SEC as media hype and should not be confused with any activity listed in the IBOX.
The IBOX is promoting misinformation about ABVG. The suspension that is plastered in red ended almost a year ago on March 4, 2021. The stock is no longer suspended.
ABVG Do you see what is happening here?
Wow, three years old. There is probably very little if any relevance to today's outlook. And I agree, LMAO!
It would be smart for business to post those hours prominently. But here's what I found listing the hours and promising more to come:
https://pretzel-haus.com/contact-us
To the best of my knowledge they are open but as has been stated with limited hours as they ramp up the business. I wish they were fully there but it appears they are working on that. I believe the CEO has more in the works than just a part time snack shop for sure.
True, that might explain some of the recent selling but this is not a new thing with this or other stocks that are showing this type of activity.
Makes one wonder where all these shares of GRLT that are being sold are coming from. I simply cannot believe that folks buy at one price and immediately within the next couple of sessions sell for less than what they paid. This is not how intelligent people trade. There is definitely something very foul going on based on trading patterns and "chatter".
