Looks like there some action gaining on this stock in the last 3 weeks.
Recent internet sales are very nice, growth has been constant, people are talking and I'm holding...
I have just sold all my holding in AYSI as of a few weeks ago.
I have sold all my shares for above 3.00 and cashed in on enough profits to pay my remaining Business education to University, as well as a part-ownership in a rental property. I had been holding through the past few years and had the opportunity to buy from as low as $0.50.
Thank you all for this amazing learning opportunity. I have learned much on what to do and what not to do from you ALL.
Happy investing to all AYSI longs, and good luck to traders.

Please also notice he added a little extra juice for the careful readers:
The Profit and Gross Revenue results are a record milestone for the Company and come on the back of the release of Super Alloy Arcoplate and the resurgence of activity in the mining industry both in Australia and worldwide and this is expected to grow for some considerable time into the future as China and India continue to further develop their own economies.
As Alloy's clients continue to expand their operations to meet the demands coming from such giant economies and utilise more of our Company's product, we would expect to continue to receive the majority of the wear material requirements for these new mine expansion projects and existing mine maintenance requirements.
This will allow Alloy to continue to show high gross margins that demonstrate the strength of this company, its product and its people.
Wow, just, wow!
Im still hangin in there!
Yes, I have been lurking (As many others do too). I strongly believe that we will see good numbers and good quarters to come!
Get on the boat because were going on for a ride!!!
....IMO(lol)
Amex Listing Requirements:
http://www.venturelawcorp.com/listing_requirements_amex.html
AYSI needs:
- Full Year 750K Profit
- 400 Public Shareholders
- $3 Price-per-Share
Afterwards AYSI would have a good chance at becoming a Standard 1 Amex listed company.
IMHO:
- I see profits mounting soon and passing the 750K requirement
- The company knows how many shareholders there are, and when you look at the market value of the public float, divided by 400, you see its about $30K per shareholder. This doesen't seem too impossible that we already have 400 Shareholders.
- I think we will obtrain $3 PPS within the next quarter or 2 if the company growth continues.
Did I miss a headline or something?
Up 0.50$ (25%) in 5 days on average volume...
Looking forward to that Q1 :)
Hey Dave,
Do you mind putting up the answers to the CEO questions up on I-hub. I can see their up on your blog, but I can't access it from work.
Thanks a bunch for your valuable research

I think Gene is quite happy with his 10,598,000 shares @ 2.08$.
I have stayed (with my measly couple thousand shares) and listen to your comments and adding here and there. I'm obviously glad that the product is getting recognized.
6% of the float was transferred today at a 52 week high!
I'm very supportive that we move to the Nasdaq (or even Amex), since Over the Counter Bulletin Boards are simply whacked out. I would defiantly vote on the issue and bring in mickey1 or LittleFish ;)
AYSI is in a great position now.
I think that with the latest demand in steel and the downturn easing, companies are seeking/will seek ways of lowering costs. (Now that they know the future is not so grim)
AYSI is in a great position to take advantage of the upturn, and they have just started production on the second mill.
Mr. Kostecki has always been humble with statements and when he says he expects a large future demand for the product and they start the new mill (Stating they will only start the 2nd mill once there is required production capacity).
This gives me great confidence that the company will have significant increased earnings for Q4'09 and beyond.
All IMO
AYSI is on The OCTBB, they make there own decisions on who they want to fill and who they dont want to fill.
I had the same problem when I was buying, I would put in a order and another order would get filled at a higher price... The people at the OTCBB have full discretion on who purchases and sells there stocks.
Maybe someone could elaborate a little more if this isent right.

Where is the board?
Is it just my screen or is the board gone?...

AYSI is up again
AYSI has been gaining some ground, on moderate volume.
I still havent left, still in it for the long haul...
Its gained about 60% over the last month, compared to the Dow at about even to 1 month ago, Rio Tinto down 10%, ... definately some support for this stock.
People are propaply looking a lot at FMG, (up 50% from 1 month ago)

Quarter Results coming this week!
Any estimate EPS???
0.01?, 0.02?, 0.03?
Esaum
With a EPS of 0.041, This is great.
I think it is great that AYSI management would send out preliminary results like they said they would.
They don't deliver garbage results, these are quite good considering the global crisis and mining slump lately.
All IMO,
Esaum
I disagree with the dividend, I believe we will get more growth by keeping the cash inside the company compared to giving it to the stockholders.
With the cash we'd maybe get 1-2% dividend per year, when there return on equity is much higher, and a dollar invested in the company will go further then a dollar given back to us on our investment. This should only be true in the long run, but I agree it could stabalize the stock more.
All IMO
ESaum
Sales : 5.4M
EPS : 0.075
I do not believe the stock will jump to 3.50 overnight,
but after the short-term traders take their gains, the price will rise to around 75% of its past value.
All IMHO,
Any thoughts?
ESaum
Thank you for taking the time to let me know, I was not aware I could see the actual filling other then what yahoo finance gives... lol
Amateur ---> ESaum
thx,
ESaum
I have read your Q&A many times, but I wanted to see the company SAY that they have high inventory/finished goods. Was it in a PR, cuz I looked through the Quarterly results with no luck.
Thank you,
ESaum
Where exacly does it say in the Quarterly Report that finished goods are higher the normal?
Thank you,
ESaum
I dont think revenues would jump overnight, i would like to think that gradually will grow.
When you expect the worst, you usually get better then expected results...lol
ESaum
Just doubled my position today :)
What is the reasonnning on the stock price not skyrocketing as soon as it got on Amex?
I believe time is what is going to help us,
ESaum
Since there are no message board on yahoo Finance, we can talk about the company here. :)
What do you guys think about the next earning report,
I believe that it should be about the same as the last Qtr,
which would create a huge YoY yield. (123% increase to last year's quarter)
Q3'08(Jun) 0.068
This is considering that there were no big problems with production.
And I would be happy to see these figures, that would show that there not just a 1 good qtr company.
What are your thoughts??
ESaum
As for uplist, I do believe it will come eventually, not for the next year or so, but after talking to the Executives, I get the feeling they are very devoted to the company. Gene being 63 and Alan being 66, I do believe that that they are not too pressured by the shareholders to show advancement or news on the mill or ideas of listing up the company.
They are very focused on the company and would much rather have stockholders who believe in the company for the long term, ones that wont sell if the stock dips or pops, this creates a lot less selling therefore bringing up the price to its rightful place.
They are modest, and let facts tell the story, all to say that if you become part of Aysi right now and hold on, you will be also taking part of a success story.

I have sent Gene 5 questions about the company via the website:
Will there be a update on the 2nd mills construction or development soon, or will there be a announcement near the next Quarter Results?
How many workers have been, or are planning to be employed to be trained for the 2nd mill?
Currently Word-of-mouth is your main promotional tool, but do you plan to attract customers in another way to help grow the company's cash-flow? Or would you rather keep expenses at a minimum and profits higher?
Do you believe that if North America falls into Recession there will be significant impact on your company, or is your sales base much more diversified then centralized?
Have you considered listing the company on a other listing, (Amex, Nasdaq, etc) or are you happy with the current listings on the OTC BB?
Gene then forwarded the e-mail to Alan.
Should you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact me.
• We will be giving a mill update very soon as well as details being in the June 10Q. Suffice to say however we expect mill to be in commercial production by August 31st.
• At present 9 tradespeople are being trained to operate the new mill.
• We are currently looking at an advertising and market awareness programme for the company.
• If America does fall into recession Alloy Steel will not be affected as at the moment continental USA is a very minor part of our market. We are working to develop this market further currently.
• The board is currently looking at options to move the company from the OTGBB to a more mature market.
This is Great news!
Were going to get a update real soon!
Commercial Production will start Aug 31st
There currently looking into options to move the company to a more mature market.
I have contacted Gene by e-mail to ask about if we would get an update on the second mill soon or if we had to wait until next qtr results. (Along with a couple other questions). He replied and said the CFO would respond shortly.
I will keep you guys updated on the answers on I-hub and Yahoo Finance Board.
I’m sure that when we get an update on the mill, we will see a nice bump up then finish it off with nice qtr results :),
I’m in it for the long haul (2-3 years) (if circumstances don’t change)
ESaum
Hey Kutubu,
Actually I have mailed him a professional letter saying what I believe about the company should do. I also mentioned the fact that I believed that the exposure of moving to AMEX would help bring the market cap high enough to attract institutional buyers as well as larger investors.
Currently I do not own a large portfolio but I do like to stay involved with a company that is within it.
