The tests were successful with SPARC AI application working and recording the geo location coordinates and distance to objects.
Using the XYZ tilt of the device, SPARC AI algorithms can determine the location of any object in the field. The algorithms can work on any device or sensor and does not require a camera.
Integrating SPARC AI onto an AI microchip will allow the Company to enable any device with powerful geospatial capabilities. Devices can become geospatial aware without a camera and without the need to constantly connect to GPS, satellite, or the internet.

The test recorded the geo-location and distance to two points of interest with a high degree of accuracy for both geo location data and distance. The data was accurately verified using Google Maps and Google Earth.
The test was conducted using a SPARC AI enabled mobile phone with no additional assistance from sensors, hardware, software or technical equipment at any location.
This test provides us with further validation and confidence as we move closer to testing SPARC AI on a drone. The test conducted at 60m (196 feet) is an important milestone for the Company as it is half the maximum permitted height allowed for drones. Regulations in Australia, Canada and United States permit drones to fly at a maximum of 400 feet or 120m.

Sparc AI Inc. has taken delivery of the Coral microchips, accelerators and development board from Google.
Sparc AI has started embedding and integrating Sparc AI into the microchips.
Once the integration is complete, it will install the microchip onto a drone and record its first test flight to determine the location of distant objects without the use of GPS, Internet or satellite.
The test flight will be recorded and shared with shareholders by a news release.

Sparc AI Inc. has provided an update on operations.
Sparc AI recently announced the development of a new product, Interspace, that allows users to record the distance to any object located away from them.
Various factors determine how far a drone can fly, including the drone's battery life, the strength of its transmission system, the amount of lift it can generate as well as weather conditions along its flight path. Having successfully tested Interspace on the ground, Sparc AI plans to test the new product on drones to survey points of interest that are well beyond their distance range limits.
According to the Federal Aviation Federation in the United States, there are 780,226 drones registered. This does not include military drones or UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles). If Interspace is successfully tested on drones, there may be a large market opportunity for Sparc AI. From Sparc AI's experience with fixed-camera devices installed on towers in forestry areas for bushfire and lighting detection, the company's algorithms performed extremely well at high altitude. Sparc AI is looking forward to reporting the outcomes of its trials.
Management is working to build a portfolio of geospatial products for the military and defence, situation awareness, reconnaissance, security, and commercial sectors. There are half a dozen products in Sparc AI's pipeline to be announced once they reach testing stage.
In GPS-denied (Global Positioning System) environments or situations where the GPS signals are not available, Sparc AI can record its geospatial data using its proprietary patented algorithms. Alternative GPS technologies for identifying locations are complex, expensive and may only provide approximate estimations. These solutions use gravity anomaly, magnetic anomaly, celestial and lidar technologies. They may also require connections to the Internet or satellite. Further, these systems appear to measure the location of the sensors only, unlike Sparc AI, which can measure the location of distant objects at different locations to the sensor.
The company is working to build its product portfolio for GPS-denied environments with no connectivity to satellite or Internet. As its core technology is software and proprietary algorithms, Sparc AI's solutions will also be covert and not identifiable by other sensors or radar.

Hi Tony,
The company has 10 years of serious software engineering behind it and all the legal work for registering patents are also completed and paid in the past.
So we are in a fortunate position where we don't need a lot of capital. We have enough working capital to last well into 2025. We also have an R&D refund coming later in the year from the government which will also help. This was announced previously by the Company.
Also, none of us on the board take any salaries and we have no consultants. I run a tight fiscal policy and focus on shareholder returns.

A process of fine-tuning the algorithms involves iterative steps, where the set-up is carefully configured to simulate real-world scenarios, particularly those involving heights. However, due to the complexity of the algorithms and the iterative nature of the fine-tuning process, it is inherently time consuming. NORTHERN SHIELD IDENTIFIES VISIBLE GOLD IN OUTCROP AT ROOT & CELLAR PROJECT, NEWFOUNDLAND
Northern Shield Resources Inc. has provided an update on exploration at the Root & Cellar gold-tellurium-silver-copper project located near Marystown on the Burin peninsula, in southeastern Newfoundland. The company can earn a 100-per-cent interest in the project, which is being explored for epithermal gold-tellurium-silver and porphyry copper mineralization.
Visible gold has been identified in at least eight grab samples from a trenching program in the Conquest zone, with up to 20 flecks of gold noted under the microscope from a single sample. Visible gold is largely hosted in quartz-adularia veins in newly exposed parts of the outcrop in the southern Conquest zone. Northerly trending fractures crosscut the outcrop that lies within an east-trending structural zone. Both structural orientations are associated with pyrite mineralization and quartz veining. This trenched outcrop overlies a near-surface, easterly trending, IP (induced polarization) anomaly and the southern tip of a prominent northerly trending IP anomaly modelled at approximately 50 metres depth.
Intense silicification, and multiple phases of brecciation, pyritization and quartz veins, are common characteristics, with some veins with classic colloform-crustiform banding indicative of low sulphidation epithermal systems.
Based on the ice direction and significant differences in textures and vein compositions, the trenched Conquest outcrop is not the source of three large boulders with visible gold previously found approximately 350 metres to the east of the trenched location (see company news releases dated Sept. 7, 2022, Dec. 15, 2022, and Feb. 21, 2023). The source for those previously discovered boulders has yet to be found, and will be targeted by further trenching and the up-coming drilling program.
"We are happy with results from last week's field program: firstly, the discovery of visible gold in bedrock from multiple samples, with some associated with quartz-adularia veinlets; secondly, the identification of some quite striking crustiform-colloform-banded quartz veins; and thirdly, the confirmation of structural trends believed to control mineralization, and their spatial correlation with a deeper, north-trending IP anomaly, interpreted to be the feeder for the mineralization. In addition, the source of visible-gold-bearing boulders, found to the east, remains to be found," stated Ian Bliss, president and chief executive officer.
