Share structure is not the only metric to look at.
Outstanding debt is very important.
If the shell has outstanding debt, the new owner has to accept those debts and be responsible for it. A lot of shells have pending convertible debt.
ZHUD has NO debt.

He does have a point though. An example I am holding currently is “AESO” way better SS…and it’s already been bought and just waiting for asset transfer.

AOXG another one with a better SS too.

But sometimes, the management coming into a shell is more important than current SS…so ZHUD can end up being a better play.

The company has ZERO convertible notes and loans, zero to related parties, and ZERO total liabilities..very very rare in OTC!!

When RM news hit, share price may skyrocket like crazy. Dollars for diamond hands...JMHO!!
