I challenge anyone to find a ticker with only 11 million unrestricted shares like ANAS has with a share price under a penny like ANAS's. It can be a scam or not. Makes no difference with this challenge being NO ticker will be found in the whole OTC with an unrestricted share count (float) that tiny and a share price that low. This is a fact.
