That would be Nice!
Let's Go ZRFY, Time to get rolling up. Up we go.
Only a matter of time.
What has happened before (6 or mor times) will happen again.
It's Liar Kay, what do you expect?
Fortunately the market seems to realize that Mark has no credibility.
We still await the name of the company that was going to take Zerify to the promised land. That name was supposed to be revealed in October of 2023.
Like everything else that comes out of Mark's maw, that was a lie.
Price of the stock says a lot.
Nothing would surprise me with these selfish, idealistic, non-businessmen.
IF it was real... and IF it would impact the shareholders... an 8K would be required.
Probably Kay having people pump this in a different way.
Agree, but it’s like some very industrious investors reading everything available and trying to connect the dots; so, maybe not to where the company has to declare publicly yet, IF it’s even “real”…
I think there would need to be an 8K for something like that.
Some people on StockTwits saying Zerify tech has been incorporated for rollout into Cisco’s Webex.
Like candy .dump dump
Soon with 4b OS
Wow
Turning our stomachs…
Turning point?!
Thanks very much.
If you are not on StockTwits, please consider joining, as I know your insights would be highly valued there.
ZRFY (then SFOR) had a company financing the patent litigation. The contingent liability to pay that company back is still on the balance sheet.
This time the lawyers fees are being paid by the shareholders. The company is anything but awash in cash...shares being issued all the time just to pay the salaries and benefits of the 3 amigos. I wouldn't expect Mark is too happy to take his limited amount of money raising ability only to have the lawyers take it. That's rightfully Mark's money for all of his hard work. /s
Probably a year to 3 years, this things drag out. But it is not something that will settle, it will go to court. Much different than a patent dispute
Any idea when a final decision will be made? Or is the judge’s leaving some issues in, code language for telling Zerify to settle the case?
They actually put out an 8K regarding this. If it's not happening three months from the October date, I think there should be some form of communication regarding it. Good find Dukeb!
Reminder that Mark Kay released this PR on July 20, 2023. Emphasis added. 90 days would be the 3rd week in October, 2023. It's now the 3rd week of January, 2024. If the deal fell through, shouldn't Mark Kay say something? I mean, the contract was going to have a "far reaching impact on Zerify."
Racing to .0001! 6/6 billion more to dump!
Don’t say that, please.
Don’t even think it.
Banish the thought.
End of the month is coming up quick. ZRFY needs cash to make payroll.
Happens pretty much every month. No secret what is going on here.
They may need to reverse again..
At this pace
Crooks
Only a Brontosaurus, would be capable of a dump this size
Yes, perhaps but your point is unclear. Are you suggesting that if the plaintiff had read the 2 decades worth of SEC filings that they would have been smart enough to avoid dumping money into this crapfest?
If that's your point, then I absolutely agree: No one in their right mind should be stupid enough to put money into ZRFY.
"to criticize the plaintiff's attorney" ???
Perhaps you should take that reading comprehension course
as well.
Thanks, dukeb.
My question was for Anvil, but I appreciate your take, also.
And those SEC filings would show that someone, such as yourself, you who held shares in this joke of a company as far back as 2015 would have gone through reverse splits totalling 1:500,000. So if you owned 1,000,000 shares when you were saying nice things about the company in 2015 you would now own 2 shares with a total value of about 1/10 of a penny.
Whether the derivative lawsuit has merit is obviously something the judge will decide. But to criticize the plaintiff's attorney and mark your post as BULLISH is just bizarre.
Mark and the other amigos stole your money. You should be PISSED.
My opinion, The judge will ask the plaintiff to take a reading comprehension course, then
invest some time reading the Sec Files.
LOL
Do you have any sense, based on your experience, what if s add nothing the judge will do with this?
That's the part that probably pisses off Mark the most. For the most part, all the cash generated by share dilution has gone into the pockets of the insiders. That some of that money has to go to the lawyers just isn't fair. /s
Wonder how much the lawyers charged the company (us shareholders), for defending them…
Well, they got slick lawyers alright…
Looks like a different suit at this link.
Unfortunately many of the issues were dismissed by the judge, but there are still remaining charges. Hate when they respond this way, line item by line item, makes it hard to follow. But here is Zerify's response
https://www.scribd.com/document/699149279/Zerify-Answer-to-Complaint
here is the original complaint https://www.scribd.com/document/697091799/Decentral-Life-Complaint
A shareholder lawsuit against the 3 Scam artists
Requesting all money stolen by them...to be returned..
What complaint?
Sorry have not been following.
Thanks
Yes, please keep us posted, and Thanks.

I don't know if it was the company dumping shares into the market or not, but if history is any guide, it surely was.
After 20+ years in business, the company still has no meaningful revenue, despite Mark's periodic representations that "big contracts have been signed."
Everything that Mark says is a lie. And with him and the two other cronies drawing huge salaries (and apparently several of their children are now on the payroll - because why not?), that cash has to come from somewhere and it ain't coming from customers of their products.
I didn’t think it was retail dumping 115 million shares at .0007.

This information found below is from different Mods. It can not be removed without their permission. Any additions must go below the last entry.
WARNING: PLEASE USE THE SYMBOL SFOR OR COMPANY NAME WHEN POSTING-USE OF ABBREVIATIONS SUCH AS "SF" WILL BE DELETED!
This board is to be used to discuss SFOR(D) the company, its officers and its stock. Messages about other posters or intentions, the mods, name calling, profanity, deletions etc. are off topic at the very least.
To answer some of your questions regarding posts, please read the following, that you should have known already, taken from the Ihub FAQ section of the Ihub handbook. So you can stop with the moronic conspiracy theories about the Mods and Admins on this board!
Regarding libel and slander suspected posts:
"Libel can only become a fact if a judge says it is. Nobody else, including Moderators or Site Admins, can nor will determine that Member posted content is libelous. Members are often of the opinion that a post is libelous, but no Moderator should act based on that opinion. Libel is decided by a judge in a court of law after conducting proper evidentiary hearings. If such a judgment is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction, iHub will abide by that ruling. Otherwise, it is not a matter that Site Admin or Mods can decide. Our only role here is to ensure adherence to the Terms of Use. Anecdotally, quite often the information that some Members allege to be libelous ends up being accurate, which is why neither Site Admins nor Moderators remove posts on the basis of being allegedly false or libelous."
Regarding posting lies (or what some posters feel are lies):
"Mods or Admin do not make decisions about the veracity of information posted. "Truth" is a very subjective term and neither Site Admin nor Mods remove posts based on judgments of this type. Each reader has both the right and obligation to decide for themselves if they feel a post is accurate and its author credible. As a participant on the board, the Moderators' recourse is the same as any other Member; to debate the information contained in the post without attacking the Member, or to ignore it. Attack the message, not the messenger."
Regarding a good DD post with a personal attack lumped in:
If a post is 99% on topic and 1% personal attack it still needs to be removed. Personal attacks in any form are disrespectful of others and are unwelcome on the site. These types of gratuitous comments also create noise and dilute the quality of the board. When a Member attacks another poster, other participants inevitably feel the need to respond, either agreeing or defending. Then others feel the need to respond to these…and so on and so on ad nauseam. Pretty soon the board has devolved into personal attacks and discussion about other Members, i.e., noise and no signal. There are plenty of other sites that allow these types of posts and it is difficult to find any meaningful content on such sites. The goal at iHub is to have all information, whether positive, neutral or negative, discussed in a civil manner, free of personal attacks.
Regarding proof of member post content:
Members do not have to provide "proof" when offering their opinions. There is no requirement for Members to substantiate their posts. Veracity of posts and credibility of the author is determined by the reader.

OTCQB (as if that means anything)
SFOR now on OTCQB Benefits of uplisting to OTCQB per OTCMarkets website as follows:
"The OTCQB is considered by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an "established public market" for the purpose of determining the public market price when registering securities for resale with the SEC. The OTC Pink is not considered as such and most broker dealers will not trade or recommend OTC Pink stocks. Because the OTCQB dramatically increases transparency, reporting standards, management certification and compliance requirements, the majority of broker dealers trade stocks on the OTCQB. Historically this has resulted in greater liquidity and awareness for companies that reach the OTCQB tier.
Key elements and benefits of uplisting to the OTCQB include:
?Companies must remain current and compliant in their reporting to the SEC
?Minimum bid price test of $0.01 removes companies that are most likely to be the subject of dilutive stock fraud schemes and promotion
?Improved investor confidence through verified information, confirming that the Company Profile displayed on www.otcmarkets.com is current and complete
?Annual management certification process to verify officers, directors, controlling shareholders, and shares outstanding
?Greater information availability for investors through the OTC Disclosure & News Service
?Transparent prices for investors through full-depth of book with Real Time Level 2 quotes"
