Check Forrester Research they rated $ZRFY the best in class
Just over a year go

And now?
Rince repeat
Do they have an exclusive arrangement whereby they can only re-sell ZRFY software? It doesn’t cost them anything to be a software re-seller, unsold inventory doesn’t take up shelf space.
Again, pretend you’re a potential customer. You get approached then the very first thing you will do is Google to find out how highly regarded, or not, this software is.
What’s your boss going to say when you tell her that you’ve signed the company up to buy product that doesn’t make any lists of best in class.
On what basis can this software be sold? That is the issue you won’t deal with.

Another fun fact. USConnect lists two addresses on their web site:
5900 Lake Forest Dr. Suite 300
McKinney, TX
5 Cowboys Way Suite 300
Frisco, TX
Both are virtual office / co-working spaces. This super duper partner doesn't even have its own office.
Typical Mark Kay shuck and jive.
Have you ever worked for a technology VAR? Let me tell you what happens here.
The "Big Wigs" roll out this great, incredible solution to Sales.
It's the 100th great new thing they are rolling out.
Sales team isn't getting crap of a commission on a $15 license.
Thus, Sales team does nothing with it.
And let's not forget that Mark is lying when he says that Zerify Meet's "Room Lock" feature is innovative and something that the competition doesn't have. He's wrong (aka lying). Most of the major video conferencing platforms have included a room lock feature for a very long time.
Well if they have minimum sales per new reseller yes that does mean revenue.
Oh, and look who they just signed $VZ's largest reseller.
it's all coming together sorry you're such a pessimist I'm optimistic to a fault.
Exciting News! Zerify partners with ConectUS Wireless, a Platinum Business Agent in Verizon's network. ConectUS Wireless has an extremely large sales agent base that will now be able to sell Zerifys’ Secure Video Conferencing solutions. $ZRFY #Zerify #LikeConectUS #ConectUSRacing pic.twitter.com/0Aq0TkmMpJ

Spot On Brooklyn!
Until a company makes it to Gartner's Magic Quadrant, they're basically a nobody.
I'm guessing you're Ram or George's son, both of whom work for the company and, I'm sure, are doing the social media work for them.
Otherwise, your pumping is ahistorical and inexcusable.
It's like you think a re-seller is a sale. How you going to sell against this?
https://www.kumospace.com/blog/secure-video-conferencing
https://vpnoverview.com/internet-safety/business/video-conferencing-software/
How do you sell software that's not particularly highly rated by any independent reviewers?
They are closing in on one month late as an SEC filer!
They're late filing every quarter (10Q) and every year (10K)
They are SEC delinquent!
And FINs, as we all know, are always late. They never file on time and now they are probably beyond late with the NT.
If they changed auditors as an SEC Filer they needed to file an 8 K. If they will be changing, that is the future.
Fins are late period.
I have, he said the qtr is delayed due to the Auditor having to audit the qtr, because they are changing Auditors and they have to pass all audited numbers before the change. He expects this week.
"What else will this week bring" Hopefully a 10Q showing how poor their revenues are and how their liabilities have increased.
If you're an investor, instead of pumping this scam why aren't you contacting Kay and demanding to see the financials to aid your
decision making process to buy more or sell now?
$ZRFY looks like they added another reseller they seem to be getting larger and larger, what else will this week bring.
Exciting News! Zerify is thrilled to welcome Rackbuild Inc. as our newest authorized reseller! Specializing in Cybersecurity, Video Conferencing, and Cloud Storage for SMBs, CEO Marty Raymond and team bring decades of expertise. #Zerify#Cybersecurity #VideoConferencing. $ZRFY

Resellers? We all know that their "resellers" don't do diddly squat.
FINS are due soon and we'll see how all those current resellers have done nothing.
I think next week, should have some news on new selling partners. 1st qtr is setting up to be huge rev growth. Boy if they could get a white lable deal with a major telecom company would be great.
ehh i will gamble a few hundred o it - bought at 0007
More like a 20 year scam....
Revenue last quarter was 19k and a net loss of more than $ 900k. For a 20+ year old technology company.
When the latest quarterly is released, will we see revenue above or below $19k? Will the quarterly loss be more or less than $ 900k?
20+ year old technology company.
PFFFT.
They have never filed anything on time.
Delinquent SEC Reporting
Pink Limited Information
Self explanatory.

Oh WOW. GreAT NEWS AND DOWN?
kAY IS A SCUMBAG LIAR.
Man, what are you smoking?
It seems like the best scenario would be if they could earn close to $4 Million/year, creating the prospect of full debt resolution within 5 years. Those are very rough number, based on a recollection that they had a stockholders deficit of roughly $19 million, which to my limited understanding, is unresolved to date. $3.8 million/year works out to about $316,667 per month. So, at $8/ mo / customer, they would need around 39,583 customers paying $8/ month. However, some of their business contracts are bringing in much more than that, so it’s challenging for any layperson without proximity to what’s really going on with their partners and client base to even hazard a guess how soon they could achieve that level of momentum. But it is not impossible they could have revenues of $4 million a year over time. What that time frame is, is a key question.
It seems different this time, including their presentation on LinkedIn
And to your point, Kay has said this with every one of his big deals. NDA's prevented him from saying who it is.
In the end, nothing ever comes to fruition with Kay and BIG deals.
Ah, one of many Mark Kay "prosperity is right around the corner" PRs.
Let's take a closer look at this one, shall we?
Toward the end of the PR:
Re: “I did find out that their fee is $8 a month net, with their largest Channel Partner, which is very close to launching their sales effort, which could change the future of ZRFY over the next few months. “
Did you perhaps omit some units? $8 a month per… ???
It's funny and sad that there are multiple possible answers to that question.
Which clown?
IF, IF, IF... Mark Kay knew how to run a company besides a Pump & Dump scam.
But he doesn't so IF will never happen. 20+ years of history where IF meant nothing at all.
I would say we have a deference of opinion. My opinion is they have finally turned the corner, all the onboarding and learning the system developing sales plans, execute those plans (I think that is where they are now) takes time (months). I did find out that their fee is $8 a month net, with their largest Channel Partner, which is very close to launching their sales effort, which could change the future of ZRFY over the next few months.
Also, the radio silence over that period allows the Partners develop all their back-office interface, sales material, etc. without interference, my guess is they are very close to the end of that process and now moving into the production phase, the one we have all been waiting for.
You are correct about the profitability of a software company, but they have-to-have sales which ZRFY is lacking. There first goal like I said is meet expenses, stop the burn (dilution). I think you need a refresher on expenses, a company has fixed expenses such as rent, electric, insurance, management salaries, etc. They won't change if you have $0 in revenue or $1,000,000 in revenue. So, you have to exceed that number and any variable expenses before your profitable, they haven't even covered their fixed expenses. Now once they exceed it the profit margins are very high, so start to evaluate on growth of users and channel partners.
Key stats to evaluate once users start to migrate to ZRFY through channel partners:
# of users
monthly growth rate
monthly customer retention rate
variable cost rate
fixed cost rate (should be falling as a percentage of revenue)
monthly fee per user ($8 currently)
That should give you the basics to value ZRFY, start modeling, use some hypotheticals best-case worst-case scenarios and come up with a number you think they can hit in 2024.
With just 100,000 users its a $9,600,000 run rate. IF IF IF IF I know but that's why we invest because if it works out, you could become wealthy with a relatively small investment.
While the company has announced partnerships with various resellers, I don't believe they have ever indicated which ones bring in the most revenue (assuming that is what you mean by "biggest reseller.")
But in context, the most recent quarterly report shows a total of $19,000 in revenue and $ 20,000 for "cost of revenue." Meaning that for every dollar they brought in, it cost them more than a dollar to provide the product(s). For a software/services company that's insane. Profit margins should be huge, not negative.
And then, of course, you factor in the ridiculous salaries and other compensation and you should quickly come to the realization that this company will never be cash flow positive. Ever. It's just a scheme to enrich the insiders.
Who is their biggest reseller?
They have been a "reseller" for a very, very long time and never produced a thing.
Here is one of their channel partners who just had an article about ZRFY for school systems, that could be a huge vertical that alone is $100 + million business.
https://cinosecurity.com/about-us
Read article (page 9):
https://online.flipbuilder.com/rmyw/hksq/
This feels different, I really believe they are on the rise.
Thanks for providing your breakdown.
Based on Mark's history of lying, I'd say that none of what you are expecting will actually happen.
Let's revisit this in, say, 6 months. The 1st quarter report for 2024 is due in mid-May. Will revenue be $ 100k or higher per month?
You speculate yes.
I speculate no.
Let's see what happens.
ok, so I'm the resident pumper, I guess that makes you the resident Karen. I'm a glass half full guy, I look for solutions to problems.
So back to my predictions, are Mark and George going to get us the sales the Company needs, as of today not a good option. Introduce hundreds of resellers with large books of business now you are building a competent sales force with existing customers. That began a few months ago, with learning the system and how to sell it they are beginning to get feedback and customers, I feel they are just starting to get some smaller clients, but the 9th District Court in TN was a huge get and that model can be duplicated easily around the country. Their biggest reseller is going though final testing and should be selling by year end. That reseller developed a separate website to launch it. ZRFY gets a fee each month per customer. With that in mind if $15 a month is the fee they get per customer, how many will they need to get to $101,000 a month. Well that is 6,734 customers. The question is, can their current 3 channel partners, consisting of about 500 resellers get them 6,800 customers in 3 to 4 months. I say yes. It's that simple

This information found below is from different Mods. It can not be removed without their permission. Any additions must go below the last entry.
WARNING: PLEASE USE THE SYMBOL SFOR OR COMPANY NAME WHEN POSTING-USE OF ABBREVIATIONS SUCH AS "SF" WILL BE DELETED!
This board is to be used to discuss SFOR(D) the company, its officers and its stock. Messages about other posters or intentions, the mods, name calling, profanity, deletions etc. are off topic at the very least.
To answer some of your questions regarding posts, please read the following, that you should have known already, taken from the Ihub FAQ section of the Ihub handbook. So you can stop with the moronic conspiracy theories about the Mods and Admins on this board!
Regarding libel and slander suspected posts:
"Libel can only become a fact if a judge says it is. Nobody else, including Moderators or Site Admins, can nor will determine that Member posted content is libelous. Members are often of the opinion that a post is libelous, but no Moderator should act based on that opinion. Libel is decided by a judge in a court of law after conducting proper evidentiary hearings. If such a judgment is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction, iHub will abide by that ruling. Otherwise, it is not a matter that Site Admin or Mods can decide. Our only role here is to ensure adherence to the Terms of Use. Anecdotally, quite often the information that some Members allege to be libelous ends up being accurate, which is why neither Site Admins nor Moderators remove posts on the basis of being allegedly false or libelous."
Regarding posting lies (or what some posters feel are lies):
"Mods or Admin do not make decisions about the veracity of information posted. "Truth" is a very subjective term and neither Site Admin nor Mods remove posts based on judgments of this type. Each reader has both the right and obligation to decide for themselves if they feel a post is accurate and its author credible. As a participant on the board, the Moderators' recourse is the same as any other Member; to debate the information contained in the post without attacking the Member, or to ignore it. Attack the message, not the messenger."
Regarding a good DD post with a personal attack lumped in:
If a post is 99% on topic and 1% personal attack it still needs to be removed. Personal attacks in any form are disrespectful of others and are unwelcome on the site. These types of gratuitous comments also create noise and dilute the quality of the board. When a Member attacks another poster, other participants inevitably feel the need to respond, either agreeing or defending. Then others feel the need to respond to these…and so on and so on ad nauseam. Pretty soon the board has devolved into personal attacks and discussion about other Members, i.e., noise and no signal. There are plenty of other sites that allow these types of posts and it is difficult to find any meaningful content on such sites. The goal at iHub is to have all information, whether positive, neutral or negative, discussed in a civil manner, free of personal attacks.
Regarding proof of member post content:
Members do not have to provide "proof" when offering their opinions. There is no requirement for Members to substantiate their posts. Veracity of posts and credibility of the author is determined by the reader.

OTCQB (as if that means anything)
SFOR now on OTCQB Benefits of uplisting to OTCQB per OTCMarkets website as follows:
"The OTCQB is considered by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an "established public market" for the purpose of determining the public market price when registering securities for resale with the SEC. The OTC Pink is not considered as such and most broker dealers will not trade or recommend OTC Pink stocks. Because the OTCQB dramatically increases transparency, reporting standards, management certification and compliance requirements, the majority of broker dealers trade stocks on the OTCQB. Historically this has resulted in greater liquidity and awareness for companies that reach the OTCQB tier.
Key elements and benefits of uplisting to the OTCQB include:
?Companies must remain current and compliant in their reporting to the SEC
?Minimum bid price test of $0.01 removes companies that are most likely to be the subject of dilutive stock fraud schemes and promotion
?Improved investor confidence through verified information, confirming that the Company Profile displayed on www.otcmarkets.com is current and complete
?Annual management certification process to verify officers, directors, controlling shareholders, and shares outstanding
?Greater information availability for investors through the OTC Disclosure & News Service
?Transparent prices for investors through full-depth of book with Real Time Level 2 quotes"
