Please, what is the substance of the complaint?
How interesting...
Old news but I’ve been away for awhile. I noticed their case against ACS was thrown out too smh kay and krew is so bad
I used the same source that you used. Did you read what it says?
Earnings for a company and earnings for a wage earner are not the same thing.
Maybe learn something?
If you're paid 100K on your job this year, what did you earn? How much do you earn on your job?
Now if you take that 100k and go 25K in debt buying ZFOR stock, you still earned 100K this year.
You are confidently incorrect.
I'll use the same source that you did: https://www.investopedia.com/terms/e/earnings.asp
What Are Earnings?
A company's earnings are its after-tax net income. This is the company's bottom line or its profits.
WTF? Yes, the CEO is paid more than the company earns.
"Gross earnings is the total amount of income earned over a period of time by an individual/household or a company." -Investopedia
If you earn 100K at your job and spend 125K, you've still earned 100K.
You probably meant net earnings, go pedantic yourself.
Gonna be pedantic here and correct you. Earnings = Revenue minus expenses.
The CEO is paid more than the company brings in as REVENUE. ZRFY loses MILLIONS each year and, to my knowledge, has NEVER had a quarter where they earned a nickel.
There isn't a whole lot of technical information in that patent infringement lawsuit.
Plaintiff claims that Zerify Meet violates patents that cover audio and visual meeting technology that does not require the installation of dedicated software but rather uses a browser and a cloud-based sever.
The merits of the lawsuit aside, one has to wonder WTF the plaintiff thinks they are going to get out of the Dumpster fire that is Zerify. Patent infringement lawsuits are typically VERY expensive for both the plaintiff and the defendant. Zerify has virtual no sales and no assets of measurable value.
It is ironic, though, that Zerify thought it would become successful by filing patent infringement lawsuits of its own, with lead counsel Blank Rome, the same firm that is defending the company against the shareholder lawsuit. The Company also took out loans against the presumptive damage awards from those lawsuits and still owes that money to the lenders.
The best outcome here is that the Company gets driven out of business and the gravy train for the insiders comes to an end.
The CEO is paid more than the company earns. Anyone who invests in ZRFY, on that basis alone, shouldn't be investing in the stock market.
If the guy bringing the lawsuit had done even minimal research before buying shares he would have seen the obvious. That is, that SFOR (at the time he began buying shares), sells software for which there is no demand in the marketplace and is run by dishonest hacks..
Caveat Emptor.
The patent lawsuit is the more interesting one, in my opinion. There's a theory that Ram doesn't really invent stuff, he tweaks existing software just enough to get a patent. SFOR never really won any of their patent infringement cases because they never really had a case.
Management's money is offshore somewhere, beyond the long reach of the law.

Yes, this is a derivative lawsuit where the gang of thieves get sued by the company.
Read through the filing. They took good care of themselves.
There is also another one that was filed in September
https://www.scribd.com/document/614991283/Zerify-One-Media
It's too technical for me to understand
I downloaded the documents from PACER and this has nothing to do with patent infringement.
It's a lawsuit filed by a large shareholder in SFOR/ZRFY against Kay et al for insider enrichment and for breach of the Board's fiduciary duties. The complaint provides examples of instances where the Board (led by Mark Kay) provided unreasonable compensation to themselves and entered into business transactions that had no benefit to shareholders, but rather were structured to put millions of dollars into the pockets of Kay and his band of thieves.
Anyone following the company for the last 10 years is aware that the Company exists merely as a conduit to compensate Mark et al. The lawsuit seeks, among other things, to have that money paid back to the Company.
Mark will likely be dead by the time this reaches a courtroom. He can be buried with hundred dollar bills stuffed is his mouth.

$ZRFY Zerify Named Leader in Secure Video Conferencing Solutions by Aite-Novarica Group
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2022/12/15/2574486/0/en/Zerify-Named-Leader-in-Secure-Video-Conferencing-Solutions-by-Aite-Novarica-Group.html
EDISON, N.J., Dec. 15, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zerify Inc., (OTCQB: ZRFY), the 21-year-old cybersecurity company focused on secure video conferencing solutions, today announced the findings of a report published by leading industry analyst firm Aite-Novarica Group. The Secure Video Conferencing SME Market Perspective - Impact Report recognizes Zerify as a leader in SecVideo (secure video conferencing) solutions with capabilities – notably, out-of-band multi-factor authentication (MFA) and one-time passcodes – to help larger video conferencing platforms and SMEs. It also highlights the need for safeguarded video conferencing solutions among small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as hybrid work continues for many employees.
Among its numerous findings, the report indicates that although protecting corporate and confidential data has been a priority of organizations, video conferencing vendors are only now realizing it is crucial to add controls to bolster the cybersecurity of their existing platforms.
The leader in the industry
“Security of video conferencing is often overlooked, with many CISOs assuming the only options are the security settings of legacy video conferencing software,” explained the report’s author Tari Schreider, strategic advisor at Aite-Novarica Group. “Zero trust must extend to video conferencing solutions, and all sessions must be authenticated. We would be remiss not to recognize Zerify as a leader in secure video conferencing with the only solution that prevents eavesdropping from malicious malware takeover.”
Zerify has three offerings to ensure data protection through collaborative communications. Zerify Meet, the industry’s only zero trust video conferencing platform, authenticates every user before joining a meeting. Zerify Defender locks down one’s desktop camera, microphone, speakers, keyboard and clipboard. Zerify API enables businesses of any size to integrate secure video conferencing into all types of applications easily. Zerify is the only vendor in the industry to have built solutions protecting the camera, microphone, speakers, keyboard and clipboard and preventing screen-scraping malware.
Security is essential
Global video conferencing is a $15-$20 billion market, according to Aite-Novarica Group. The report cites a survey of 1,000 IT and security personnel, with 92.7% acknowledging security vulnerabilities in their video conferencing solutions. It also says that SMEs require straightforward solutions to manage secure communications between employees and customers. And they seek products rich with API sets, allowing them to integrate SecVideo solutions into their customer-facing applications. The report also notes that more extensive video conferencing vendors have and will continue to acquire smaller SecVideo solution vendors to garner market differentiation and gain competitive advantage, especially as hybrid work is here to stay. These efforts to bolster security align with concerns expressed by security professionals about protecting proprietary data exchanged in video conferences.
Emerging Trends
Along with noting that hybrid work environments are here to stay, the report underscores that video conferencing is an indispensable business tool and that organizations realize it carries the same risk as other web applications. This is why many organizations will look for ways to ensure that their video conferencing platforms are secure. It is also why larger video conferencing companies are acquiring smaller SecVideo solution vendors.
George Waller, executive vice president and co-founder of Zerify, sounded the alarm and alerted the public, lawmakers and video conferencing vendors to the need to beef up video conferencing security at the start of the pandemic when these platforms saw a rise in popularity.
“We are extremely pleased that the Aite-Novarica Group has recognized Zerify as the leader in this report, highlighting that decision makers are waking up to the need for heightened security on these platforms,” he said. “As a 21-year-old cybersecurity company that foresaw demands in this area when work models began to change, we’re pleased to see Aite-Novarica Group raised the appropriate level of awareness that this topic deserves. Protecting corporate and confidential data has been a priority for almost every company, and video conferences have become the fabric of business interactions worldwide.”

Like I have said many times he lied to my face!
Stupid PRs, stupid interviews and stupid projections are all that he can stir up to justify his stupidly high compensation.
He has no shame.
Did anyone expect anything different?
3 PR's about the three big deals they got in two weeks. Total subscriptions less than 10.
How incredibly pathetic that Kay/Waller keep pumping news like this.
Unfortunately, ZRFY spent MUCH more money to distribute that PR than they will collect in Zerify Meet subscriptions from that customer. And the purchase of 3 subscriptions doesn't give Zerify any additional credibility.
Just Kay pissing more money away to make it look like he's doing something to justify his 300K salary.
It’s still good news. The best PR I’ve seen in awhile.
Looks like The Service has 3 employees:

If that's the kind of sale that gets Kay juiced up for a press release that says a great deal about the success of Zerify Meet.

New test templates unlock the patient perspective helping organizations improve the design and development of health and wellness experiences with greater ease and speed
UserTesting (NYSE: USER), a leader in video-based human insight, today announced the availability of new test templates for the UserTesting® Human Insight Platform that help companies test health and wellness experiences in the wellness applications industry, pharmaceutical industry, and medical care facilities.
This press release features multimedia. View the full release here: https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20221213005278/en/
As digital becomes a more widely used channel for customer interactions in the health and wellness industries, organizations need efficient strategies to gather customer feedback quickly, securely, and within compliance standards. UserTesting is HIPAA compliant, and the templates help companies securely gather valuable insights while adhering to regulations and requirements for data management of private health information. With human insights gathered from individuals who have opted-in to share their perspectives, organizations can quickly get real-world, real-time feedback to inform their design and development of health and wellness experiences.
Digital applications are flooding the healthcare and wellness industries. According to research, in 2021, there were more than 350,000 digital health apps available to consumers. However, only the top 110 health and wellness apps accounted for more than 50 percent downloads, while 83 percent of apps only accounted for less than 1 percent of downloads.
Further, the ONC 21st Century Cures Act Final Rule states that all Certified Health IT Developers must conduct real world testing. With access to the UserTesting Contributor Network, all companies that plan to build Certified Health IT can easily meet the requirements of demonstrating interoperability and functionality in real world settings and scenarios through the UserTesting Human Insight Platform.
To ensure a viable future and to drive continued growth, organizations need to provide customers with the best possible experiences across all channels. The UserTesting templates for healthcare and wellness experiences incorporate best practices for recruiting contributors, securing consent to discuss health-related topics, and gathering feedback within the bounds of HIPAA regulations.
This UserTesting template bundle is designed to provide health and wellness organizations with evaluations of patient portals, electronic health records and health and wellness apps; wearable device testing of fitness trackers, monitoring devices, and more; gathering patient experience feedback on in-person, telehealth, or long-term care experiences; and guidance on best practices for healthcare messaging comprehension.
Organizations can use UserTesting’s pre-built questions as-is or customize the templates to address their specific needs. Capturing feedback can be done by leveraging the UserTesting first-party, opt-in network of contributors or getting feedback directly from their own network of customers, partners, and employees.
“The emergence of promising technology for the health and wellness industries is significantly driving growth in this market. During digital transformation, it is paramount that organizations reflect on how new developments of digital apps or wearable devices are impacting their end users,” said Janelle Estes, Chief Insights Officer of UserTesting. “Having the human insight to help guide the design, development, and deployment of apps, devices, and patient interactions, while meeting regulatory standards, brings confidence and assurance to health and wellness organizations looking to uplevel their customer experiences.”
The new templates are focused on helping companies to test healthcare and wellness experiences and add to the more than 100 pre-built testing templates available on the UserTesting Human Insight Platform.
About UserTesting
UserTesting (NYSE: USER) has fundamentally changed the way organizations get insights from customers with fast, opt-in feedback and experience capture technology. The UserTesting Human Insight Platform taps into our global network of real people and generates video-based recorded experiences, so anyone in an organization can directly ask questions, hear what users say, see what they mean, and understand what it’s actually like to be a customer. Unlike approaches that track user behavior then try to infer what that behavior means, UserTesting reduces guesswork and brings customer experience data to life with human insight. UserTesting has more than 2,500 customers, including more than half of the world’s top 100 most valuable brands according to Forbes. UserTesting is headquartered in San Francisco, California. $ZRFY Nashville Record Label Signs-up to Protect Intellectual Property Using Zerify Meet
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2022/12/13/2572679/0/en/Nashville-Record-Label-Signs-up-to-Protect-Intellectual-Property-Using-Zerify-Meet.html
EDISON, N.J., Dec. 13, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zerify Inc. (OTCQB: ZRFY), the 21-year-old cyber security company focused on secure video conferencing solutions, is pleased to announce that the Nashville record label “The Service” is using Zerify Meet to communicate and deliver custom content to the fan base of the artists they represent.
“At The Service, we are dealing with intellectual property of our artists and clients,” says Alyssa Hoffman, Chief Servicing Officer, “it is of the utmost importance to us to have privacy and security we can count on. When searching for an alternative to other video conferencing platforms, Zerify Meet had everything we were looking for on our wish list and features we didn't even know we wanted.”
“Protecting access to intellectual property is just as important to us as is protecting healthcare data, financial information, or military secrets,” says Mark L. Kay, CEO of Zerify. “Without artists’ ability to protect their work, the music industry which generated over $28.8 billion in 2021 would likely cease to exist.”
“Music is the most powerful force in the world, next to the human connection,” says Hoffman, “when you combine both, you now have the ability, the resources, and the conviction to change the world.”
“This is why Zerify Meet is so important to us,” says Kay, “we built a Zero Trust architecture, and further enhanced it with our patented “out-of-band” authentication and patented keystroke protection software allowing us to keep confidential data secure during a video conference.”

Very incisive observations.
Its been a long time since I last posted here. Our guardedid/mobile trust app has been acting up lately. Sunday all my personal information and license number were cleared off/erased on the app and the guardedid app was not working . Last night my phone was saying that mobile trust has a BUG??Hopefully Kay will look into this ASAP before we lose customers.
Since that Youtube video was recorded:
Revenues have dropped from around $880K annually to less than $100K annually
The stock is down more than 99%
Mark is $3 million+ richer based on salary alone.
Well, let's see if Mark is indeed wrong again:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=170577698&txt2find=2022
Edit to add: Kay said that they had plenty of money to promote products. We know he purchased vanity interviews on dodgy web sites that would then write nice things about the company and its products. Was there more money spent on promotions? Did any of that money go to people affiliated with Mark?
Paycheck cashers and Bullshit spewers, though.
Neither Deal-makers nor Rain-makers, then. We’re all agreed.
You're right, it was a different deal.
I'm not sure the bad deal you are referring to is the same bad deal that I was referring to.
SFOR products were being sold on Home Shopping Network:
And... they were only going to get a small % of the "profit."
With that, it was a private company so no one would know their true revenues and/or profit.
Freaking joke is all SFOR is.
And then there was the time that supposedly lots of SFOR sales were made, but the company that did the selling went bankrupt and SFOR never got any money.
Kay. LOL.
Just ask Santa Kay to give him
the software for free, like he does for others, apparently, based on revenues.
OH no! But is is better than Kay!
Do that and you will have to change your name to GRINCH.

This information found below is from different Mods. It can not be removed without their permission. Any additions must go below the last entry.
WARNING: PLEASE USE THE SYMBOL SFOR OR COMPANY NAME WHEN POSTING-USE OF ABBREVIATIONS SUCH AS "SF" WILL BE DELETED!
This board is to be used to discuss SFOR(D) the company, its officers and its stock. Messages about other posters or intentions, the mods, name calling, profanity, deletions etc. are off topic at the very least.
To answer some of your questions regarding posts, please read the following, that you should have known already, taken from the Ihub FAQ section of the Ihub handbook. So you can stop with the moronic conspiracy theories about the Mods and Admins on this board!
Regarding libel and slander suspected posts:
"Libel can only become a fact if a judge says it is. Nobody else, including Moderators or Site Admins, can nor will determine that Member posted content is libelous. Members are often of the opinion that a post is libelous, but no Moderator should act based on that opinion. Libel is decided by a judge in a court of law after conducting proper evidentiary hearings. If such a judgment is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction, iHub will abide by that ruling. Otherwise, it is not a matter that Site Admin or Mods can decide. Our only role here is to ensure adherence to the Terms of Use. Anecdotally, quite often the information that some Members allege to be libelous ends up being accurate, which is why neither Site Admins nor Moderators remove posts on the basis of being allegedly false or libelous."
Regarding posting lies (or what some posters feel are lies):
"Mods or Admin do not make decisions about the veracity of information posted. "Truth" is a very subjective term and neither Site Admin nor Mods remove posts based on judgments of this type. Each reader has both the right and obligation to decide for themselves if they feel a post is accurate and its author credible. As a participant on the board, the Moderators' recourse is the same as any other Member; to debate the information contained in the post without attacking the Member, or to ignore it. Attack the message, not the messenger."
Regarding a good DD post with a personal attack lumped in:
If a post is 99% on topic and 1% personal attack it still needs to be removed. Personal attacks in any form are disrespectful of others and are unwelcome on the site. These types of gratuitous comments also create noise and dilute the quality of the board. When a Member attacks another poster, other participants inevitably feel the need to respond, either agreeing or defending. Then others feel the need to respond to these…and so on and so on ad nauseam. Pretty soon the board has devolved into personal attacks and discussion about other Members, i.e., noise and no signal. There are plenty of other sites that allow these types of posts and it is difficult to find any meaningful content on such sites. The goal at iHub is to have all information, whether positive, neutral or negative, discussed in a civil manner, free of personal attacks.
Regarding proof of member post content:
Members do not have to provide "proof" when offering their opinions. There is no requirement for Members to substantiate their posts. Veracity of posts and credibility of the author is determined by the reader.

OTCQB (as if that means anything)
SFOR now on OTCQB Benefits of uplisting to OTCQB per OTCMarkets website as follows:
"The OTCQB is considered by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an "established public market" for the purpose of determining the public market price when registering securities for resale with the SEC. The OTC Pink is not considered as such and most broker dealers will not trade or recommend OTC Pink stocks. Because the OTCQB dramatically increases transparency, reporting standards, management certification and compliance requirements, the majority of broker dealers trade stocks on the OTCQB. Historically this has resulted in greater liquidity and awareness for companies that reach the OTCQB tier.
Key elements and benefits of uplisting to the OTCQB include:
?Companies must remain current and compliant in their reporting to the SEC
?Minimum bid price test of $0.01 removes companies that are most likely to be the subject of dilutive stock fraud schemes and promotion
?Improved investor confidence through verified information, confirming that the Company Profile displayed on www.otcmarkets.com is current and complete
?Annual management certification process to verify officers, directors, controlling shareholders, and shares outstanding
?Greater information availability for investors through the OTC Disclosure & News Service
?Transparent prices for investors through full-depth of book with Real Time Level 2 quotes"
