The preferred? Nothing. They won't be tradable. And even if they're convertible--the notice didn't say--people who convert to commons probably won't be able to deposit their certs. Most brokers don't like to take penny stock certs anymore.

I wonder if they've misunderstood Javan King's Plan, which was somewhat different where the issuance of convertible preferred was concerned.

Yes, although in the past, the idea was to make people exchange their commons for the convertible preferred. That doesn't seem to be the plan here, unless they accidentally got their corporate action request wrong.
