The preferred? Nothing. They won't be tradable. And even if they're convertible--the notice didn't say--people who convert to commons probably won't be able to deposit their certs. Most brokers don't like to take penny stock certs anymore.

I wonder if they've misunderstood Javan King's Plan, which was somewhat different where the issuance of convertible preferred was concerned.
