Being on EM is the definition of “over” for retail investors.
Yes and exactly what’s coming AIMO… rather RO or Trillium promo’ I’m waiting for that wave…….. PERIOD!!!
Trillium needs to get back their $1.1 M and that won’t happen while in EM.
Don’t mind me~ I’m just the optimist that until it’s over~ anything can happen! I’m invested here and on till the end, so why would I wish any different??
Lmao 1.2 million is tanking… BTW I’ve never pumped, I trust grown folks to make grown folk decisions on their own behalf lol :)
I really don't spend time on such GUESSES. At this point, all I am waiting on in terms of trading, is any steep and sudden drop (not just these smaller up & down fluctuations.) and of course, the 30 day period preceding any of the MANY convertible notes that RO has outstanding. (Not just Trillium.)
Before Trillium took over the shell, there was a pump for the previous note holder to get exit liquidity for their $219k outstanding convertible note.
While converting they ran it up from. 0007 to .0235 while selling and extinguish their $219k convertible debt.
If the previous note holder ran it to .0235 to extinguish a $219k convertible note, how high will Trillium need to run this to extinguish a $1.144 M convertible note?
I am not at all certain, as to what the law/PACER says about the posting of that information that I downloaded from their site.
I'm busy with other trades and don't have the time to research that. (Quite sure I'll have to look high & low to find an explicit answer to that.)
Plus, I'll have to get help from my son (lol) as to how to make sure that something that I download to my computer, will not leave a footprint back to me, for my own security. The format used at the site, as well as what I downloaded cannot be "copied & pasted".
Besides, what I have given should be enough to entice folks to get off their asses and do the work. JMO
Alternate scenario if/when Trillium wants to get their money out.
Go alternative reporting, publish unaudited financials, pump, dilute, get their $1.1 M back and call it a day.
Trillium will always gets paid.
RJ didn't even have the chance to pump the stock once that he already lost the company? Wow that makes him one of the worst CEOs in otc ever.
If you do join PACER, you'll see that isn't the full extent of what she had to say. A lot more than those couple of pages. And the way in which she was fired.
I read the link you sent from Mojo's post.
You read her statement?
Wow, what a dirt bag. No turning back now.
I don't remember how I originally signed up for PACER, but that is all I've ever looked up using that service.
I do remember in the particular case, that I initially tried to be very specific and go through the exact court mention in the first doc that was posted last week, and that the search did not work for me.
I then backed out and went through a wider national search using that number in the post and it took me right to it.

Pretty sure it's the ex-controller.
If/When they come off of the EM, I would definitely be on the lookout for the STOCK PROMOTION flag on their OTC page, for that reason.
For whatever they say they have lost or damages that they have incurred.
I'm sure the IRS in on @mrrickjordan ass as well. They will be 1st in line, for sure.
@work-n-hard which product should I register for on Pacer? Case search only? Again, much appreciation for the info.
Trillium ran $CZNI a 10 Billion+ float from No Bid to .0018 in the middle of July 2022 when everything was selling off so they can run anything.
First in line for what?
Either could happen, but looks to me like they are not first in line, as far as Complaints go.
She identifies others who have, or may, made/make a claim.
Your Welcome and I hope this statement if correct, but after pouring through many choices of docs, IF I am remembering correctly, the Controller's statement was within what was identified as the last Affidavit in that long list of events/docs posted chronologically.
That will save some time in looking for that one.
But I do think RO's complaint and the Defendant's counter are worth reading.
Either Trillium sues ReachOut/CEO and seizes all their assets or they needs a massive pump to retail exit their $1.1 M+ position.
That said, Trillium may be regretting the $1.1 M loan for the acquisition of RedGear as they wouldn't have predicted the ensuing cluster and may be looking to get their money back now.
Unlike 2020-2021, there isn't enough retail liquidity in OTC now for Trillium to sell $1.1 M+ worth of shares, so they likely need to get this to Nasdaq for exit liquidity for a profitable return.
Can't say, maybe they'll be the ones owning this ticker, somewhere down the road? And I have my doubts as to what today's company will be comprised of, after any & all lawsuits are filed.
But if you read what the Controller has to say, they may not be the first ones in line. Just the ones with the largest claim.
(If her statement is proven to be correct.)
How will Trillium get their $1.1 M loan back?
@work-n-hard
Thanks for this info.
I'm not wishing for anyone to loose money, but I think it's important for all facts to come out for any stock.
I take from you post, Sorry if I'm misunderstanding you, that you believe that "it'll come" means there is not chance that it won't come.
I do not believe that it is a forgone conclusion that this stock will recover, but I hope it does, which is why I'm keeping an eye on it.
If ANYONE truly wants to know what is going on behind the scenes, I'd say that person is a true investor/trader. If that is the case, I highly recommend that they open a PACER acct. and read all the allegations.
I have read many pages there, but truly the docs that disturb me is the pages signed by RO's former Controller. Those pages in the earlier link, are not a complete list of the pages that she submitted. They only describe those specific allegations. There is more of what she claims are the financial practices of RO.
IF TRUE and if those are seen by more of the trading public, I don't think there will be a "pump" that will take this to new highs.
All Just My Opinion.
PS: The cost shown for reading PACER docs are minimal, and as long as your acct. does not rise to $30 in a quarter, charges below that will not even be billed to you.
I have read a lot of pages some months and have yet to have received an bill. It actually come to me showing $0 owed.

It's tanking and stop pumping it.
Lol… it’s not “tanking fast” lmao, but I love your theatrics. Only 1million shares traded and no one is selling. Yes inactivity may very well take it lower, but selling is when you truly take a loss. Most got in for a penny or fat less, so it’s still worth holding IMO, cause they never got the chance to even pump it yet :) it’ll come and then me and those others can exit at our will!
The best indicator of how the CEO manages their company is the value of it's stock. This stock is tanking fast and frankly never really took off.
Have read "she's" entire affidavit and IMO, I commend you in taking your profit, while it was still there.
Many allegations that shareholders are not aware of, again, IN MY OWN OPINION.
Anybody wanting to know more, should get a PACER account and read for themselves.
How is Name/Ticker Change going? °¿°
Question: what was the soft/hard sell that got you in this stock?
Answer: for me it was the 1million a month revenue quote and expecting the filing to show 6-7million. Yeah I’m on this ship, so let’s see where it finally sails.
Off to a great pubco start. Fitting in well with typical OTC CEOs.
Well, I sure hope you get it together. I never thought you would let it go EM.... but here you are. Best of Luck! Not sure who "she is" and I don't care. Take care of yourself.
She writes better than their lawyer
Back home and reread that post of RJ's. I laugh with curiousness at the thing he add, " (not subpoenaed) ".
Uhhhhh, I guess there would not be a subpoena about any possible wrongdoing, concerning something THAT THEY HAVE YET TO FIND OUT ABOUT. 🤪
Now, their could be a subpoenas forthcoming???
Been an epic fail for 2 yrs
Sorry, I forgot
But, but, but, RJ posted a video to telegram saying it’s all good!
What does everyone think is more likely? An employee gets fired and is so angry that he creates a lie and reports that lie to a Federal Agency, with the threat of repercussions or, an employee is put in a position where he feels he has to choose between his job and breaking the law. And after some pushback from him towards his boss, the boss fires him. ( keep in mind, he claims to have records of the infractions and the correspondence with his boss. ) This is a big deal IMO.
Trillium will want their $1.1 Million back.
“Absolutely.
Nothing to do with the audit in the slightest. The audit delays are a complex transaction adding on an acquisition that kept very little records. These remarks are from a former employee who was terminated. In my opinion, this was retaliatory, and was voluntarily submitted (not subpoenaed). That should say something right there. Unfortunately, the RedGear acquisition needed to be entirely audited to complete the YCRM audit. My team has at times been left with guesswork on what exactly will satisfy the auditors, gone days without response while they review, and piecemeal information together to reconstruct transactions from very sloppy accounting of the former owners.”
Well that’s not good…
If true, No wonder the Redgear partners were trying highjack their old accounts...possibly to protect their old clients &/or their reputations.
If you saw my post yesterday about the PACER lawsuit, the old partners have counter sued. Wonder if this is in that counter suit?
I tend to believe what this guy is saying, because in his video posted on X concerning his reason for the 07-16 filings, he is not above manipulating filings/records in order to avoid the consequences of his failures.
This is just My OWN OPINION. We will know for sure, when the facts come to light.
Thanks for this post.
