americano,
you don't give them away, you claim a worthless stock deduction & take the loss (at least in the U.S.).
glty, buddy
Anyone Have any luck Giving these away for tax loss yet, I haven't' been able to give them away.
MANNY SHULMAN They Can't find him, he flew the coupe.
Hope someone does find him and give him something from the stock holders , lol
I think I KNow Why It Can't be sold SEC has got a hold on all the shares being SEC be the only one to get a dime out of our losses on this stock scam yngr.
Surely Share holder won't get nothing , it appears SEC is sol contestant.
well, glty, buddy
No Chance of yngr trading again imho, its just garbage I have to look at in my account that says it's worth .0001, which messes up my account true value, and I don't like it appear as a false number.
ameritrade can't fix it.
IF someone wants my shares they can have them all for $1 but they have stopped any transaction for this stock SEC I guess.yngr
You can't take a loss on yngr with amtd they wont buy it for a penny they said its being held hostage by the gov rules, but said it could disappear in my account when they let it.
this is they first time I have ever not been able to clean garbage out of my account if you have some yngr try giving it away , ya can't , least I can't.
Think every one knows this is worthless even as a shell play, to many shares , I forgot but its bazillions : )
The CEO did split the country with stock holder product. that's what happened
IR got scammed as well, by this CEO , but good product , I own one.
Americano,
If you are a U.S. citizen you can take a write-off for tax purposes imo. There is no reasonable chance of YNGR ever trading again, let alone getting a bid, so by all means show no proceeds on the sch d column & your cost basis in the other one & good riddance. Of course getting it off your broker stmt is a different matter imo.
glty, buddy
yngr tried to take a tax loss on it but they tell me its held up apparently by the sec etc, I requested removal , just tired of it appearing in my account as a value.
To bad this company had a good product but the ceo sold em all off and skipped the usa, to avoid jail.
Our hard earned dollars at work !
Xmas special, if ya haven't already taken a tax loss, and dumped em,, whelp,, it's left the gray sheet grave yard and suspended now. http://www.dtcc.com/downloads/legal/imp_notices/2011/dtc/ope/1856-11.pdf
The SEC plans on getting paid, a few million bucks but,, apparently they keeping that money for themselves.. Isn't that special?
stinky pinky, never surprises me
No there is no hope as this is a grey co. Someone would have to file 15c 211 with the NASD to bring it to piggy back. No one will waste their time as they might as well just file their own docs and not deal with all the YNGR crap.
any hope for this one? I still got 2 mil shares
Me also it was the quickest strangle about I ever had. Good product but a ceo that wanted to scam every one instead of working it out and making a go.
I got stuck with a few million shares...oh well.
IR got the biggest screw too em.
to expensive at .0001, they will probably give up a 1 for 100, be better than notta, thing I guess.
they had a good product but a thief of a ceo, not sure if they caught up to him he went to another country is the rumor and tolled the products.
Hey, it takes alot of patience to become a millionaire. lol
SOMEBODY BUY THIS POS SHELL. I WANT OUT1
We've recently passed the 2 year mark since this halted.
Not any post over here , because its un popular to post on a no volume board. Never know miracles do happen.
I know a lot a people would like to see something happen , bets are it won't but ya never know.
IR got took bigger than the rest, seem like they would try some how and get it going or make some contact by wire to share holder of this sort for all the money they have in this shell.
Don't know maybe IR can pull off something and start with this shell another company, I think I would as they I think own over half, the o/s .
goose44, Details please?
You never know though , sometimes they come back, again IR could come up with something, like take something public.
Most of these eventually get bought for a shell, but there is a chance that IR will make something of it as they have a ton invested in this , I'm sure they want to get .0002 at least.
This could work out , guess I was not showing much confidence, I apologize for that.
Key is IR if they come up with something than you never know this could start trading again. The CEO was the crime on this not IR , they put toms on the line, than the CEO screwed them. And some how the products disappeared, over seas with the ceo no doubt.
thanx. So, chances are it will stay in my trading account forever?
Small very small chance
I own a small about 200k shares. I've never had a stock just totally fizzle out like this. Is there any chance this could ever be worth something as a shell?
If not, will it just sit in my trading account forever?
Any guidance about what could happen is appreciated..
Jim we all got scammed with yngr from the CEO, even the new IR got scammed as the CEO left the Country and I think sold the last stocks of the product and took it overseas with him to sell. very sad they had a good product, just another bum CEO.
Not sure if the IR can turn this into something or not , maybe a wing and a prayer. CEO left country to keep from being prosecuted I think.
Like to hear from IR , please Pm me , I'm not counting on any return but ya never know miracles happen sometimes.
I am one of those guys that were scammed here (oh, and PHMB)
Hopefully Manny Shulman and his co-crooks rot in jail!

Sorry about the personal issues Phyll. if you want to make your money back though try PMDP. It should be a 10 bagger by Christmas imho.
As for YNGR, I believe it will trade again by 7/31 of next year but that's me. I really hope I'm right.
GLTY, Buddy
Things will get better personally and I will move forward.
Who knows if anything happens with this ticker and someday we get to sell the paper. Good talking with you this morning.
Have a good day!
phyll
sorry to hear that...so you came to the YNGR Board to cheer you up? I still can't believe I have paper here....I think the last I heard the CEO booked and we are left holding the bag. Hope things go better for you...but I don't think this is the place you want to start...but that's just me..GLTU
I need some humor now, @ 9am eastern today I'm getting divorced from my wife of 19 years. She's forgotten what it use to be.
Was told on the day memories would come flooding back and you know they were all correct.
22 seconds, lol, what were you doing here? Were you cleaning up some of the files in corporate?
why I still have this boardmarked I'll never know...your post was like a cat running through a cemetary in the middle of the night...question is..why was I here to see it?..lol!
When is the annual shareholders meeting? lol
He had left the country with all the product, what I though, even took IR by surprise I think, they were stuck bad. Now a dirty shell no doubt, cant figure amtd still has 0001 value on , no clue.
Hope they did get him, he did it to everyone except himself on this one it looks like. If sec got him probably Just a fat fine is all, and not-ta to holders.
Just checking back , thanks
Still have shares worth 0

SEC Charges South Florida Residents and New York Attorney in Penny Stock Distribution Scheme
Litigation Release No. 20984 / April 2, 2009
SEC v. Frank C. Calmes, Lynn D. Rowntree, Manny J. Shulman, James E. Pratt, et al., Case Number: 9:09-cv-80524 (S. D. Florida, filed April 2, 2009)
SEC Charges South Florida Residents and New York Attorney in Penny
On April 2, 2009, the Securities and Exchange
The complaint alleges that Calmes, Rowntree, and Shulman devised a scheme to illegally sell large amounts of stock of small companies after they had arranged for the companies' shares to be publicly quoted. According to the complaint, these illegal stock distributions were often facilitated by baseless legal opinion letters written by Pratt and in some cases by fraudulent wash trades by Rowntree. The complaint further alleges that Calmes and Shulman took control of Younger America, one of the companies they had helped become publicly quoted, and disseminated false information to facilitate illegal sales of its stock by themselves and others. According to the complaint, many of Shulman's illegal sales were made through accounts held by his wife, Krystal A. Becnel, who is named in the Commission's complaint as a relief defendant.
The Commission's complaint alleges that Calmes, Rowntree, and Shulman violated the antifraud provisions of the securities laws contained in Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 thereunder, and that all of the defendants violated the registration provisions contained in Sections 5(a) and 5(c) of the Securities Act of 1933. The Commission seeks officer and director bars against Calmes and Shulman, penny stock bars against Calmes, Rowntree, Shulman, and Pratt, and disgorgement, plus prejudgment interest, and civil penalties against all of the defendants.
