If you are a U.S. citizen you can take a write-off for tax purposes imo. There is no reasonable chance of YNGR ever trading again, let alone getting a bid, so by all means show no proceeds on the sch d column & your cost basis in the other one & good riddance. Of course getting it off your broker stmt is a different matter imo.
