Never have liked that aspect of RB. If they toast an account, all of the messages that go with it get toasted, too. Likely because they're not "old-school" programmers there and are using referential integrity as a crutch and probably don't have a mechanism for just making an account unusable. I'm sure they just delete it, and with it goes all the posts (evidence).
Hey Mikey - they're coming for you!!!!!!!!!!! No where to run baby, no place to hide............Your pal - SSM II

ggraessle - scu removing posts
I think that what happened is that some of scu's bosses finally confirmed that scu's posts were being monitored by the multi-agency task force that is investigating Zwebner and his business associates - he was probably "told" to remove all evidence.
Hey you guys started a party over here! I love a good justifiable bash. Lets make sure we stay on top of this one. Pump and dump watch here. On alert for reverse stock splits. Would they dare do it again??????? We'll be watching.

Hello Folks
Welcome to the YAKC board. Please do not bash or post personal attacks. This company is a great investment for the future.
I will do my best here to keep everyone updated as things happen.
Good Luck
Steve
Hey you guys started a party over here! I love a good justifiable bash. Lets make sure we stay on top of this one. Pump and dump watch here. On alert for reverse stock splits. Would they dare do it again??????? We'll be watching.
AK - thanks for your help today, appreciated.
Regarding scu8452 - as his account has been terminated he will no longer be able to answer. (but you knew that) I firmly believe that in his silence and avoidance of the question he in effect provided an answer. Here is the question. In his failure to disclose his relationship with YAKC and the controlling entities did he violate any laws, either in this country or in Canada?
At this juncture, I would venture to speculate that only YAKC insiders hold any stock for the most part and the unsuspecting public hasn't been fooled yet. Only 56K worth of shares traded, as of the other day. Not enough to let insiders dump into the the unsuspecting public, thanks in part to certain people who "shadow" the events.
Suffice it to say scu8452 will no longer play an active role over here. And I believe that with the aid of the internet in being able to spread news quickly you will see this most recent attempt at pumping YAKC fall on its face. Thanks to quick action even the board on RB spoke of the truth before lies could be posted.
All in a days work! LOL
The best weapon against "fear" is "facts"!!
worm - thank you - I'm starting to get a clearer picture.
As the new Chairman of this board I will maintain a neutral ground and as long as information is presented in a factual and civil manner - this forum will serve you well.
The best weapon against "fear" is "facts"!!
ggraessle - scu?
your post:
"Gentlemen (Matt and Bob) the account he used today on RB (ri_steve01) was also removed by them. He literally went off the deep end, calling all sorts of folks morons, suckers etc."
-------
the person posting as ri_steve01 on Raging Bull has done the same about seven other times to get Raging Bull to remove his alias and the posts that come with it. Essentially it is equivalent to removing evidence that was used to commit a crime (fraud and stock manipulation). Raging Bull has been told time and time again not to remove the evidence, but they still keep on doing it. Eventually Lycos will suffer substantially from these actions....MANY OF SCU'S POSTS THAT HAVE BEEN REMOVED ARE THOSE OF MICHAEL ZWEBNER USING THE SCU ALIAS TO POST THREATS AGAINST OTHER POSTERS.
OH...by the way...the more important scu posts on Raging Bull have all been archived by people around the U.S. and one foreign country...and now several "agencies".

Since you have done such good research on YAKC, I am sending each of you a "research" present from "the_worm06 Research Department"...enjoy:

scu - I had decided to move on and have no beef with TVCP, it's directors and Zwebner, but you continue to post false statements about the_worm06.....so:
The Michael Zwebner - Anthony Heller Scam:
1. Zwebner and Heller have been long time friends and business partners for approximatley 30 years.
2. TVCP, led by Zwebner, acquires a Toronto real estate property from Heller for approximately $2 million on Feb. 1999.
3. Heller receives 975,000 convertible preferred shares for $975,000 out of the $2 million in transaction value.
4. The 975,000 conv. pref. shares are convertible into TCVP common shares at the lowest market price during a certain period of time, chosen by Heller.
5. TVCP normally issues about 2 press releases per week. During a two month period, Sept.9,1999 to Nov.2,1999, TVCP issued Zero press releases.
6. TVCP's stock price dropped significantly during this period.
7. On December 1,1999, Heller notified TVCP that he chose that period to determine the conversion price. He chose the lowest price of the year, 5.83 cents/share.
8. At 5.83 cents/share, Heller now can convert his $975,000 worth of property into 16.7 million common shares of TVCP.
9. On Dec. 1st, the 16.7 million common shares of TVCP equaled approximately 60% of the total shares outstanding, a materially significant event for TVCP.
10. TVCP fails to notify the public stockholders of this notification by Heller until more than 4 months (April 13th, when 10-K was issued).
11. At this time, Heller was the only preferred stockholder of TVCP.
12. During the period Jan.1,2000 to July 7,2000, the preferred holders converted into, and were issued by TVCP a total of 12.5 million common shares of TVCP (out of the total of 16.7 million).
13. During the first six months of 2000 Anthony Heller sold at least 8 million of these common shares issued by TVCP to him.
14. Heller also transferred part of the preferred shares to another entity partly owned by the Chairman of TVCP.
15. The other entity that received preferred shares from Heller was Overseas Communications Ltd.
16. Overseas Communications Ltd. is 33% owned by Michael Zwebner, the Chairman of TVCP.
17. During June, 2000, TVCP again issued ZERO press releases (except for one), causing the stock to drop.
18. Heller and Zwebner's entity, Overseas Communications, used this low stock price period in June,2000 to invest additional funds into TVCP (the preferred sharesholders), but at signifcantly discounted prices, 35 cents per shares, and received MILLIONS OF ADDITIONAL TVCP COMMON SHARES.
19. Even though Heller has sold at least 8 million TVCP common shares and Zwebner has sold at least 3 million TVCP common shares for a total of 11 million common shares, neither has made the proper SEC filings to document these sales of TVCP common stock.
20. Did Zwebner agree to give Heller a sweet deal, 16.7 million common shares of TVCP for only $975,000 worth of Canadian Real Estate property, in order to received or acquire preferred stock from Heller at favorable prices?
21. Why is TVCP still, as of June 30, 2000, still allowing Heller to use the Toronto property as collarteral for a $600,000 loan?
22. During the period Jan. 1, 1999 to July 7, 2000, TVCP issued approximately 18 million (EIGHTEEN MILLION) common shares to Heller and to Zwebner's 33% owned entity in these transactions.
23. Is this the dilution that everyone has been talking about?
24. Is this part of the reason why TVCP's stock price has fallen from about $4.00 to 50 cents/share?
All of the above in my own opinion
Gentlemen (Matt and Bob) the account he used today on RB (ri_steve01) was also removed by them. He literally went off the deep end, calling all sorts of folks morons, suckers etc.
Matt I PM'd you a copy of one post made by him where he mentioned his actions towards this board. Allow me to re-print it here.

oh and I have control..and believe me, I don't care If I post on the loser nazi site IHUB anymore!!"
By control he meant of course being in charge of the board. It was just a final act of desperation by an individual who was uncovered for what he was - a fraud.
Dinner is on the table - later.
GG
The best weapon against "fear" is "facts"!!
Not sure. I don't want to get into any kind of conspiracies with it. Not my job.
The guy told us all his name.
I asked him why he lied.
He deletes a bunch of posts for no reason.
He's terminated.
All posts are restored.
That's as far as Sheriff Matt takes it.
Case closed.
In edit, gg, thanks for taking over board.
So the deletions might've been more of a "hiding evidence" thing than a "scorched earth" thing?
At face value, I was thinking "Earnings? Profit? Expansion? Could this actually be a viable company?", but when a stock's main (sole?) proponent conducts himself like that, I wouldn't wrap the certs around a tube and put them in the bathroom.
Thanks.
I wonder if his snapping point was last night when he told us all his name, and I sent him a PM asking why he lied in his registration....
Geesh. Sensitive little guy aint he.
Alright, enough Admin talk. Problemo has been fixed. Back to YAKC stuff, dudes.
ggraessle - scu removing posts
I think that what happened is that some of scu's bosses finally confirmed that scu's posts were being monitored by the multi-agency task force that is investigating Zwebner and his business associates - he was probably "told" to remove all evidence.
Thanks Bob - for stepping in. I informed Matt as soon as it was happening - but he must be out on the road listening to that Gangster Rap again and capping a few goats - or whatever he said last night. LOL
When the posts are restored - I'll provide a summary of today's events that lead "Steve" to do this. Talk about a "smoking gun"..
Bob - on the "pumper clown" comment. I most respectfully disagree with you and have to defend Churak on that one. I personally set out to not only prove Churak was correct about "scu" aka Steve Collins, aka Steve Cunningham but to show just just what this Steve person was made of and how poor of an investment YAKC would be. In the end not only was he "pumping" the stock "he acted in such a manner that you could characterize said behavior as clownish. I also had the assistance of a few other IHub members. However, I will take up that issue with Matt.
Thank you.
The best weapon against "fear" is "facts"!!
Bob - thanks
I am sure that some of the deleted posts will be "helpful".
thanks again
the_worm06
Bob.................
it's against the rules unless you happen to be the programmer and can unsuspend yourself more easily than Matt can suspend you
Great...where do I sign up for the programmer's course?
I guess this is what I get for saying "Good job, guys."
For a second there, I actually thought scu was maintaining a clean, civil, intelligent board. Kind of a shining example of what an OTCBB board should be like.
Then ya go and pull a fast one on me, scu.
Doh. Buh bye, scu.
I do however take a bit of humor in the fact he got a couple of you regulars panties in a wad. Relax, fellas, you know I always come to bat for the guy who was doing right. And blast the guy who was doing wrong into oblivion. It just happened during my busy hours. I was twiddling my thumbs all morning.
I'm confident all or most will be restored. But that's Matt's job; not mine. I overstepped my bounds a bit already by shutting off Scu's account and restoring Matt's post, but did so only because Scu was actively deleting posts right in front of my eyes and had to be stopped. One of those emergency things where it's okay for me to step in.
Matt's apparently unavailable at the moment. I'm sure once he becomes aware of the situation, he'll fix it.
Edit: Though Scu has obviously shown himself to really be a "pumper clown" with this gambit, I do hope it's understood that it's strictly against the site's rules of engagement to call him one or engage in any other kind of name-calling. That is, it's against the rules unless you happen to be the programmer and can unsuspend yourself more easily than Matt can suspend you. <g>
Bob & Matt:
Can you please repost the messages that were deleted by scu?
If not, can you email them to me?
thanks
the_worm06
Matt, I believe you've got your work cut out for you. scu has apparently been deleting all recent posts to this board in an obvious attempt to either hide recent discussion or to implement some kind of "scorched earth" policy.
I've taken the liberty of killing his account and have undeleted the message to which I'm replying so you can be made aware of it. I'd guess there are about 50 messages still to undelete, which I'll leave for you to do.
I feel confident he'll eventually get his. What a blatant, repulsive attempt at manipulation. Sure doesn't reflect well on the stock he thinks is such a great purchase either.
Edit: Apparently the "delete window" is at least 48 hours wide. Think we should back it down to 24?
Typical response I see - avoid the subject, attack the character. He is probably upset he didn't get to make the first post. LOL
Again - here are some facts. This stock has not traded again today. The spread is crazy last I looked. Something like $2.10 by $4.50. I wonder why? Well not really, MM's are not stupid people. If they know there are a boat load of shares out there given at $2 bucks and below - well rest speaks for itself.
I never thought Steve took a business trip. Me thinks the heat in the kitchen was getting too hot. Me also thinks he is one of the 94 shareholders and has just a few shares at stake.
Watch him return after the holiday and act like everything is fine.
Steve - no short memories over here. This is IHUB, we expect more, we demand more, we dig more, we want answers.
The best weapon against "fear" is "facts"!!
IMHO, STEPH got called by his boss, The ZWEBMEISTER, & was told to erase all that stuff in the iBox & disappear from iHub for a few days.
so much for STEPH being on a biz trip...check out RB YAKC. If he lied about that biz trip...what else did he lie about?
Steve should have referred you to the 10-KSB http://www.secinfo.com/dV5Ff.3bpb.htm#wvf
After you sort through all the management and related entity shares, kind of makes you wonder how many "outsiders" are amongst the 94 shareholders <g>. But for real fun, check out how many shares are controlled by management relative to shares issued...whew! See the table on page 19 of the 10-KSB at the above referenced link.
ITEM 5. MARKET FOR COMMON EQUITY AND RELATED STOCKHOLDER MATTERS
At the end of fiscal year 2002, our Common Stock was not quoted on
any national exchange or other public trading market. As of September 2002, our
Common Stock is quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol "YAKC." There
were approximately 94 shareholders of record of our Common Stock on June 30,
2002.
Steve Collings has ONLY one thing to explain, and he ought to do it soon, before someone files an SEC complaint:
"Steve, do you receive ANY compensation (money or stock) from YAKC or a related entity for services you render to YAKC?"
Steve's abrupt withdrawl here, and deleting the references/links to YAKC, sure call for answers. If Steve won't provide it voluntarily, maybe the info will be provided involuntarily.
JMHO, BWTHDIK
Steve you should like my first post on the new YAKC board on RB.
Imagine that, I got to make the first post!!
See what happens when you leave on a business trip.

The best weapon against "fear" is "facts"!!
Steve Collins, I think you have some explaining to do. The more one digs into this report, the more one finds all sorts of sweet deals, and inter-relations between the board members and their relatives and their companies, etc. In other words I see a lot of "inbreeding".
"In December 2000, the Company entered into a transaction with Talk Visual Corporation ("TVCP"), a corporation controlled by Michael Zwebner, the brother of Charles Zwebner. Pursuant to this transaction, TVCP agreed to purchase between 51% and 60% of the outstanding shares of our common stock in exchange for $.50 in cash and four shares of TVCP common stock for each share of
our common stock. In addition, TVCP agreed to loan to us $1 million. As part of this loan amount and in anticipation of closing this transaction, TVCP advanced us $450,000.
Subsequently, this transaction failed to close and an agreement was entered into on June 30, 2001 which provided for the conversion of the outstanding balance of the initial $450,000 advance ($366,000) into 202,758 shares of our common stock along with our further obligation to issue to TVCP, or otherwise arrange for TVCP to receive, an additional 202,758 YAK shares in exchange for 8,241,600 TVCP shares. As of December 28, 2001 this transaction was completed. As part of this stock exchange, Overseas Development Holdings Limited, an affiliate of Michael Zwebner, exchanged 82,758 YAK shares for 3,364,221 TVCP shares. The balance of 120,000 YAK shares was exchanged by a third party shareholder of our company for 4,877,379 TVCP shares. As of December 28, 2001 there are no remaining outstanding agreements, liabilities or obligations between TVCP and our company.

The best weapon against "fear" is "facts"!!
This part is interesting as well
"Our Canadian subsidiary has entered into an agreement with 1054311 Ontario Limited, a company controlled by Anthony Heller, a shareholder and director of our Company, to provide cash advances or arrange for third-party financing of up to $435,000 to our Canadian subsidiary, based upon available accounts receivable from Bell Canada. As of December 31, 2001, all amounts outstanding under this arrangement (amounting to (398,071) have been converted into 200,000 shares of our common stock."
That comes out to two bucks a share. What is stopping them from selling that now and doubling their money. What are they going to do; wait?
After reading about the options and this little deal - I don't see the value of this stock staying above $2 for too long.
http://www.secinfo.com/dV5Ff.3bpb.htm#1stPage
The best weapon against "fear" is "facts"!!
As taken from the 10KSB
"As of June 30, 2002, we have approximately 300,000 recurring "dial-around" customers and approximately 2,000 "1+ billing" customers."
It looks like from reading the report that 300K number could represent 300,000 people who just used the service once. While to 2K number represents people who actually switched and use it all the time.
http://www.secinfo.com/dV5Ff.3bpb.htm#1stPage
I like this part:
"On December 21, 2000, in connection with Charles Zwebner's employment agreement, we entered into a Stock Option Agreement with Charles Zwebner. Under this Stock Option Agreement, our Company granted Mr. Zwebner the option (the "Option") to purchase up to 1,284,000 shares of our common stock (the "Option Shares") at an exercise price of $1.558 per share. The Option expires on December 31, 2003. The Option is exercisable solely upon the occurrence of any of the following events: (i) the sale of all or substantially all of the assets of the Company; or (ii) an initial public offering of an equity security by the Company under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

is this how you guys do DD??? LOL...try this link...

PS...the putz won't deactivate my account as per my request...BTW,can you say "PUTZ"...on a board?...about ADMIN?...I hope not...
AK - good find. If not in Edgar go to the source. I was going to head over the SEC site, but I got side tracked in Florida.
The following entity is listed as a secured creditor.
TEXTRON FINANCIAL CANADA LIMITED
141 ADELAIDE STREET WEST, SUITE 1007 TORONTO, ONTARIO CANADA M5H 3L5
With YAK COMMUNICATIONS (AMERICA), INC.
55 TOWN CENTRE, NO. 610 SCARBOROUGH, ONTARIO CANADA M1P 4X4
listed at the debtor.
And the very same holds true for:
YAK COMMUNICATIONS (USA), INC.
55 TOWN CENTRE NO. 610 SCARBOROUGH, ONTARIO
Two different entities the only difference one is "America" the other "USA". Why?
Here is the link to Florida's Secured Transaction Registry.
America
http://www.floridaucc.com/pls/ucc/debdetail?stype=0&stxt=YAK&fno=200200427898&snum=99778...
USA
http://www.floridaucc.com/pls/ucc/debdetail?stype=0&stxt=YAK&fno=20020042788X&snum=99778...
Now I'll go off and read the small business report you found.
The best weapon against "fear" is "facts"!!
Here's still another one to run the SEC filings on. This too looks like a related entity. Notice the familiar iBox format, but not from scu? And see scu's "supportive" posts, but referencing only other posters. This one is worth a little time to review. Wonder if someone is pushing into legal gray areas?
Here's another company worthy of scrutiny of the SEC filings. Bet it will look similar to YAKC, with scu involved too. see #msg-530327
ggraessle, try this. Fascinating reading about management stock options, and the interrelationships with related entities. Looks like the other companies scu is posting about deserve similiar scrutiny. Don't have all the facts yet, but scu may have disclosure issues over his posts on iHub. Churak may have pegged scu correctly. We will see.
http://www.secinfo.com/dV5Ff.3bpb.htm#1stPage
AK - as you know nothing exists in Edgar, because the root of this puppy points north of the border. CDN companies doing business in the US do not fall under the same SEC guidelines that US entities do.
The US entity of this CDN parent is registered in Florida here is the information from the sunbiz.org database.
http://www.sunbiz.org/scripts/cordet.exe?a1=DETFIL&n1=P98000106757&n2=NAMFWD&n3=0000&...
Now if you want to see what Charles Zwebner's signature looks like - scroll down and dig into the 2002 Annual Report. You'll be looking at a "tiff" image of the front page of the scanned document. This isn't a true annual report. It is just a UBR, but everything points north of the border.
Hey - wait a minute, I'm not getting paid for this. LOL
Have a great day.
The best weapon against "fear" is "facts"!!
I'm looking for SEC filings, but can't seem to find them. Can you help me? Should make for a good read.
AK
Churak - I give credit when credit is due. You made the second post on this board and it appears you knew this stock was for lack of a better term, not quite kosher.
Now I haven't finished sniffing around, but I do smell something funny. Time will tell.
Thanks
The best weapon against "fear" is "facts"!!
In post 127, I stated:
"You might want to place a disclaimer in your "ibox", if you get compensated that is"
And the response I see is that all of the information in the ibox is removed.
Does anyone think that is strange, or just a coincidence? No warning either and the author is leaving town for an unknown period of time.
The best weapon against "fear" is "facts"!!
AK and Matt - yes civil, but notice a few things.
Direct question about whether Steve Collins works for YAKC or is somehow compensated is not answered.
Notice how all of a sudden the ibox is void of data/information. It was full of stuff earlier today.
Notice how all of a sudden Steve needs to take a business trip.
When you add all of that up - it doesn't come out smelling like roses. It's like everyone and everything left town.
Me thinks it is time to yak with YAKC. Good thing I printed a copy of the ibox before it disappeared. LOL
The best weapon against "fear" is "facts"!!
Steve, glad you had the time to post about your trip. Sorry you didn't have time to answer my yes or no question. BTW, while doing my DD, I can't find any SEC filings. Can you help me out here? Thanks, AK
Hey guys...
I got tapped for an emergency business trip, that I wasn’t able to get out of.
I will be away from the computer for a few.
I promise to post any updates when I get back! A lot of cool things waiting in the wings!
Good luck
Steve, do you receive ANY compensation (money or stock) from YAKC or a related entity for services you render?
Thanks for helping me do my DD.
AK
I can't believe this.
From post ~#105 to this post, if I am not mistaking, I just witnessed an intelligent, civil, respectful debate over an OTCBB stock.
Granted, I see a few questions skirted, but still, the fact remains, two sides were presented and it didn't even have to involve me.
<checking pulse>
Hello ggraessle...
My name is Steve not Scott
I am 'long term' on this stock, 18+ months
Remember, this company is focused on selling its service, NOT it's stock.
Good Luck
Scott - I suppose I expected more. Let me help you. Oh, and you still avoided my question. Is YAKC compensating you? You know it is a simple question, and the more you avoid it, well it just doesn't look good. And I'll keep asking. You might want to place a disclaimer in your "ibox", if you get compensated that is. Consider it free legal advice.
Now take a look at the following chart. You will see that for the 21 days YAKC has traded a grand total of 54,700 shares or an average of 2600 a day. On 8 of those days there has been no activity what so ever.
http://host.wallstreetcity.com/wsc2/Historical_Quotes.html?Symbol=YAKC&Button=Get+Quotes&Sta...
Now I see that only 5 MM's are working this stock.
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/tradeact_mml.asp?searchfor=yakc&searchby=i&x=35&y=8
What this tells me Scott - is that not enough liquidity. An investment in this stock can get wiped out virtually over night. Remember - my opinion. It also tells me there really is no interest in this stock, in this market at this time. What does YAKC plan to do to increase awareness in its stock?
Has the Canadian entity ever traded on the Toronto exchange?
Dinner calls, have a great evening and thanks.
GG
The best weapon against "fear" is "facts"!!
Also the Key word is...
long-term liquidity ratio.
An OTC Bulletin Board listing is an important step in our corporate growth which will help provide ongoing liquidity and
enhanced access to financial markets, as we expand our dial-around service internationally " said YAK Communications President and CEO Charles Zwebner. "With five consecutive quarters of profitability, continued growth in recurring customers and the recent signing of a strategic Marketing and Services agreement with TELUS Corporation, we are well-positioned to meet our projections for this fiscal year and beyond."
Catch my drift?
Hello ggraessle...
If you know it just started trading
than how can you ask if the sock performance is 'typical'?
Lets see how the stock performance is in a few months, and I will let you know if today's volume is typical.
Good luck
Steve
