Not that I wouldn't love that...but one how would they fund and two they might have to get approval from power Co no?

BTC mining, Merger, OTCQB, mega low float

I have been in contact with the CEO for a while now regarding the progress of the previously discussed merger and other items.

BTC mining
The plan as greentime and I have gathered is to purchase around 3000 miners. The question previously was, when? Paul responded to me in an email and said "asap" and wanted it done BEFORE the merger.

Merger
Paul has told me in recent emails that he wanted the merger to be done earlier but took the advice of the transfer agent to wait until January 31st. However, this is for sure happening though as fast as he can make it happen.

OTCQB
I asked Paul if he had any plans to uplist assuming that he would be current very soon and he said, "XTPT will work it's way up the listing ranks as fast as it qualifies. With a sucessful reg A filing, XTPT will apply to uplist to OTCQB". Basically as soon as the merger is complete, uplist should happen every quickly.

Paul agreed the website isn't that good, but he did say it was merely just a place holder. He is working to update it to a more professional look.

RS
I really wanted to press him about the RS and why even bother with it. He gave a very detailed answer. "The reasoning behind the RS of 100-1 instead of much larger was this: My goal is to build a large profitable public company with a lot of active shareholders...by 100-1, I am acknowledging the actual value to all existing shareholders and not diluting the merging company, so everyone starts on the same basis. It is true that I could have RS at a much larger rate, but I don't want to destroy my shareholders. I want them to grow with XTPT."

My last concern was the sole outstanding note. He replied, "The convertible note is limited in conversion to a maximum of 9.99% of the outstanding stock so I am comfortable that that will limit its impact on pps until I resolve it completely." Paul plans to resolve the note to clean up the last little bit of the shell so he can basically merge into a clean shell and run a large BTC mining company.

In summary, what to look out for in the next month or so is, wesbsite updates, merger, RS, then uplist to OTCQB. Once we get to there, there will be about 2M outstanding shares and this company will be a BTC mining company in a white hot sector with a bid around $1. By that time, I fully expect BTC to be over $30k so there is TONS of money to be made here.

You are probably correct about news after the vote. This is great time to accumulate more shares before everything goes batshitcrazy.

We prob won’t see anything until after the vote, then go immediately current, then QB and news flow. So just sit back and get some shares, and wait about 4-6 weeks for huge profits.

even if they get to just 500-1,000 miners..this will go bat chit crazy from this market cap..all depends on the company and how legit all this is...and whether or not these crypto currencies maintain some value..but even if the case of bitcoin..BTC could drop to 10,000 and these companies would still make alot of money with 1,000s of miners going.
