I have an exciting email to share from Paul, I have left some things out that weren’t bad or anything, but we’re more specific questions about other details.

“XTPT will apply to uplist to OTCQB.
The reasoning behind the RS of 100-1 instead of much larger was this: My goal is to build a large profitable public company with a lot of active shareholders. I also want there to be profit opportunity so I want to establish a 0.01 (one cent per share) basis. I purchased the controlling stock for $20,000.00, therefore, I reasoned that a 100-1 RS which results in approx 2 million shares at 0.01 = $20,000.00, the actual cost basis for XTPT. By 100-1, I am acknowledging the actual value to all existing shareholders and not diluting merging company, so everyone starts on same basis. It is true that I could have RS at a much larger rate, but I don't want to destroy my shareholders. I want them to grow with XTPT.
Thanks for your interest in XTPT,
Sincerely,
Paul Knudson - CEO”
