So very sad. I do not pay for this service, buy would appreciate a PM with details.
He was a good guy
He had a huge heart and truly loved people. Nothing fake about the man. He genuinely had a burning desire to see everyone "saved". I can and did respect that about him, although he did piss off a number of people.. it was never from malice, just what he thought was right. It's difficult for many to understand. I know where he was coming from, and it bothered me that he was perplexed often times.
Thank you very much for letting us all know. He was a gentleman.
He passed a day or so before May 7th I believe when I received the text from his daughter. That was the last I have heard from her as she was being kind and letting me know what happened since I know her father had mentioned me before to her.
He was a unique individual but a good guy with a big heart. I know I will miss our texts and conversations.
Ugh, thank you for the PM. I had hoped that since his last post was on April fool's day that it was a gag of sorts. I'm very sorry to hear this sad news. Do you know the day of his passing?
If you do speak to his family again, just let them know he's going to be missed.
Thank you.
Here's hoping you were right..
See my private message to you on Briboy.
Dear Briboy, RIP--I've just looked at your IH page and saw the dreaded black ribbon. I can only hope that you died on IH, and not in reality. I was wondering why I hadn't heard from you in a while, but I certainly didn't expect this.
To his family, my kindest regards. If any of you could contact me here on IH (Fridays between 4-5pm est for free private messages) I'd appreciate it. You could also send a private message to me on "tornado alley" any time. Just click on a post of mine there, then "private reply". Thank you.

I sent you a Private Message I guess we
have in til EOY eh? Looks like we have
this board all to ourselves.
I have some shares of XKEM I would like to
sell.
Merry Christmas Briboy! Thank you for the kind words and wishes.
I almost lost a brother to Covid so I have a very good understanding of it. I'm very happy you're on the right side of the grass! The end times are personal in my mind. It's a bit like being told that the party is in full swing, but you'll need to be shown the exit.
So, I appreciate the spirit in your message very much. The only advice I can offer in kind is to supplement yourself with vitamin D (which is more than just a vitamin, it's a hormone) because the lack of sunlight diminishes it, but it's so vital in warding off Covid. Please remember that there are lots and lots of people who've been infected twice, so please take care to wear your mask.
As you may or may not know, the liberal and conservative handles here in Canada are not equal to those in the US, so "liberal" to me is what Jesus the man espoused while on Earth.
All my best to you my friend!
Ps- I can PM while IH has extended happy hour, if you'd like to chat.
Hey
How goes it sir ?
Briboy
Bro: I have just recovered from about
35 days of COVID-19. I am already at
high risk. Let me say this; it was
brutal. There were a few days I thought
I would be with Lord and Savior Jesus
Christ but they sent me back here to earth
in my decaying earth suit and said
"You are not done. Go and talk to Legion."
So, I'm back. Okay, you know I am kidding
right ? Or who knows, eh?
This virus also does more bodily damage
that I did not ask for. Nevertheless, am
glad to be alive though I still yearn to
be in God's Kingdom.
Listen my friend: These are end times. You
take care of yourself okay. Trust no one.
Get you assets in order. Make sure you have
a will, and buy your burial plot so the
next person need not worry about it. Treat
each new day like it's your last. Love your
neighbor, even if they are a liberal. Keep
the Bible handy.
Briboy

Hope for cure of sickle cell disease.
Not ready yet --- still needs more research and trials, but sounds promising.
Researchers have used CRISPR-Cas9 to edit long-lived blood stem cells to reverse the clinical symptoms observed with several blood disorders, including sickle cell disease and beta-thalassemia.

How Nigeria lost its breakthrough sickle-cell drug to an Indian company in 2003
snip...
Thus, exclusive rights to the patent were ultimately sold to a US-based, Indian-owned company, Xechem International, in 2003, a move that angered many Nigerians. Local scientists claimed that the sale of rights to the patent was illegal and against the national interest, but the government called their bluff, saying that the move would allow mass production of the drug.
The following year, Xechem managed to secure an “orphan drug” status for Niprisan in the United States in 2004 and in the European Union in 2005.
This qualified it for financial incentives to produce drugs considered unprofitable to develop, an article by Quartz explained. Xechem established a production plant in Nigeria and the drug was launched into the Nigerian market as Nicosan in 2006.
But in subsequent years, Xechem Nigeria failed to scale up its operations to its 50,000 capsules a day target. It was producing only about 10,000 and 15,000 capsules, making the drug scarce and expensive for locals at $25 per month supply. The situation was blamed on a series of mismanagement, litigation cases and corruption allegations faced by Xechem International and its Nigerian counterpart. ...

.
It has been a long time ago and I do not remember the timeline, nor all the details.
But... By my recollection, the default on the loans was intentional by the guys who got in control of the company. If Dr. Pandey was not forced out, I believe he would have paid the loans and made a successful company.
Also if memory serves me right, the guy that took over the company was part of the group that provided the loans in the first place. I could be wrong, as this was a long time ago.
Posted again, mainly to post the new developments (by other research) in the fight against sickle cell anemia in case it could help anyone. One person we knew about actually tried Xechem's product for 3 months and said it really helped her, but she was unable to get any more.
Water under the bridge. On to greener pastures now.
Best of luck.

I have been following this stock for some time but I am new to this Board. I have not been able to find any pertinent discussion regarding the fact that Exchem just defaulted on a $2,000,000.00 loan per their 5 Jan.07 SEC filing. This is probably the reason their $9++ Million loan hasn't been funded.
Who is Alembic? Exchem/Dr. Pandey gave them a very big piece of the projected revenue from Nicosan and distribution rights to Africa and India for just $3,000,000.00. Them he hired his brother for a nice $ figure with money he apparently didn't have.
Banks don't loan money to people who don't know how to handle money and Dr. Pandey and his clam appear to be sucking all the juice out of this deal before it even gets started.
The site work shown in their Nov. 06 photo's doesn't amount to anything and is the equilivant of $10,000.00 to $15,000.00 in material and labor here in the US. I do this kind of stuff for a living.
This $2,000,000.00 loan default is going to have to be addressed before the $9 Mil.++ loan is funded and these people have a track record of giving away the store to get a little operating capital.
I would venture to guess that the present stockholders are about to take a hit: $2 Million is 100 million shares +- and they won't get .02 a share when they try to move that much new stock.
These people may be great scientist but they don't appear to know the first thing about running a company and the lack of info. from the company tells the tale.
Hi abracky,
I do not remember. I thought it was posted on this board way back when. I no longer have the interest or energy to try to find it.
As I recollect, the crook that took over as CEO after he ousted Dr. Pandey was involved in creating the new company with some of his friends. It may very well have been a private company.
That was just half of XECHEM;s problem. The other half was in Nigeria. A relative of Dr. Pandey had gotten things set up and running in Nigeria, and then turned management and control over to a Nigerian. The Nigerian took all the profits and bought expensive houses and cars.
Such a sad story -- so many people could have been relieved of their excruciating pain if XECHEM kept going.
What was this new company you are talking about?
Recent sickle cell developments.
Half a million tests and many mosquitoes later, new buzz about a malaria prevention drug

Early clinical trial data show gene therapy reversing sickle cell anemia
https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2018/12/181204095344.htm
Does anyone still follow this board?
It was not the good DR Pandey -- It was the crooks that kicked him out and purposely bankrupted XECHEM so they could try to make a similar product with their own new company. Don't think that ever worked.
Pump and dump scheme Xechem
XKEM was pumped to $.1 by Blech and friends, ...eg.Chassman sold @$.1 and Xkem was shut down. Assets like production Equipment gone ... science sold to their own new private firm Invenux for $45k and 5hmf later to baxter.

Barry Honig, Michael Brauser, Konrad Ackermann, David Blech, Margy Chassman manipulated, pumped and dumped Xechem Pharmaceutical, shut it down and steal the assets, sold Patents and drugs like Nicosan, now Xickle, and drug candidates worth millions to their new private firm Invenux for $45k with Dr. Swift as marionette. Xickle, scd101 in Phase 1 trial, most promissing drug for Sickle Cell, 4 billion market. Shareholders were screwed!!!
BLECH,HONIG,BRAUSER, ACKERMANN ETC....ITS PRISON TIME
ALL IN MY OPINION
Florida investor Barry Honig, John Stetson, Michael Brauser, John R. O’Rourke III, Mark Groussman, Elliot Maza, Robert Ladd, Brian Keller, John H. The good DR. scammed all the money from the loans he got.
So, what happened here?
10+ years later
Does me a lot of good, eh?
The stock is delisted, who is trading this POS?
Merry Christmas
Briboy
It's a low floater with inside buying.
Thanks. Checked it out. I'll go over
to that board if I make a comment. I
like ones under 5/share....this one is
near 52 week low.....will keep an eye
on it, but has well enough daily spread.
Cheers!
Know what you mean! Best to you as well! Check out NURO.
Zorro
Sire, am no longer in penny stocks
or OTC puppies. I swing trade solid
stocks, most under $10/share for
smaller but better risk gains...or
cut losses and move on. Better peace
of mind.
My countenance was not geared toward
penny stocks, but if it is for others,
great~~~!!!
Best 2U
Briboy
Same to you Briboy!
Got to know when to hold 'em,
Got to know when to fold 'em;)
Nothing like the thrill of the wild OTC. LOL!
Happy Thanksgiving my friend
That must have been "I'm in a Time Machine"
experience. I have no answer to the rest
of you question. This one is still on
my TDA account though obviously inactive,
no longer trading. :(
Happy Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving
We must all learn from failure in
order to succeed.
Best in 2018
Briboy
Sad. Greedy Dr. POS. SO TYPICAL.
That's not very nice
I want you to apologize immediately!!
Hey, has been a while
Had to return to old stomping grounds
and see how things are?
Briboy
I drove by the old New Brunswick site the other day, and think back to what could have been.
Do you know if the product was EVER commercialized, and available to people who need it?
Anyway, again, I apologize to those of you that feel that I did anything to create more problems, if you want to discuss it with me personally, please feel free to contact me and I'll be happy to answer any questions you might have on anything that's happened over the last four years.
Would be good to see this get to the people that need it , I too lost a pile of $ , thinking it was going towards the construction of the facility to manufacture and distribute nicosan.
Over time I have met people with this illness and told them of this product but unable to access it.
Thank you. Lost a ton of money for something I believed in. Swift is less than honorable, let's hope the science goes forward.
Xickle results
https://ash.confex.com/ash/2016/webprogram/Paper92031.html
I was able to have the worthless shares removed from my trading account - some 2 million shares - and with proper documentation was able to have a tax loss assigned [Canada].
No idea of the timing of the change--or what the word "emission" means in this case (perhaps "issued" in America)...but, the last official action regarding XeChem stock was the revocation of it's registration by the SEC...it is no longer quoted on any market and cannot trade--it is a wothless security:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/919611/999999999712010262/filename1.pdf
https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=xechem&owner=exclude&action=getcompany
you can get your broker to "buy" the whole lot from you (for a penny or some other nominal fee ) and take the loss on your taxes..
Hi Elis
I appreciate your knowledge about stocks, exchange, etc., and have a question.
I still have xkem shares in my austrian account and the the information about the stock exchange (OTCBB or whatever) was changed to "EMISSION AMERIKA" several month ago. What could it mean, any thoughts?
Thanks!
