As I recollect, the crook that took over as CEO after he ousted Dr. Pandey was involved in creating the new company with some of his friends. It may very well have been a private company. That was just half of XECHEM;s problem. The other half was in Nigeria. A relative of Dr. Pandey had gotten things set up and running in Nigeria, and then turned management and control over to a Nigerian. The Nigerian took all the profits and bought expensive houses and cars. Such a sad story -- so many people could have been relieved of their excruciating pain if XECHEM kept going.
