With my post a couple days ago looking for share numbers and talking to an attorney I got some feedback from some sources. I think I am back in wait mode for a little while anyway.
You would think a letter from an attorney representing some stockholders would pry loose some information
This is some of what I found out. Our shares are still in play, but obviously with a private company that does not need to report anything. They are seeking funding to continue and sounds like they are close. I would hold on to those shares. I am NOT expecting anything big, but you never know and what else can we do with the shares anyway? At the very least this is a little bit of info for a change. Sounds like same old same old from the company we knew so well!!!

Hello!!! I found an attorney who did some digging and he said we do have standing and things should have happened that did not for us as shareholders. He does not know if there is any money here, and he suggested we find out how many shares those of us hold who would like to get involved, all on my dime at this time. The more shares owned, the more power I would assume we have, if any.
Do any of you want to be involved? How many shares do you have? At the very least, I would like to legally take a loss on my shares which my Accountant says I can't do because there is still a registered company I own shares in. So frustrating that these idiots can't even return an email to people who backed them in the past. D'Couto and Sidlo are real Scumbags for not answering all my communications but that part of it will come next.

HYSR which used to be Hypersolar and changed their name to Sun Hydrogen is a pink sheet stock.
I don't know if you saw the E-Trade notification last week on pink sheets, gray market and a few others will be restricted from trading. They are allowing limited trading for a while to allow people to sell but will restrict buying.
If other trading platforms follow this could severely affect trading in HYSR.
In my opinion, this may force them to RS or at the very least move to the OTC QB and have to start filing Quarterly and Annually
I don't see those rules as bad, it should lessen people getting scammed.
As for the technical side of that equation I don't know if they will be successful at producing hydrogen at scale economically.

I got very lucky and went in hard for ABML who is innovative in L-Ion recycling. Building new plant in Nevada as well as accumulating mining rights. In when penny stock now close to 2.00. I also went in on HYSR Sun Hydrogen. Very early stage and I am hoping their tech is good. Very early stage with them. Any thoughts on HYSR tech let me know. GL
The Hydrogen on Demand pellets have been on the videos for almost two years.
So maybe they had the patent application in process when he left and now he will be working with a company that builds electrolyzers.
D'Couto is gifted at running off technical talent.
I just bought warrants and stock in HYZON Motors. Hyzon just merged with a SPAC to go public and are shipping their first Hydrogen Trucks.
They are teaming with Chevron and a few others in investing in Raven SR which will build Hydrogen Hubs initially in California and then worldwide.
Seems to me that the Hydrogen on Demand units would be a good addition to long haul trucks as a "just in case" they run out of fuel.
A better idea might be to build large units that are mobile and can refill a truck that has been stranded. Like say a trucking company has a few of these to service their fleet.

Interesting change I just noticed on the XNRGI website.
The management Pages were updated. Ashish Nanda, the guy who initiated the "going dark" as a part of his stock purchase contract seems to be the Chairman of the Board.
The White papers also appear to have been updated. The Updated version of XNRGI New Battery Architecture has this at the bottom of each page.
I'm not looking to stock the guy. I just want info. through the proper channels. On the advise of BillEng I have contacted two attorneys, both whom seem interested due to the fact that legally we should still have ownership and anything the Private Company does with the original assets including the technology, we should have a piece of as owners of the original ownership entity, unless there was something to break that chain such as a bankruptcy.
Both said they would be getting back to me, but I must also mention that they seemed inundated with these types of "investigations" and would require me to do more research first. What research can I do??? They licensed something that we should be a piece of!! What else? I really wish someone in this group had some experience with these types of situations.

All you have to do is aim them at XNRGI I am sure you can easily get enough investors who have lost money for a class action.
Go to the YMB for CCIV or SOS, in the news sections there are PRs for lots of ambulance chaser law firms looking for lead plantiffs for class action lawsuits where investors have lost money.
They are everywhere these days. If that is what you want to do.

As I keep on stating " I just want to know what our status is?" Do we long- time, large shareholders have a piece of anything? They just signed a licensing agreement in India. Is this the same company and are we involved? I know it is private but when XNRGI delisted did it not become private? WTF??? Any lawyers here who may know? I don't want to spend the money on one but at some point I must, I need closure as we could all use the write-offs.

XNRGI, recently funded by a US Department of Energy (DOE) grant for advance manufacturing of the X- PowerChip™, has developed a game-changing, high-performance, rechargeable lithium metal battery (using a 3D porous silicon structure as the electrode substrate), which can be manufactured using a low-cost, contract-based, semiconductor foundry model to reduce CapEx costs by 95% (compared to traditional battery factories that require billions to build and years to construct). Energy Density in batteries is the primary bottleneck to the global mass adoption of Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Renewable Energy (like solar and wind power). Today’s batteries have a short life, are too costly, too large, and too heavy, so they limit a vast array of applications. Batteries often require specialized manufacturing facilities for different applications, which limits the opportunities to cost-efficiently scale manufacturing and create enough power to meet global stored energy demands
Currently, the total global capacity for battery technology stands at 150 gigawatts. By 2050, the global renewable energy demand for the grid alone will be 42-terawatts, according to the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Control). Additionally, multiple terawatts will also be needed for transport and the electrification of other emerging markets. And, this volume of power, will not come from the grid because according to Lawrence Livermore Labs, 68% of all energy that is contributed to the U.S. grid is “wasted” through resistance, transmission, transfers, and curtailment (energy that is rejected when it cannot be used or stored, since the grid is not a battery).
There is clearly an overwhelming need to find a cost-efficient, scalable manufacturing architecture for batteries that can meet changes in density, size, weight, and shape for every use case, including Transport, Grid, Consumer Electronics, the Internet of Things, and everything in between. Moreover, this architecture would need to facilitate the mass production of batteries that are safe, tunable, and affordable.
Such an application, could, in itself, make renewable energy viable to meet the exponential global growth of stored energy demand.

Neah Power Systems was chosen by the U.S. Department of Energy to work with Argonne National Laboratory to increase the capacity and manufacturability of its rechargeable lithium-metal battery.
The relationship will help the company’s technology leapfrog, said Chris D’Couto, Neah Power’s president and CEO.
Neah Power will work with the laboratory near Chicago for a year. The laboratory time and expertise is valued at $300,000.
Neah Power was based in Bothell, but is relocating to Edmonds. The batteries are manfuctured in Beaverton, Oregon. The company is developing a high-density, rechargeable lithium metal battery called Neah PowerChip Battery for defense, commercial and consumer uses.
The unique architecture using lithium metal and porous silicon is making the battery five times more powerful than batteries in production today, D’Couto said.
Theoretical modeling of the battery shows that it should be producing even more energy storage and output than it already does, D’Couto said.
With assistance of the national laboratory, Neah Power hopes to identify the changes that need to be made so the practical application matches up with the theoretical modeling.
There’s long been a search to build a better battery that can store and produce more energy and “live forever and cost nothing,” said Ira Bloom, senior chemist and group leader at Argonne National Laboratory.
He pointed to the carbon zinc batteries at hardware stores, noting how they come in many shapes and sizes. He said changing the battery’s chemistery also changes everything.
“It’s a scientific discipline, but how you make it can be an art form,” Bloom said. “Once you figure out how to produce it, it’s very re-produceable.”
He said he’s unfamiliar with Neah’s PowerChip, but looks forward to working on it.
“It presents an interesting challenge, no question about it,” Bloom said. “I hope everybody learns from this project.”
