To be on the the OTC with the stop sign off, a company must be current.
Accuracy is important.

if you want to trade these stocks, you should at least be aware of what you're talking about. WWII hasn't filed a report with the SEC since 2012. It may or may not be current on otcmarkets, i haven't looked recently. There is a mile of difference between the two.
