Nonsense. It costs $300 or less to file with FINRA for a name change. And there is no way this company is going SEC CURRENT AS YOU SAY IN ALL CAPS.

To do so they'd have to file a super 8-k which i'm SURE THEY'RE NOT DOING

So basically, utter nonsense on both counts.
