I wanted to look at a few things before I commented on this.

It seems Benny has been fighting a illness for several weeks and that may have gotten him off track to get the paperwork done. But it seems he is recovering and hopefully he will be back at it.

MRPI , not sure what his idea was on all that. But maybe that was a good learning experience. Also I am guessing for the next BIG move in his business plan where he was was not going to work.

As for where Benny is now.... it seems he can get this business back on one of the exchanges if he will just file the freaking paperwork to get it done...

They didn't have enough capital to do an IPO. So they picked up MRPI as what they believed was a clean shell. They found out that MRPI wasn't as clean as they thought and it would cost too much to bring it current. So they flipped to World Moto another so called clean shell. Ask yourself what's the hold up? Do you think they just might be cash strapped?

A person might come up to me and ask....

" Do you know any HOT stocks in the gourmet food delivery area?"

News saying possible food shortages?? Benny better get the ball rolling... If this business model uses local fresh food and kitchens for food delivery.... Seems GREAT now but also... seems it may be able withstand any future food supply disruptions IF they happen.

But we will have to wait and see!

Why did they change their name from All Your Foods to All Your Meals? I was wiling to give them the benefit of the doubt - that they're learning how to get their ducks in a row. But it really does feel like a scam. Is there any legal recourse against scam artists when companies were selling their stocks on pink sheets before being delisted?
