I wanted to look at a few things before I commented on this.

It seems Benny has been fighting a illness for several weeks and that may have gotten him off track to get the paperwork done. But it seems he is recovering and hopefully he will be back at it.

MRPI , not sure what his idea was on all that. But maybe that was a good learning experience. Also I am guessing for the next BIG move in his business plan where he was was not going to work.

As for where Benny is now.... it seems he can get this business back on one of the exchanges if he will just file the freaking paperwork to get it done...
