October 13, 2005Gallery Resources Provides Additional Information Regarding the
Suspension of
TradingVANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 13, 2005) - Gallery
Resources
Limited (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:GYR) of Vancouver, B.C. is issuing this
news release to clarify the August 29, 2005 news release and to provide
shareholders with additional information regarding the trading halt and
subsequent suspension of the trading of the shares of the Company through the
facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange").
The trading halt and subsequent suspension is related to an ongoing compliance
review of the Company by the Exchange and the alleged failure of the Company to
file satisfactory responses and documentation relating to the review within the
time periods required by the Exchange. It is the Company's view, the time
period imposed by the Exchange in their correspondence dated July 21, 2005 was
unreasonable and did not provide the Company with sufficient time to respond in
order to prevent the trading halt imposed on August 15, 2005. The main focus of
the compliance review is the reimbursement of expenses to related parties and
the appointment of two independent directors to replace Mr. Dale Pope and Mr.
Brian Cawley, two long-term directors who resigned effective August 3, 2005.
Despite the short time frame imposed by the Exchange, on August 29, 2005 the
Company appointed Mr. Art Den Duyf of Whistler, BC and Mr. Byron L. Novosad of
Sugar Land, Texas as directors of the Company and provided the Exchange with
some of the financial information relating to the reimbursement of related
party expenses for the 2003-2005 fiscal years.
The Company recently achieved its option earn-in expenditure requirements on
the Shabagomo Project resulting in a 50/50 joint venture with BHP Billiton. The
trading halt and subsequent suspension has had an extremely detrimental effect
on the Company, interrupting its field operations and impairing its ability to
raise the additional capital necessary to continue its exploration programs for
this year.
It appears to the Board that the Exchange is not prepared to consider lifting
the trading suspension until the completion of the compliance review. As a
result, the Company and its board of directors have determined that it would be
more practical to apply to list the Company on the CNQ. CNQ is an innovative
new stock exchange in Canada for trading the equity securities of emerging
companies. The Company filed an application on September 9, 2005 to obtain a
listing on CNQ.
The Company has also commenced the preparation of a Form 20-F to be filed with
the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission to obtain registration of the
Company's shares in the United States and to obtain the necessary approvals so
that the Company's shares may trade through the facilities of the OTC Bulletin
Board market.

Wrong pal! Bruce Costerd was Convicted of Assault! definitely confirms the people behind the WOLV SCAM are criminals!
Bruce is the brother of current president Lee Costerd

West Van man loses appeal of assault conviction of bus driver
Jane Seyd
jseyd@nsnews.com
A 48-year-old president of a Vancouver-based mining company who got into a fight with a bus driver outside Park Royal Shopping Centre two years ago has lost his bid to have his criminal assault conviction overturned.
Bruce Edward Costerd, of West Vancouver, who is president of Gallery Resources Ltd., tried to appeal his North Vancouver provincial court conviction in B.C. Supreme Court, arguing that the Crown prosecutor had failed to prove that the 62-year-old bus driver didn't consent to the fight. Justice Brenda Brown disagreed and dismissed Costerd's appeal.
Costerd was found guilty of threatening and committing assault after a trial in March before Judge Ellen Burdett in North Vancouver.
According to testimony at the trial, a fracas broke out after Costerd blocked the bus lane in front of Park Royal's south mall with his Land Rover.
The bus driver, Vince Ian Taylor, and another witness testified that after some verbal sparring, Costerd got out of his vehicle and walked up to Taylor, hitting him in the chest and knocking him backwards.
Taylor testified Costerd then walked towards him and said, "I'll f***ing kill you," and grabbed the front of his shirt and tie.
Costerd testified that when Taylor got out of the bus he was rolling up his sleeves and took a "Gentleman Jim Corbett boxing stance."
Burdett said she didn't believe that and felt the evidence had been "concocted" by Costerd and his fiancee to make the bus driver look like a willing participant in the fight
Phone calls are hearsay.
Wolverine, according to OTC is a "Shell Risk"...
"OTC Markets has placed a "Shell Risk" identifier on the Company's page on OTC Markets website.
OTC Markets has placed a "Shell Risk" identifier on the Company's page on OTC Markets website. The Company is not in agreement that it is a "Shell Company" as defined in Rule 12b-2 of the Exchange Act due to the operations conducted by the Company in the past few years in the technology sector, and that such operations have been more than nominal. If advisable or beneficial for the Company or its shareholders, the Company may elect to pursue the appeal process with OTC Markets to have the "Shell Risk" identifier removed."
From the below information "patent for DZAudit was issued on March 15, 2011".....A patent in 2011...8 years ago...This dog will hunt no more...8 years in the tech world is a lifetime...SHEESH!
Wolverine Technologies Signs Share Purchase Agreement with Dr. David Chalk
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - April 19, 2016) - Wolverine Technologies Corp. (OTCQB: WOLV) ("Wolverine") has signed a Share Purchase Agreement with Dr. David Chalk, a director of Wolverine, whereby Dr. Chalk will invest, one-third of the net proceeds received by Dr. Chalk from the sale of Dr. Chalk's 15% interest in Decision-Zone Inc. ("DZI"), in a private placement of 400,000,000 common shares of Wolverine. DZI is a potential acquisition target by a major technology company.
Overview of Decision-Zone Inc. and DZAudit
DZI is the leading developer of next generation cyber security and business efficiency technology. DZI developed and patented the DZAudit technology. The patent for DZAudit was issued on March 15, 2011, see link below this commentary. The patent explains that to detect anomalies, current approaches evaluate transaction data statistically and to validate whether the transaction is indeed anomalous requires significant storage, processing power and human resources. The new approach (DZAudit) audits events as they happen against the business process definition. Events that do not follow the right sequences and conditions of the process definition are identified to be anomalous. Current audit methodologies are not automated and have a big latency factor that precludes them from being used for real time transactional validation.

The proceeds from the sale of Dr. Chalk's interest in DZI and subsequent private placement will be used by Wolverine to acquire and develop new leading edge technologies.
On behalf of the Board

Give it a rest!
Don't phone us ever again Bruce.
You have an issue, or threat, sue me!
He should write a book on, “how to be a scam artist”. Might be the first legit thing he’d make money at.
Those are specific lies. And by all means please tell me anything they have done to earn a nickel in the past 6 years. Anything at all. This stock is and out and out joke. Its been a scam from the start as we see from the results which is nothing. Consultant fees LOL seems like they need to change consultants as the ones here now know one thing and one thing only. How to scam an investor.
Nothing that comes out of Bruce C's mouth is the truth. He has lied to everyone it' a wonder he hasn't been sued and put in jail.
Harold
What lies? Bruce C told/said in a phone call that "Dr. Chalk turned down $3 billion dollars from South Korea" ..Bruce C said many times before this tech scam..."Amazing core samples on Labrador property".....Bruce C also told me..."i'll return some of your money"? that never happened...Bruce C has lied his faceoof about enigma and how many $billions it would be worth....Bruce C also attempted on several occasions to get us to buy more "private placements" ...I don't know how Bruce C sleeps at night..nothing but a con man
Those are emotions and opinions. Be specific about lies.
Oh my there is so many. Look back at all their pr's back when all there was were mining operations. People fell for them but are laughable now. As for the latest bunch of crap is trying to get people to buy into this Chalk's security program. You know the best security thing that has come down the pike. LOL and yet what is it 3 or 4 years old now and no backers? The fact people were suppose to believe that anyone who had something this great product and only needed 3 million dollars decided on WOLV to get those funds is laughable. A broke mining company might not be my first choice with tons of tech company's out there that 3 million is chump change.Lets be real here.LOL
what lies specifically?
But it is illegal to pump a stock with out and out lies only to sell shares and take the money for themselves. Can't believe anyone would believe in this scam for 7 years straight.LOL
Gee I think stealing money from investors by putting out lies is a lie. Whats it been an on going scam for 7 years or so. Have to love the crap they pulled off by this Chalk bull. Still can't imagine why anyone thought this was on the up and up. I mean really did we really think that someone who had this latest and greatest security program would go to WOLF for funding. I mean show me how many tech company's with ideas go to a broke no revenue mining company to secure financing. When was the last time we saw an update on anything here at fantasy stock ticker?
It's not a crime
What is a crime is that's all they have ever done! And all the money seems to go for a whole lot of consultant fees. What is it they are consulting on now lol.
It's not illegal to raise money.
Only scam companies with no money scalp dummy #144 greenpeas. This company sells shares to pay themselves and NO PUBLIC COMPANIES are not in business to sell shares like WOLV has done for years with ZERO Revenue.
Harold
its not a crime to sell shares. thats what public companies do
Just got a chance to look over their latest financial statement and as expected all we see is consultant expenses. But even I was shocked at the huge increase in the amount there was. I would think these new numbers put an end to anyone to try to defend this company! Like we have known for years this is just a share selling scam. It seems like its time to submit in the paperwork to bring those who have been responsible to justice.
I thought you were Doubloon's buddy?
Harold
What a hoot this company has turned out to be
Last chance to get out of this and use the losses for write off's or be forced to hold for another year of the same old thing. We all know this has been heading to no bid. Looks like they have spun this thing every way they could to scam investors so they could take out funds as bogus consultant fees. Yeah right LOL. SO they will take this down day by day until there is no more to get and then its off into the sunset.IMO
Merry Christmas to all ye who hath been robbed and plundered by Evil Corp.
Bruce is always on the hunt for dummies that buy #144 paper that can't be placed.
Harold
Bruce must be the biggest idiot of a CEO the world has ever seen if he thought the Buying and selling of shares to try and give the illusion that something was goin on is hilarious! After all these years of scamming everyone knows all his games. Guess he was hoping for some more consulting fee income for Christmas.
yup.....10,000 shares at at .005..30 seconds later 134K shares at .0079...same buyer? no news? ....This won't fool anybody..Cheers
Looks like Bruce is buying and selling his own shares today.
Looks like Bruce is buying and selling his own shares today.
LOL did we notice they don't even have enough faith in this scam they only dared to put up 60 bucks to try and fool people into thinking there was something going on. Trouble is WOLV has been caught over the years so no one is going to be fooled anymore.IMO
In my IRA YES ruined my IRAs and my x wife's. Just leaving the shares set can't afford the commission to sell them lol. Not enough to be concerned wrote them off in my mind years back. Good reminder I was ripped off by Bruce and Doubloon.
Harold
Do you still own shares of WOLV??
Well getting close to the time of the year that investors look to cut there losses and take the tax write off! Also gives them to reinvest in something else and see if they can re-coop their losses. Its obvious as we see WOLV setting new lows in PPS that this scam has run its course. I imagine most bailed when they saw the attempt to try and have investors believe that they were trying to say that they were being asked to raise 10 million in startup funds for a security program that was going to the greatest of them all. WHAT!!! First if there was any chance that this program was indeed the greatest thing sense sliced bread who would then turn to a broke mining company to be their partner. LOL And when they claimed that IBM checked it out and said it worked but didn't get in was the best. Then when there was no one willing to invest 10 million they then said ok how about we say we want 3 million! LOL It would be if someone claimed to have come up with a medicine that cured cancer and they went to joes lobster shack to get financing for it.
These were to good ol days rofl
He tries to convince himself the recent PP he did wasn't laughable.
Harold
LOL that's my point exactly Its a mining company. We cannot think that anyone who had a can't miss application for security would even consider contacting a broke mining company to obtain the money to get this off the ground. And really this crap is 4 years old. In the tech world that's like 200 years. That is so laughable to think people would fall for that.Or better yet try and defend it.
All signs point to a scam. That’s the facts!
There is no scam.
Those so called facts you offer are really only the viewpoint you choose to see things from, and if you are so concerned with facts such as these, why are you not going after every junior mining company and tech start up on the markets? You could save millions of investors money.
There is no scam.
Well the facts seem to say they are a huge one! But if there are a couple of people who don't think so oh well that's their choice.
WOLV is not a scam
WOLV has been and will remain one of the biggest scams on pinkies. The truth is they don't even try to hide that fact! And its taken a long time for everyone to realize what a scam it is.I was shocked that anyone believed all that Chalk bull. I am come on folks! Did we really think that someone who claims to have this greatest program in the security field would decide to use an broke never done a thing company in wolv to secure financing to get there product of the ground? LOL I love it though first they claim they need to raise 10 million then when they didn't raise a nickel they thought to keep this scam going they lowered that to 3 million. Yup I know that would be my plan of action if it were my program. Sure some people would take there product to some tech company but why wouldn't you search out a broke mining company who knows nothing about the tech world. And lets see whats it been 4 or 5 years since we heard about this can't miss product? LOL
Interesting that none of you comment on some of the examples. How poorly are those companies run? Obviously poorer than WOLV!!! Uber doesn't even own anything and they lose billions. WOLV owns 5% of DZI. Proven technology, with no product like it anywhere in the world.
Pretty funny.....especially when this happens. I will be laughing, as will many others on this board!!!!!
How funny is that?
You just compared Wolverine to Uber. Lol....you need help. No one has heard of Wolverine and Wolverine hasn’t generated a penny. A little different story to Uber.
