Well getting close to the time of the year that investors look to cut there losses and take the tax write off! Also gives them to reinvest in something else and see if they can re-coop their losses. Its obvious as we see WOLV setting new lows in PPS that this scam has run its course. I imagine most bailed when they saw the attempt to try and have investors believe that they were trying to say that they were being asked to raise 10 million in startup funds for a security program that was going to the greatest of them all. WHAT!!! First if there was any chance that this program was indeed the greatest thing sense sliced bread who would then turn to a broke mining company to be their partner. LOL And when they claimed that IBM checked it out and said it worked but didn't get in was the best. Then when there was no one willing to invest 10 million they then said ok how about we say we want 3 million! LOL It would be if someone claimed to have come up with a medicine that cured cancer and they went to joes lobster shack to get financing for it.
