Some good buys at $0.27 today, and it finished strong - I would like to think that we'll be at $0.40 pre forward split but it's hard to get a handle on this new enterprise and what its true value could be...

Well, the new 10-Q at least gives us some idea of what we "bought" (which is not much, in my opinion).

FPA (Florida Precision Aerospace) is a (now "discontinued") subsidiary of EVTN - essentially, it contains the "assets" of the former EVTN (Voraxial imitations, spare parts, and machine shop projects). Obviously, the new crew don't want it and will try and salvage a few bucks by getting rid of it; my view is that the disposal was already baked into the reverse merger agreement (though not actually documented).

Oddly there’s probably 100k to clear before .31…the only thing to save this is 4x1 because management is dead silent.

These aren't options but "restricted stock" which, essentially, is a gift with no requirement for performance or anything else apart from continued tenure - basically, it's $155,000 worth of stock each year for five years; and, there is an upside for the lucky fellow, as he'll hope that the price will be far higher than $0.31 over the next five years.

It's a pretty sweet deal but then its face value is only half of the former CEO's old salary ($310,000) - the same CEO who granted himself (and family members) millions of under-market options at a penny each and drove the company into the dirt.

I'm assuming that this grant will convert to 10 million shares after the 4 for 1 distribution, with the share value going down to $0.0775.

With regard to the distribution, it looks like the parent does not announce the record date in advance, but rather after the close on the actual date that has been selected. It seems to me that selling now would be very foolish, particularly at a price lower than $0.31, as happened in today's trading.

Anyone have any ideas about who might buy Florida Precision Aerospace at pennies on the dollar? !!!!

A look at ticker symbol zest…. It’s a Nasdaq co.

It appears they are selling all there assets….

part of there assets was this oil/frac company that

represented 18 million in sales per qtr/yr….

(Still trying to find out if it’s 18 or 52 million, see my

last post)…

Evtn bought that oil/frac asset…. And are doing

a 4-1 forward split, Not much action lately because

this is, imo, what’s going on….

they submitted to finra for the 4-1 forward

split approval…likely… a few weeks ago…

If anyone has been a through “getting pink”

process with filings… then you know it takes

a couple tries…where you submit…finra comes

back requesting corrections be made… then you

resubmit…. again & again until finra approves…

some bid dumping… finally stopped whining about

It…and picked up a few shares in low .30’s…

I’m going to go with what I see…. Some whales

slapped big time last week, buying/slapping high

.40’s…then a ton of filings came out proving the

merger is happening and faster than expected…

then for the umpteenth time peeps again dumped

this down to high .20’s/low .30’s…

We will see who is right about this stock sooner

than later

so rare to see a merger moving so quickly…

and people still selling low .30’s… my guess is

that post merger/fs… we will be at around .25

cents… which is 1.00 at today’s price

the past month… slapping in the high .40’s…

but they want to continue selling low .30’s…

Really impressed with the speed of this merger

after hrs Friday a ton of merger related filings came

out….so many other potentially good otc plays that

are still awaiting a merger discussed for mths… not

with evtn…..this points to a forward split filing sooner

than later
