Because experienced traders KNOW that

inexperienced traders will sell to them at the

lowest possible bid ….and I’m writing this in a

nice way….hate to sound like a whiny broken

record… but we have seen countless times in

the past month… slapping in the high .40’s…

but they want to continue selling low .30’s…
